提出一种基于Gauss-Listing大地水准面经典定义的地球重力场模型评价方法。该方法依据经典大地水准面为重力等位面的特性,选取某大地水准面为参考面,计算不同地球重力场模型在该参考面上的重力位标准差,以此作为不同模型相对优劣的评价指标。利用该方法对不同地球重力场模型以及同一重力场模型在不同区域的精度进行评价,结果表明,EGM96模型、OSU91A模型的大地水准面精度分别为±11.1cm、±14.3cm,EGM2008模型、EIGEN-6C4模型分别为±8.8cm、±8.9cm,说明后2个模型的精度相当,且优于前2个模型。该模型评价方法的研究结果显示,对于某全球大地水准面,EGM2008模型和EIGEN-6C4模型的大地水准面精度分别为±11.3cm和±14.1cm,即在cm级精度上EGM2008模型略优。

An empirical analysis of the external factors influencing the listing intention of Chinese enterprises

Based on the time series data and the actual situation of 1995 ~ 2017, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the external factors of the company’s listed psychology in China. The model which affects the psychological change factors of listed enterprises is obtained, and the test and adjustment are carried out, and some suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the listing environment of our country.

With the rapid development and application of emerging information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,5G,satellite communication,and blockchain in urban rail transit,China’s urban rail transit has entered an era of intelligent transformation and upgrading.The development of intelligent systems and the construction of smart urban rail transit have formed a consensus in the industry.The electromechanical system is an important component of urban rail transit engineering,covering power supply stations,vehicles,stations,and lines.The depot and control center are important support for promoting the development of urban rail transit towards informatization and intelligence.However,research on the technical standards for the smart urban rail vehicle-ground integrated electromechanical system has just begun,and a technical standards system has not yet been formed,which cannot better support the electromechanical system.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the technical standards system,propose the common criteria structure and standards list of the standards system,which can provide reference and guidance for the planning and establishment of China’s smart urban rail standards system.

Improved Segmented Belief Propagation List Decoding for Polar Codes with Bit-Flipping

Belief propagation list(BPL) decoding for polar codes has attracted more attention due to its inherent parallel nature. However, a large gap still exists with CRC-aided SCL(CA-SCL) decoding.In this work, an improved segmented belief propagation list decoding based on bit flipping(SBPL-BF) is proposed. On the one hand, the proposed algorithm makes use of the cooperative characteristic in BPL decoding such that the codeword is decoded in different BP decoders. Based on this characteristic, the unreliable bits for flipping could be split into multiple subblocks and could be flipped in different decoders simultaneously. On the other hand, a more flexible and effective processing strategy for the priori information of the unfrozen bits that do not need to be flipped is designed to improve the decoding convergence. In addition, this is the first proposal in BPL decoding which jointly optimizes the bit flipping of the information bits and the code bits. In particular, for bit flipping of the code bits, a H-matrix aided bit-flipping algorithm is designed to enhance the accuracy in identifying erroneous code bits. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm significantly improves the errorcorrection performance of BPL decoding for medium and long codes. It is more than 0.25 d B better than the state-of-the-art BPL decoding at a block error rate(BLER) of 10^(-5), and outperforms CA-SCL decoding in the low signal-to-noise(SNR) region for(1024, 0.5)polar codes.

Correlation ambiguity,listing choice,and market microstructure

This paper investigates the implication of correlation ambiguity to investor behavior,asset pricing and issuers'listing choices from a market microstructure perspective.We introduce two markets to a multi-asset model:Market A is transparent and Market B is opaque,or Market A with low and Market B with high ambiguity perceived by investors.Each firm can choose only a unique market to list its stock.Due to ambiguity aversion,a naïve investor's demand function demonstrates piecewise linear.Such trading behavior may lead to different equilibria and hence different market-clearing prices for each listing outcome.Rational entrepreneurs make optimal listing decisions depending on asset prices in alternative markets.We further demonstrate that a crafted design of specific features of the microstructure,such as listing standards and disclosure requirements,can effectively reduce the perceived ambiguity and induce more naïve investors'participation to improve market liquidity,maintain greater volume,and lower the cost of capital,so as to attract more new listings.
