Kaposi肉瘤伴Lipoedema

Lipoedema is a form of lipodistrophy, which consists of abnormal accumulation of fat in subcutaneous tissue of the lower limbs. It does not cause any disease and it has not been reported association with malignity. We describe a 63-year-old woman occuring of Kaposi sarcoma on the lipoedema base.

脂肪水肿的研究进展

脂肪水肿是一种罕见的疾病。该病患者多为女性,以皮下脂肪的异常沉积而导致双下肢肿大为特点。该病具有遗传倾向,也可受激素水平影响。特征性的临床表现:如疼痛、易瘀伤、“袖口征”等。需要与脂肪水肿鉴别诊断的主要疾病有淋巴水肿、肥胖、痛性肥胖症和慢性静脉疾病等。脂肪水肿的治疗包括心理健康教育、减重、保守治疗和手术治疗。目前,使用超膨胀局部麻醉和振动套管下的吸脂术作为首选的手术方案。
