Piezoelectric ceramics of 0.6(Bi0.9La0.1)FeO3-0.4Pb(Ti1-xMnx)O3 (BLF-PTM) for x=0, 0.01, 0.02, and 0.03 were prepared by sol-gel process combined with a solid-state reaction method. The tan? for BLF-PTM of x=0.01 is just 0.006 at 1 kHz, drastically decreasing by using Mn dopants. The TC increases to 490 ℃ for BLF-PTM of x=0.02. Furthermore, Mn modification effectively enhances the poling state and the piezoelectric properties of BLF-PTM. The kp, Qm, d33, and g33 of 0.34, 403, and 124 pC1·N-1 and 37×10-3 Vm·N-1 are achieved for BLF-PTM of x=0.01. The results indicate that Mn modified BLF-PTM is a competitive high power and high temperature piezoelectric material with excellent piezoelectric properties. 展开更多

The Z-type ferrites of nominal composition Ba3Co2 Fe24O41+x wt% Bi2O3, where x=0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, were prepared by conventional ceramic processes. The influence of Bi2O3 content on the bulk densities, microstructures, magnetic and dielectric properties of Z-type ferrite samples were systematically examined so as to obtain materials with low magnetic and dielectric loss tangent over a frequency ranging from 600 to 800 MHz. The experimental results showed that addition of Bi2O3 lowered the sintering temperature(1 020 ℃) and then reduced the average grain size(<2 μm) and enhanced the resistivity(>2.68×10^8 Ω·cm) dramatically, which consequently decreased the magnetic and dielectric loss. Additionally, the low loss factors were observed at the Bi2O3 content x = 1.0, i e, tan δμ/μ’=0.013 and tan δε/ε’= 0.001 at 800 MHz, and such materials could be used for antennas miniaturization from 600 to 800 MHz. 展开更多

As part of the international research program on the superconducting cavity for the International Linear Collider (ILC) R&D on the 1.3 GHz low loss superconducting cavities has been carried out at the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) since 2005. A design of 1.3 GHz low loss cavity shape was proposed and six single-cell cavities of different niobium material were successfully fabricated with standard technology. In this study our priority was on large grain (LG) cavities. The two LG cavities were treated with complete procedures of surface treatments based on chemical polishing (CP) without electro polishing (EP) at IHEP. The two LG cavities and a fine grain cavity were sent to KEK for vertical testing. All the three cavities reached accelerating gradients higher than 35 MV/m and the maximum gradient of 40.27 MV/m was achieved in the LG cavity. This paper presents the process of the vertical RF tests and the comparison of the LG and fine grain cavities's performance. 展开更多

The effects of Cd^(2+) ions on the microstructure,magnetic properties,and dielectric properties of Bi_(2)O_(3)-added MgFe_(2)O_(4) ferrites(Cd_(x)Mg_(1-x)Fe_(2)O_(4),x=0.00,0.15,0.30 and 0.45)are obtained by adopting the solid-state reaction method at a low temperature(910℃).The objective is to achieve matching impedances,low magnetic and dielectric losses(tanδμand tanδε,respectively),and a relatively large miniaturization factor to reduce antenna size.Experimental results indicate that the cations occupying the tetrahedral(A)and octahedral(B)ion sites are redistributed,resulting in an enhanced super-exchange interaction between the two sublattices.As a result,improved magnetization,including the increase in saturation magnetization(41.74 emu/g)and decrease in coercivity(63.75 Oe),is realized.The real part of permeability(μ')also increases with increasing concentration of Cd^(2+) ions.When x is 0.15,matching impedances with equivalent μ'and ε'values are obtained over a long frequency range(1–150MHz).Moreover,the formation of a dense microstructure guarantees that losses occur at low orders of magnitude(tanδμ≈10−2 and tanδε≈10−3).Accordingly,these properties afford wide application perspectives for the proposed compounds in the high-frequency region,i.e.,from high-frequency to very-high-frequency bands. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel super junction (S J) SiGe switching power diode which has a columnar structure of alternating p- and n- doped pillar substituting conventional n- base region and has far thinner strained SiGe p+ layer to overcome the drawbacks of existing Si switching power diode. The SJ SiGe diode can achieve low specific on-resistance, high breakdown voltages and fast switching speed. The results indicate that the forward voltage drop of SJ SiGe diode is much lower than that of conventional Si power diode when the operating current densities do not exceed 1000 A/cm^2, which is very good for getting lower operating loss. The forward voltage drop of the Si diode is 0.66V whereas that of the SJ SiGe diode is only 0.52V voltages are 203 V for the former and 235 V for the latter. at operating current density of 10A/cm^2. The breakdown Compared with the conventional Si power diode, the reverse recovery time of SJ SiGe diode with 20 per cent Ge content is shortened by above a half and the peak reverse current is reduced by over 15%. The SJ SiGe diode can remarkably improve the characteristics of power diode by combining the merits of both SJ structure and SiGe material. 展开更多

We demonstrate a low-loss terahertz waveguide based on the InAs-graphene-SiC structure. By analyzing the terahertz waveguide proposed in this paper, we can obtain that it is the characteristic of a low transmission loss coefficient (αloss 0.55 dB/m) for fundamental mode (LP01) when the incident frequency is larger than 3.0 THz. The critical radii of the inside and outside cylinders have been found for the high-quality transmission. The large inside radius and the high transmission frequency result in a fiat transmission loss coefficient curve. As a strictly two-dimensional material, the double graphene surface rings perform better to improve the quality of transmission mode. These results provide a new idea for the research of the long-distance THz waveguide. 展开更多

