Discussion on the Necessity and Realization of the Integrative Development of Tourism and Cultural Industry

With the development of socialist economy and the putting forward of“the Belt and Road”economic development strategy,all industries have developed vigorously,especially cultural industry and tourism.The integrative development of cultural industry and tourism can enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economies,provide impetus for regional development,optimize industrial structure,and provide new ideas for the development of economies so as to promote economic growth.The integration and development of the two industries can not only achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win result,but also provide an example of the multi-industry coordinated development mode for the development of regional economy.This article first discusses the significance of the development of tourism and cultural industry,analyzes its significance for realizing the strategic target of regional economy.Then taking Sichuan province as an example,it elaborates the problems of system and creativity existing in the deep integration of tourism and cultural industry,and finally studies the way to realize it for reference.

A Study on the Development of Cultural Tourism Industry in Yancheng

Culture is an essential condition for the rapid and healthy development of the tourism industry.However,tourism provides a platform for cultural exchange and communication,injecting a strong impetus to the development of the cultural industry.Under the background of the era that both culture and tourism industries have become national strategies,how to promote and realize the combination and interaction of culture and tourism industry is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on taking Yancheng salt culture and seashore wetland ecological culture as the case analysis,this article hackles the integration advantages of Yancheng and tries to find out the deficiencies.On the basis of the evaluation and analysis between culture and the differences in the comprehensive development level of tourism industry,this paper discusses the characteristics and mechanism of the combination of culture and tourism industry,proposes a coordinated development pattern of culture and tourism industry,and on this basis provides the corresponding strategies and suggestions of this pattern in Yancheng.

Research on the Modern Cultural Industry Development Model under the Background of Economic Globalization

In this paper, we conduct research on the modern cultural industry development model under the background of economic globalization. When we talk about traditional culture, cannot leave to distinguish and judge of value as the peel and transformation of traditional culture, dominated by modern value consciousness undoubtedly, however, long-term since, the consciousness of the value formation of the modern transformation of traditional culture consciously or conscious disturbance. The inheritance and transformation of traditional culture, inevitably contains the value pursuit as this kind of value pursuit, in the modern social group formation and transport, in modern people’s needs and meet the needs of this relationship. Our research proposes the novel perspective of the related issues that will be meaningful and necessary.

Global Memory Net and the development of digital image information management system: Experience and practice

Global Memory Net (GMNet) is intended to be an effective gateway to the world cultural, historical, and heritage image collections from selected academic educational and research partners in the world. Much of these unique collections of great value to education and research are not currently accessible due to distance, form, and technical barriers. This project is to find new ways to enable users to access and exploit these significant research collections via global network. As GMNet is ending its first 5-year phase in October 2005, it has contributed substantially to the community building in digital library development by ac- commodating numerous collaborators and technical staff from various parts of the world to spend 3 to 5 months as a full-member of the GMNet team in Boston. They have come from different parts of China—such as Sichuan, Hainan, Shanghai and Xi’an; Croatia; and Hanoi, Vietnam. In addition to contribute to the overall system development and enhancement of system function- alities, they have brought valuable sample image collections of their own institutions/countries, and actually developed prototype collections as a part of GMNet. This paper describes the exciting and productive experience of the first of this visiting research group in developing the GMNet’s Version 2.0 PHP-based system under Prof. Chen’s overall supervision. It also describes both the system’s technical level structure—user/Web-based application/data, and complex functionalities with multi-collection, multi-lingual, multi-modal searching capabilities; system management capabilities; as well as provisions for user uploads and retrieval for our own projects. This Version 2.0 system is built on the Linux/Apache/PHP/MySQL platform. What is described in this paper is an actual case which has formed a base for further new development by others in the research group. On the basis of the domestic and foreign research results,combined with the reality of Yancheng,this paper puts forward that spatial layout is the key,the development of tourist product is the crux,the brand image is the core,and regional cooperation is the main way of development.

