文摘目的对云南大理旱前胡干燥根部的化学成分及抗菌活性进行研究,以期发现新的具有抗菌活性的化学成分.方法用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、Rp-18反相柱层析、半制备HPLC方法对旱前胡根部的甲醇提取物进行分离、纯化,用肉汤稀释法测定单体化合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用.结果从旱前胡根部获得9个单体化合物,其中8个化合物为香豆素化合物.结论旱前胡含有丰富的香豆素成分,经体外抗菌活性的初步筛选,化合物阿魏酸对金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显的抑菌效果,最低抑菌浓度2.5mg/m L,最低杀菌浓度为5.0 mg/m L.
