二元逻辑回归模型中的修正Liu估计

在二元逻辑回归模型中,基于修正岭型估计和Liu估计的思想,提出了一类新的有偏估计作为极大似然估计的替代估计,以期克服多重共线性的影响。在均方误差矩阵意义下,探讨得到了修正Liu估计优于Liu估计、修正岭型估计、极大似然估计等的条件,通过数值模拟和实证分析对部分理论结果在均方误差准则下进行了验证。结果表明,在一定条件下,当模型存在多重共线性时,修正Liu估计优于Liu估计、修正岭型估计以及极大似然估计。

简述早寒武世关山动物群的研究现状及重要意义。重点描述该动物群中一三叶形虫新属PanlongiaLiuetLuogen.nov.及其两个新种:即个体小、拥有等大的头甲和尾甲、边缘没有明显突出刺状物的PanlongiatetranodusaLiuetLuogen.etsp.nov.及头甲后侧和尾缘具刺的PanlongiaspinosaLiuetLuogen.etsp.nov.。三叶形虫在关山动物群中的首次发现为寒武纪生命大爆发以及古地理、古板块恢复的研究提供了有益的证据。

Research on 3D Laser Scanning Reconstruction of Ancient Buildings Combined with BIM Technology

After more than 30 years of scientific and social development, surveying and mapping technology by leaps and bounds, engineering surveying technology has undergone tremendous changes. In the process of protecting ancient buildings, it is necessary to obtain the precise dimensions of architectural details. In this study, the path of 3D laser scanning combined with BIM technology is explored. Taking the observation and protection of the ancestral hall of the Liu family as an example, this study aims to draw drawings that reflect the relevant information about the ancient buildings, the accurate three-dimensional model of ancient buildings is established with BIM technology, which provides new methods and ideas for the research and protection of ancient buildings. .

Circuitry implementation of a novel four-dimensional nonautonomous hyperchaotic Liu system and its experimental studies on synchronization control

Based on the three-dimensional Liu chaotic system, this paper appends a feedback variable to construct a novel hyperchaotic Liu system. Then, a control signal is further added to construct a novel nonautonomous hyperchaotic Liu system. Through adjusting the frequency of the control signal, the chaotic property of the system can be controlled to show some different dynamic behaviors such as periodic, quasi-periodic, chaotic and hyperchaotic dynamic behaviours. By numerical simulations, the Lyapunov exponent spectrums, bifurcation diagrams and phase diagrams of the two new systems are studied, respectively. Furthermore, the synchronizing circuits of the nonautonomous hyperchaotic Liu system are designed via the synchronization control method of single variable coupling feedback. Finally, the hardware circuits are implemented, and the corresponding waves of chaos are observed by an oscillograph.

Data mining analysis of Professor Liu Shangyi＇s prescription characteristics in clinical medicine for the treatment of cancer patients with stomachache

Objective： To analyze National Chinese Medicine Master Liu Shangyi’s prescription characteristics of clinical medicinefor the treatment of cancer patients with stomachache. Methods： Data on prescriptions for cancer patients withstomachache between January 2014 and July 2016 were collected. The composing principles were analyzed byunsupervised data mining methods including Apriori algorithm in association rules and complex system entropy cluster.Results： Based on the analysis of 120 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbswere computed. Four core combinations and two new prescriptions were mined from the database. Compared to thebefore treatment, the clinical symptomatic grading of stomachache after treatment was lower （P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion：Professor Liu has been successful in the treatment of cancer patients with stomachache by prescribing medication thataids in activating blood circulation, removing dampness, and alleviating pain.

阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床效果研究

目的探讨阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术治疗盆腔器官脱垂(POP)的临床效果。方法分析30例行阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术的POP患者的临床资料,观察手术指标、术后疗效、不适症状、主观治愈率和客观治愈率、术后性生活及生活质量情况。结果30例患者全部完成阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术,其中5例为阴道穹窿脱垂,9例未切子宫,16例切除子宫,合并阴道前壁脱垂的同时行阴道前壁修补术,合并阴道后壁脱垂的同时行阴道后壁修补及会阴体重建术,合并尿失禁的行尿道折叠术。同时合并阴式子宫切除手术时间为(64.0±4.3)min、出血量为(42.0±7.9)ml;阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术时间为(30.0±3.6)min,出血量为(20.5±6.2)ml,术后保留尿管时间为(2.6±0.8)d,无术后尿潴留发生,肛门排气时间为(1.1±0.4)d,术后住院时间为(5.3±2.5)d,3例发生术后骶尾部不适,外阴感觉、下肢感觉及肌张力均正常,对症处理物理治疗,疼痛不适感均在5~7 d后自行缓解。出院时均大小便正常,无发热及血肿形成,无术后感染发生,阴道轴向无偏移。术后随访12~24个月,平均随访(6.8±3.6)个月,主观治愈率和客观治愈率均为100%(30/30)。患者术后性生活及生活质量均满意。结论阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术治疗POP的疗效确切,安全可行,值得在临床上推广应用。

EXPERIENCE OF ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT BASED ON DIFFERENTIATION OF DISEASED MERIDIANS WITH "ZI WU LIU ZHU" THEORY

According to the theory of "Hour-Prescription of Acupoints" of midnight-noon ebb-flow (Zi Wu Liu Zhu), clinically, acupuncture therapy based on differentiation of diseased meridians was summarised and used for treatment of periodical diseases, with unique therapeutic effects. Shear wave splitting analysis of local earthquakes from dense arrays in Shimian,Sichuan

The Shimian area of Sichuan sits at the junction of the Bayan Har block.Sichuan-Yunnan rhombic block,and Yangtze block,where several faults intersect.This region features intense tectonic activity and frequent earthquakes.In this study,we used local seismic waveform data recorded using dense arrays deployed in the Shimian area to obtain the shear wave splitting parameters at 55 seismic stations and thereby determine the crustal anisotropic characteristics of the region.We then analyzed the crustal stress pattern and tectonic setting and explored their relationship in the study area.Although some stations returned a polarization direction of NNW-SSE.a dominant polarization direction of NW-SE was obtained for the fast shear wave at most seismic stations in the study area.The polarization directions of the fast shear wave were highly consistent throughout the study-area.This orientation was in accordance with the direction of the regional principal compressive stress and parallel to the trend of the Xianshuihe and Daliangshan faults.The distribution of crustal anisotropy in this area was affected by the regional tectonic stress field and the fault structures.The mean delay time between fast and slow shear waves was 3.83 ms/km.slightly greater than the values obtained in other regions of Sichuan.This indicates that the crustal media in our study area had a high anisotropic strength and also reveals the influence of tectonic complexity resulting from the intersection of multiple faults on the strength of seismic anisotropy.

Experience about treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer from Professor Liu Jianfeng and a case report

Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinical practice.At present,the incidence of pancreatic cancer in China is increasing rapidly year by year,which seriously threatens the health and safety of nationals.Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Professor Liu Jianfeng has been engaged in the treatment of chronic diseases and health care for a long time.He has improved the patient's righteousness and improved the quality of life of patients by regulating the spleen and stomach and improving sleep.This article summarizes the ideas,prescriptions and clinical cases of Professor Liu Jianfeng in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer,in order to provide reference for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.

The molecular mechanisms of Yang Wei Kang Liu powder on anticancer and reducing chemotherapy side-effect in combination with chemotherapy

Objective:We studied the molecular mechanisms of Yang Wei Kang Liu Power(YWKL,traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing stomach and anticancer) on anticancer and reducing chemotherapy side-effect in combination with chemotherapy.Methods:615 pre-cancer mouse model of YWKL for 10 days and CTX 1 time,semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) to detect bone marrow granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF) gene and cancer proto-oncogene Bcl-2,c-myc expression.Results:YWKL in combination with chemotherapy could obviously promoted the expression of GM-CSF gene and inhibited the expression of Bcl-2 and c-myc oncogenes of FC 615 mice.Conclusion:The molecular mechanisms of anticancer and reducing chemotherapy side-effect of YWKL in combination with chemotherapy are to promote the expression of GM-CSF gene and inhibit the expression of Bcl-2 and c-myc oncogenes.