New mode of universal access and Global Memory Net

In this digital era, we have witness the exciting convergence of content, technology, and global collaboration in the development of digital libraries. The mode of universal access for information seeking and knowledge acquisition differs greatly fi＇om the traditional ways. From the information resources point of views, the old model of“owning” a collection has given way to “sharing,” and the new emphases have shifted fi＇om possessing large “physical libraries” to “virtual libraries” digitally distributed all over the world. “Universal access” has taken on a very different meaning when one has the ability to share invaluable resources through the use of cutting edge technologies. The author has experienced much of these transformations through her own R＆D activities-from the creation of interactive videodisc and multimedia CD on the First Emperor of China＇s terracotta warriors and horses in the 1980s and 1990s to leading a current international digital library project, Global Memory Net （GMNet）, supported by the US National Science Foundation. In presenting her vision for linking world digital resources together for universal access, she will share with the audience the latest development of Global Memory Net.

数字经济背景下山东省文化与旅游产业融合发展的测度与路径研究

文化产业与旅游产业之间存在着天然的融合诉求,而数字技术已成为文旅融合高质量发展的助推力。依据文化产业与旅游产业的产业特性及两者相互作用机制,本文从产业规模、产业接待、产业实力、产业效益4个维度构建文旅产业指标体系,引入耦合协调度模型对山东省2010~2020年的文旅产业发展水平及耦合协调程度进行测度,并分析时序变化。研究结果表明:山东省文化产业与旅游产业总体发展水平逐年提高,而文化产业发展普遍滞后于旅游产业发展;耦合协调度呈现出稳步上升态势,由0.390 8提高到0.900 6,协调等级由轻度失调提升到优质协调。基于此,从培育文旅产业增强文旅融合发展新动能,构建数字文旅平台健全价值共创机制,拓展技术与产品创新传导渠道,培养新型文旅数字化人才等方面,提出了促进数字经济赋能文旅融合高质量发展的路径。

“互联网+”背景下贵州非遗文创产业发展路径研究

非物质文化遗产是人类历史长河和在人们日常生活中凝聚而成的文化精粹,非遗文化的艺术价值、工艺价值、文化价值以及商业价值等都将在文创设计时焕发新机,而形成产业将会激发出最大的发展潜能。目前,随着信息技术和互联网的飞速发展,贵州非遗的保护、传承以及发展迎来了新契机,而非遗文创产业是对其传承与保护的重要途径,也是推动经济增长的有效方式。本文在“互联网+”背景下分析贵州非遗基本现状及存在的问题,并为贵州非遗文创产业提出发展路径建议,以期促进贵州非遗产业的可持续发展,进而助力贵州经济发展。

乡村振兴背景下文旅产业融合发展

随着人民生活水平的提高和旅游需求的不断多样化,文旅产业融合的概念开始出现在大众的视野,当前我国正处于经济转型的关键时期,文化和旅游产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,大力推进文旅产业融合发展,不仅对于乡村振兴具有重要意义,同时对于我国产业结构转型也有着重要意义。本文利用1042份调查问卷数据,采用线性回归模型分析政府措施在乡村产业振兴中对文旅产业融合发展的影响,搭建中介和调节效应模型,并进一步探讨农户参与度影响文旅产业融合发展的可能路径和变化规律。研究表明:政府措施有助于文旅产业融合发展;政府措施以农户参与度为中介有助于文旅产业融合发展。在乡村产业振兴背景下,政府通过实施相关措施,提升了农民积极性,增加了农户参与度,对政府措施产生调节效应,促进文旅产业融合发展。因此,为促进文旅产业融合发展与乡村振兴,引导性的政策措施亟须出台,并带动当地农民群众,提升农户的参与度,以此来提升文旅产业融合发展水平。

