The Influence of Social Media on College Choice among Undergraduates Majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China:Taking Guilin University of Electronic Technology as an Example

This study aims to investigate the influence of social media on college choice among undergraduates majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China.The study attempts to reveal how information on social media platforms such as Weibo,WeChat,and Zhihu influences the cognition and choice process of prospective students.By employing an online quantitative survey questionnaire,data were collected from the 2022 and 2023 classes of new students majoring in Big Data Management and Application at Guilin University of Electronic Technology.The aim was to evaluate the role of social media in their college choice process and understand the features and information that most attract prospective students.Social media has become a key factor influencing the college choice decision-making of undergraduates majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China.Students tend to obtain school information through social media platforms and use this information as an important reference in their decision-making process.Higher education institutions should strengthen their social media information dissemination,providing accurate,timely,and attractive information.It is also necessary to ensure effective management of social media platforms,maintain a positive reputation for the school on social media,and increase the interest and trust of prospective students.Simultaneously,educational decision-makers should consider incorporating social media analysis into their recruitment strategies to better attract new student enrollment.This study provides a new perspective for understanding higher education choice behavior in the digital age,particularly by revealing the importance of social media in the educational decision-making process.This has important practical and theoretical implications for higher education institutions,policymakers,and social media platform operators.

Mental Health Education for Students from Junior Colleges Moving into Undergraduate Level in Private Colleges from the Perspective of Three- Dimensional Education

Good psychological quality is the basic requirement for college students in the new era.Students from junior colleges moving into xmdergraduate level in private colleges are a special group as they are already an important part of students in private colleges.Based on the mental health status of these students,private colleges have analyzed the issues of mental health education which include weak teaching staffs,lack attention,and traditional education methods.From the perspective of three-dimensional education,the psychological education work model in private colleges is explored to build an education team to promote the participation of all employees in the work of psychological education,strengthen the attention of college students who are moving into the undergraduate level,and to pay full attention to these students.Private colleges should try to innovate education methods and improve psychological education in all aspects.

China Medical Education College Survey, 2013-2018

Purpose:China recently proposed a series of important policies intended to reform and improve the quality of medical education on the national level.This paper presents the findings of a national survey of China's medical schools conducted to review the development of undergraduate medical education over a five-year period(2013-2018).Design/Approach/Methods:The National Center for Health Professions Education Development implemented the China Medical Education College Survey.Approximately 64%of the targeted medical schools participated in the survey,constituting a representative sample of higher education institutions offering educational programs in clinical medicine in China.Findings:Following new policy orientations,medical schools showed positive developments in terms of the types of medical education programs offered,teaching and assessment methods,medical education resources,participation in accreditation,and quality of incoming students.However,the survey also revealed several worrying trends,including the coexistence of various types of education programs,significant regional differences in educational resources,dominance of traditional teaching and assessment methods,inconsistencies in quality,and an increase in graduates seeking employment in professions outside healthcare.Originality/Value:Findings of the first national survey of China's medical schools show that there is still a long way to go to ensure high quality and efficient medical education on a national level.

有效推进中高本不同层次职业教育的贯通衔接是构建现代职教体系的关键。经过多年的“贯通衔接”实践,中高本职业教育贯通衔接的顶层设计已基本形成,实践探索也在向纵深开展,积累了不少宝贵的实践经验。但是在具体实践中依然存在着关系协调通畅不够、内涵衔接缝隙较多、教学质量差强人意和社会认可依然偏低等突出问题。破解“贯通衔接”实践难,实现中高本职业教育高质量贯通衔接须对标对表疏“堵点”,强化政府主导下的协调机制;对点对卯连“断点”,健全上下一体化管理的运行机制;上下同行“聚焦点”,优化提升教学质量的激励机制;跨界合作“攻难点”,全力推进“类型化”发展的办学机制。

基于针灸推拿专升本专业教学特点探讨PBL联合SP教学法在针灸临床学的应用

随着我国中医学的迅速发展,对高等医学的教育要求越来越高,各大高校也逐步认识到教学方法改革创新的必要性,我国的医学教育已经逐步将重点放到对学生职业素质和职业能力的培养之上。针灸推拿专升本专业学生学情分析有别于其他全日制本科生,生源的特殊性决定了其教学过程应有别于其他专业学生。针对针灸推拿专升本专业学生开设针灸临床学这门综合性和临床实践性较强的专业课程,用问题式学习(PBL)教学法提出问题,培养学生自主学习能力,并结合相关的学情分析,提高学生的学习主观能动性、培养学生的临床综合应用能力,以期培养真正的实用型人才;同时联合标准化病人(SP)教学法模拟问题,培养学生实际临证思辨能力,进而加强学生理论与临床的衔接能力,增强学生的针灸综合临证思辨能力及医患沟通能力等。

应用型本科院校工程教育课程体系改革:现实困境与实践进路

本科层次职业教育要实现人才培养的高层次、高技能要求,需要通过专业教育与通识教育的融合来实现。目前本科层次职业院校的通识教育面临育人目标不明晰、课程体系不完善、教学模式不先进、师资水平待提高和管评制度不科学等现实困境。为此,应进一步明确通专结合育人目标、科学构建通识课程体系、探索通专融合育人模式、培育优质通识师资队伍、完善管理考核评价制度,实现通识教育与专业教育的高质量融合,才能更好地实现培养高层次技术技能人才的育人目标。

新时期应用型本科高校劳动教育课程建设研究

劳动教育课程是开展劳动教育的重要载体。基于江苏省某城市三所地方应用型本科高校的调查发现,劳动教育课程体系存在建设理念滞后、课程内容片面、课程资源缺乏和评价方式单一四大偏差,究其原因,与顶层设计缺位、物质基础薄弱、多元主体消极认同相关。对此,提出要通过打造学校特色课程体系、加强师资队伍和实践基地建设、健全劳动教育管理评价机制和建立学校、家庭、社会协同育人机制等途径,增强劳动教育质量。

高等中医药院校西医内科学教学的创新探索

在高等中医药院校中医专业的学习中,西医内科学亦为重要的临床专业课程之一,但西医内科学教学面临与中医课程交叉、课时压缩、学生基础薄弱等相应问题,增加了该课程的学习难度。随着现代社会对医学人才的要求不断提高,中医药院校的临床专业学生也必须掌握西医的理论基础和临床疾病。为了贯彻国家“新医科”建设,提高中医专业西医内科学教学水平,提升本科生分析及解决临床问题的能力,笔者所在教研室总结出内科专业主讲教师+教学秘书责任制、现代化教学手段+问题/病例切入式教学、充分利用现代网络和床旁教学等不同教学模式,在实际运用中取得了很好的教学效果,得到授课教师和学生的广泛认可。文章就相关教学经验进行总结,以期为中医药院校本科生的西医内科学教学提供一定的有益建议,提高本科生的西医内科学教学水平。