Exploration on medication patterns of “External Treatment” in the ancient Chinese medical book Liu Juanzi Guiyi Fang

Background:To obtain the medication patterns of“External Treatment”by analyzing the prescriptions for the“External Treatment”in a Chinese ancient book called Liu Juanzi Guiyi Fang(Liu Juanzi’Ghost-Bequeathed Prescriptions,written by Liu Juanzi in 499 C.E.).Methods:The prescriptions for“External Treatment”and primary traditional Chinese medicines in Liu Juanzi’Ghost-Bequeathed Prescriptions were analyzed using data mining methods,such as frequency analysis and cluster analysis,after screening for prescriptions related to“External Treatment”in Liu Juanzi’Ghost-Bequeathed Prescriptions.The Database of Prescriptions for External Treatment in Liu Juanzi Guiyi Fang was then established.Results:The earliest Chinese characters for“Yin”and“Yang”were found on“oracle bones”.These bones were the skeletal remains of different animals,and were used in ancient Chinese divination practices going all the way back to the 14th century B.C.Simply put,“Yin”is the cold and“Yang”is the warm.In traditional Chinese medicine,this concept of dualism and its fundamental principle underlie physiology,pathology,and the treatment of illnesses.The“External Treatment”discussed in Liu Juanzi’Ghost-Bequeathed Prescriptions primarily adopts the methods of“Warming Yang”,“Cooling Heat(Yang)”,and“Qu Xie(dispelling pathogenic factors of epidemic diseases)”,as well as“Huo Xue(promoting blood circulation)and promoting tissue regeneration.In Chinese medicine,“Si Qi(cold as winter,cool as autumn,warm as spring,hot as summer)”,“Wu Wei(five flavors:sweet,pungent,salty,sour,and bitter)”used to describe the properties of herbs.In Liu Juanzi’Ghost-Bequeathed Prescriptions,most of the medicines used were more“Sweet”,“Pungent”,“Warm”,and the“Channel Tropism”were primarily distribute to the“Liver”,“Heart”,“Stomach”,and“Large intestine meridian”.Conclusion:The data mining method systematically summarized the medication characteristics of the prescriptions for“External Treatment”in Liu Juanzi’Ghost-Bequeathed Prescriptions.The characteristics of the“External Treatment”in this book include“supporting healthy Qi”and“promoting Qi and Blood circulation”which as the top priority,applying both“Attacking and Supplementing methods”as the focus,and combining“Supplementing methods”with“Elimination methods”.It has provided theoretical guidance in“External Treatment”for surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.

Analysis of drug use rules of Chinese medicine master Liu Shangyi to treat thyroid cancer

Objective:To explore the clinical drug use of Professor Liu Shangyi,a master of Chinese medicine,in the treatment of thyroid cancer based on the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform v1.5.7 software.Methods:From January 01,2018 to April 01,2019,the information input system of Professor Liu Shangyi,traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guizhou Province,was screened.The data mining and analysis module was used to explore the clinical drug use of Professor Liu Shangyi in the treatment of thyroid cancer.Results:A total of 207 medical cases were recorded in this study,with 207 prescriptions,involving 129 kinds of herbs.The five most frequently used herbs are Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma),Biejia(Trionycis Carapax),Maozhuacao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix),Donglingcao(Rabdosia rubescens)and Chaojiezi(Sinapis Semen).Most of the drugs are warm and cold;most of the five flavors are sweet and bitter;most of the Meridian tropism are lung and liver;and the main efficacy are clearing away heat and toxic materials,eliminating phlegm and resolving hard mass.The most frequent correlation analysis of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)are Bie Jia(Trionycis Carapax)-Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma),Donglingcao(Rabdosia rubescens)-Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma).Conclusion:Professor Liu Shangyi often use clearing away heat and toxic materials,resolving phlegm and disperse knot combined with tonifying liver and kidney in order to help fostering vital Qi and dispeling evil in clinical treatment of thyroid cancer.

Liu Wansu,physician and initiator of the'Cold School'

Liu Wansu (courtesy name:Liu Shouzhen,circa 1120-1200) was a native of Hejian (present Hejian City,Hebei Province) in the Jin Dynasty (1115-1234),so he was also called Li Hejian by later generations.He was a distinguished physician in the Jin and Yuan dynasties,and one of the four great medical masters in that period.
