目的:对比高嵌体与全冠在修复牙体缺损中的美学效果及预后。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年1月笔者医院收治的牙体缺损患者120例(共229颗患牙),采用随机数字法分为对照组(60例,113颗患牙)和观察组(60例,116颗患牙),对照组采用常规全瓷冠修...目的:对比高嵌体与全冠在修复牙体缺损中的美学效果及预后。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年1月笔者医院收治的牙体缺损患者120例(共229颗患牙),采用随机数字法分为对照组(60例,113颗患牙)和观察组(60例,116颗患牙),对照组采用常规全瓷冠修复治疗,观察组采用CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复治疗,观察两组的修复时间(备牙时间、取模时间和总体操作时间),治疗后第6个月、12个月及18个月的修复效果,以及治疗前、治疗后第3个月牙周指标及龈沟液生化指标[C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、人CXC趋化因子配体16(CXC chemokine ligand 16,CXCL16)、白细胞介素1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)]变化,对比两组牙齿美观满意度。结果:观察组备牙时间、取模时间和总体操作时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组、对照组治疗后第6个月、12个月、18个月修复优良率分别为100% vs 100%、97.41% vs 85.84%、96.55% vs 83.19%,两组治疗后12、18个月比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第3个月,两组出血指数(Bleeding index,BI)、菌斑指数(Plaque index,PLI)、牙龈指数(Gingival index,GI)及龈沟液CRP、CXCL16、IL-1β水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组咀嚼能力显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者对修复体满意度(98.34%)显著高于对照组(81.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体技术应用于修复牙体缺损临床效果显著,可明显改善牙周情况及炎症反应,远期修复效果好,美观度高,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。展开更多

Corresponding to its lowest optical absorption transition at 240 nm, phosphor emits a bluish-green light at 485 nm, which yields the Stokes shift about 20000 cm -1. The unusual optical properties of Zr 4+ ion are ascribed to its uncommon coordination environment. In addition it shows intensive bluish-green long lasting phosphorescence (LLP) due to the existence of electron trap, which is generated by aliovalent substitution of Zr 4+ ion for the cation site in the matrix as shown in thermoluminescence (TL) spectrum.展开更多

In this study, we compared the eff...A preliminary study by our research group showed that 6-mm-long regeneration chamber bridging is equivalent to autologous nerve transplantation for the repair of 12-mm nerve defects. In this study, we compared the efficacy of different lengths (6, 8, 10 mm) of nerve fragments bridging 6-mm regeneration chambers for the repair of 12-mm-long nerve defects. At 16 weeks after the regeneration chamber was implanted, the number, diameter and myelin sheath thickness of the regenerated nerve fibers, as well as the conduction velocity of the sciatic nerve and gastrocnemius muscle wet weight ratio, were similar to that observed with autologous nerve transplantation. Our results demonstrate that 6-, 8-and 10-mm-long nerve fragments bridging 6-mm regeneration chambers effectively repair 12-mm-long nerve defects. Because the chemoattractive capacity is not affected by the length of the nerve fragment, we suggest adopting 6-mm-long nerve fragments for the repair of peripheral nerve defects.展开更多

Electrochemical cyclic voltammetric(CV) scan was applied to inducing the partial oxidation and defects of carbon nanotubes(CNTs).The electrochemically induced functional groups and physical defects were demonstrat...Electrochemical cyclic voltammetric(CV) scan was applied to inducing the partial oxidation and defects of carbon nanotubes(CNTs).The electrochemically induced functional groups and physical defects were demonstrated to show positive effects on the nanotube capacitance,as exemplified by super-long CNT arrays as model for the easy fabrication of CNT electrodes.Specifically,the initial hydrophobic nanotube surface becomes hydrophilic and a ten-time enhancement in capacitance is observed with respect to the pristine CNT sample.Thus,the electrochemical CV pretreatment can be used as an effective approach to activate the CNT surface for an enhanced electrochemical performance in capacitors,and many other advanced devices beyond capacitors,such as electrochemical sensors and batteries.展开更多

文摘针对现有基于深度神经网络的代码缺陷检测方法无法分析缺陷特征并输出相关评审建议的问题,提出一种基于大感知域LSTM-Seq2Seq模型的代码缺陷检测方法。首先,使用长短期记忆网络(LSTM,long short-term memory)学习缺陷代码的编码特征,建立缺陷判别模型。其次,针对模型与数据集不匹配的问题,向序列到序列模型(Seq2Seq,sequence to sequence)引入代码段长度系数,提升模型对代码评审任务的适用度;通过建立代码缺陷特征与评审建议特征间的映射关系建立了代码分析模型,实现评审输出功能。最后,利用公开数据集SARD对该方法进行了验证,该方法在准确率、召回率、F1值方面的测试结果分别为92.50%、87.20%、87.60%,典型代码缺陷输出的评审文本与专家评审的文本相似度为85.99%,可有效减少评审过程对专家经验的依赖。