新疆文旅产业融合发展现状、问题与对策

大力促进独特民族文化资源与旅游产业融合发展,是新疆地区培育新增长点、形成新动能的关键举措,也是推动新疆文旅产业实现高质量发展的必由之路。文章在系统阐述新疆文旅产业融合发展现状的基础上,重点剖析了其存在的主要问题:文旅产业整体规模偏小、机制体制不健全、文旅产业融合深度不够、文旅类龙头企业少、市场运作能力较差,文旅品牌效应待加强等。因此,新疆应加强统筹规划,构建文旅融合发展新格局;贯彻“大文旅”发展理念,健全文旅融合发展机制体制;强化全链条产品结构,推动文旅产业深度融合;充分运用现代数字科技,推动文旅产业转型升级;构建多元市场经营主体格局,不断强化市场主体建设;注重文旅人才的“引进+培养+挖掘”,不断强化文旅人才队伍建设;构建智慧营销平台,多渠道提升文旅品牌影响力。

文旅融合视域下皖南国际文化旅游示范区建设路径研究

党的二十大报告中提出要坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文,推进文化和旅游深度融合发展。国家全域旅游示范区创建工作正持续开展,文旅融合在旅游示范区建设工作中起着至关重要的作用。梳理皖南国际文化旅游示范区建设现状,厘清示范区现有资源优势,分析其所面临的文化传承不力、创新能力欠缺、产业延伸不足、制度框架不全等问题,从保护传承文化资源、凸显文化特色内涵、加快全域旅游发展和提高旅游服务质量4个方面针对性地提出示范区具体建设路径,以期稳步推进示范区建设,助其融入长三角旅游高质量发展,并为文旅融合视域下同类型旅游区建设发展提供参考和指引。

文化赋能论:文化遗产赋能、文旅产业发展与中华民族现代文明建设

文化与经济具有密切关系。通过对“文化非营利说”“文化配角说”“文化被动说”和“文化搭台说”等传统经济与文化观点的深刻反思,可以发现,文化赋能论着重探讨文化遗产的保护和利用与文旅产业发展之间的关系,强调文化自身的经济能量及其在经济发展中的资源配置作用,具体表现为物质性文化遗产、制度性文化遗产、习俗性文化遗产等不同类型的文化遗产与文旅产业发展的双向赋能,进而共同推动中华文化和中国经济的螺旋式上升发展。作为尝试构建中国人文经济学话语体系的理论创新,文化赋能论旨在推动文化与经济的互动融合和互促发展,这也是建设中华民族现代文明的应有之义。

文旅融合背景下的公共图书馆夜间服务创新实践分析与对策研究

文化和旅游的融合为公共图书馆带来了新的发展机遇,在夜间经济繁荣发展的情境下,公共图书馆如何更好地发挥自身优势,赋能文化和旅游事业发展,充分实现公共图书馆的社会价值,是现在及未来一段时间值得思考的议题。文章采用文献调研和网络调研法,通过考察目前我国公共图书馆夜间服务创新实践现状,分析其可供借鉴的经验及不足之处,提炼出公共图书馆夜间服务对策,即强化顶层设计,提供制度保障;加大经费投入,做好经济保障;创新思维模式,发掘文旅资源;丰富服务内容,打造活动品牌,以期为公共图书馆在文化和旅游融合框架下的高质量发展提供有益参考。

以综合指数评判法,建立乡村振兴文化和旅游融合发展的评判标准,并且依据评判标准,对陕南安康市南江湖旅游特色小镇乡村振兴文化和旅游融合发展提出设想,即打造传奇色彩的南江湖旅游特色小镇;打响“神秘南江湖,山珍海味地”文化品牌;突出文旅融合一体化的产业融合发展;构建交通格局同城化的原生态山水园林“城郊公园”。

贵州省文化和旅游产业融合发展的路径与对策研究

文化和旅游产业融合发展具有实践和理论上的逻辑必然性。与生俱来的本质属性让文化和旅游具有了融合发展的内在必然性,而新时代高质量发展要求则呼唤着两者的融合发展。就贵州而言,文化和旅游产业融合发展具备了资源基础、产业基础和政策基础。贵州文化和旅游产业需要加快实现在管理、场所、产品业态等方面的融合,形成文化和旅游产业融合发展的新格局,推动文化和旅游产业统筹协调,注重文化和旅游产业专业人才培育,构建政府与市场共同发力的新局面。

