Genomic DNA was extracted from offspring tails and analyzed by PCR. The result showed that the ratios of the offspring genotypes fit the Mendel＇s laws. The male and female LP^（-/-）mice（ DB / DB mice） were infertile. LP^（-/-）mice could be effectively bred by mating of male and female LP^（＋/-）mice. PCR methods could identify LP^（-/-）mice precisely.展开更多