数字经济助推文旅产业发展的基本逻辑与优化路径——以S省为例

数字经济为拓展文旅发展模式注入新的生产动力与社会机能,文旅产业在数字技术赋能下构建具有地域特色的品牌形象,实现经济效益增长和产业结构优化升级。国家高度重视数字经济助推文旅产业发展,相继出台一系列政策推动文旅产业“上云用数赋智”,通过数字经济助推文旅产业实现消费模式转型升级,更新完善文旅产业链发展,打造文旅产业新经济形态。各地拥有独具特色的乡村文化、赛事要素、山水元素等不可复制的文旅资源,但数字文旅产业仍存在拓展创新不足、观光形式单一、数字资源缺乏等短板,既难以满足游客多样化的需求,也无法推动经济快速发展。基于数字经济助推地方文旅产业高质量发展的基本逻辑,以S省为例进行实证分析,从加强政府政策引导支持、培育文旅产业数字思维、强化数字生产要素保障和拓展文旅数字化发展模式的角度提出利用数字经济建设文化旅游枢纽和文化创新高地,推动经济实现高质量发展的相关对策。

乡村振兴背景下农文旅产业模式、融合驱动机制与发展路径——以新疆昌吉州为例

农文旅融合发展有助于推进乡村全面振兴,是民族地区特色资源优势向产业优势转化的重要路径。针对当前研究关于农文旅产业模式与融合驱动机制剖析不深入问题,本研究以新疆昌吉州的幸福村葫芦文创产业、月亮地村古村落民宿群、半截沟镇旱地大麦种植业、玛纳斯县葡萄酿酒产业开展多案例分析发现,昌吉州以特色种植业的多功能性,融合工艺民俗文化与休闲观光旅游作为农文旅产业模式,以规划布局、公共服务支撑、产业政策扶持、市场化运作为驱动力,从示范带动到整体推进实现产业融合发展。然而,与国内多数农文旅融合产业一样,昌吉州面临农文旅融合层次偏低、多数特色产业未融合发展以及高端人才短缺等共性发展难题。基于此,未来中国农文旅融合发展的路径为特色产业资源整合、农文旅跨域纵深融合以及复合型人才引进等。

黄河流域文旅产业高质量发展研究:基础、短板及路径——以山东省为例

黄河从菏泽市东明县入鲁,在东营市垦利区流入渤海。山东沿黄地区区位优势优越、自然景观钟灵毓秀、文化底蕴悠久深厚、民俗资源多姿多彩、基础设施优势突出、文化服务日臻完善,具备发展文旅产业的良好基础。但与优越独特的资源禀赋和文旅产业的高质量发展要求相比,山东省黄河流域文化旅游产业发展还存在一些短板问题,亟需做好开展重点资源保护、促进产业创新发展、提升交通设施水平、强化旅游产品供给、推动文旅深度融合、实现宣传推广创新、强化重点要素保障、完善工作推进机制等方面的工作,加快推动黄河流域文旅产业实现高质量发展。

海南自贸港文旅产业区域协同发展的理论与实践

当前,海南自贸港文旅产业存在“小、散、同、粗”的不平衡、不协调状态,需要区域协同发展,以实现文化旅游资源、文化旅游信息、文化旅游市场、文化旅游发展空间等的共享,从整体上提升区域旅游的品牌影响力、旅游吸引力和市场竞争力。可通过构建与完善自贸港文旅产业区域协同发展重要机制,在宏观层面设计“四维协同路径”,在微观层面实施渐进式推进策略,来积极推动文旅产业区域协同发展,并助力旅游经济长期健康、持续、高质量发展。