This paper report on a low-loss, broadband, and tunable negative refractive index metamaterial (NRIM) consisting of yttrium iron garnet (YIG) slabs and printed circuit boards (PCBs). The YIG slabs under an applied magnetic field provide a negative permeability and the PCBs provide a negative permittivity. The substrates of the PCBs decuple the interactions between the YIG slabs and wire array deposed on such substrates. The effective electromagnetic parameters of the NRIM and the conditions of exhibiting the negative refractive index character are analyzed theoretically. Then the negative transmission and negative refraction characters are investigated numerically and experimentally. The results indicate that the NRIM exhibits negative pass band within the X-band with a bandwidth of about 1 GHz and a peak transmission power of about - 2.5 dB. While changing the applied magnetic field from 2300 Oe to 2700 Oe, the measured pass band of NRIM shift from 8.42 GHz to 9.50 GHz with a 2.7 MHz/Oe step. The results open a sample way to fabricate the NRIM, further, the metamaterial cloak and absorber. 展开更多

The relationship between the head loss and the discharge and circulation of the conduit of a pump system with low head is an important problem with an obvious influence on the improvement of its hydraulic performance. The velocity circulation from the pump guide vane makes the relationship more complicated, which has to be understood comprehensively. The results indicate that, under the condition of zero circulation, the head loss of the inlet and outlet conduits is in proportion to the square of discharge. Under the condition that the Reynolds number is satisfied with the resistant square area, the conduit loss is in proportion to the square of discharge for the similar working points with different speeds in a certain rotational speed range, indicating that the pump system efficiency is constant. The outlet conduit loss of design discharge for a pump system with low head depends on the velocity circulation from the guide vane exit, and the relationship between the loss and the circulation is an open curve with an upward direction, meaning that there is an optimal circulation for the loss. Under the condition of various working points for a pump system with low head, the head loss of the outlet conduit is under the cross influence of both the discharge and the circulation. As a result, the relationship between the head loss and the discharge is almost linear, and the mechanism needs to be further studied. 展开更多

The sintering characteristics of hexagonal Co2-Y-type ferrite, Ba2Co2Fe12O22, with the addition of 0.6 wt% CuO, were studied in order to allow for preparation in air, as opposed to the conventionally recommended O2, for industrial production. The dependence of the resistivity, ρ magnetic loss, tanδ, and the permeability, μ, at 1 GHz on the sintering temperature was investigated. A low tanδ of 0.05 with a m of 2.7 at a frequency of 1 GHz, along with a high ρ (up to 7 × 104 μm), were attained under sintering at 1170°C in air, which were the same features as those of samples sintered at 1200°C in O2. The dependence of tanδ on grain diameter was also examined, and it was determined that a small grain size (less than 2 μm) is preferable for low tanδ. 展开更多

【目的】探究缓冲弹簧和柔性触穗表面两种摘穗机构在摘取果穗中的低损作用及机制。【方法】以传统玉米收获用板式摘穗机构和具有缓冲弹簧加柔性触穗表面的柔性摘穗机构为2种摘穗结构,以刚性触穗表面、柔性橡胶触穗表面、柔性发泡材料触... 【目的】探究缓冲弹簧和柔性触穗表面两种摘穗机构在摘取果穗中的低损作用及机制。【方法】以传统玉米收获用板式摘穗机构和具有缓冲弹簧加柔性触穗表面的柔性摘穗机构为2种摘穗结构,以刚性触穗表面、柔性橡胶触穗表面、柔性发泡材料触穗表面为3种触穗表面,得出6种摘穗机构,进行鲜食玉米果穗碰撞试验,采集和分析碰撞时间、碰撞加速度峰值,计算碰撞冲量,统计籽粒破碎率。【结果】柔性摘穗机构能够有效降低鲜食玉米果穗受到的碰撞时间,从而降低鲜食玉米果穗的籽粒破碎率。缓冲弹簧可缩短鲜食玉米果穗的碰撞时间,当柔性摘穗机构表面为柔性橡胶和柔性发泡材料时,碰撞时间分别比板式摘穗机构降低了66.2%、70.1%和70.1%。碰撞冲量分别降低了67.6%、77.9%和79.7%。籽粒破碎率降低了71.2%、51.3%和83.6%。对于柔性摘穗机构,鲜食玉米果穗与柔性橡胶、柔性发泡材料触穗表面的碰撞时间比刚性触穗表面分别延长了58.7%和63.2%。碰撞加速度峰值分别降低了62.5%和68.7%。碰撞冲量分别降低了42.4%和54.5%。籽粒破碎率分别降低了47.4%和68.4%。【结论】通过降低收获过程中鲜食玉米果穗受到的碰撞时间和碰撞加速度,从而有效降低了鲜食玉米果穗的籽粒破碎率,为鲜食玉米低损收获机的研制提供理论依据和设计参考。 展开更多

为全面提升压气机的研制能力,本文对平均载荷系数0.5一级的带单双外涵两种模式(双模式)核心驱动风扇的四级压气机开展了设计技术研究与验证。针对其平均级载荷系数高、两个模式性能变化大等特点,开展了双模式高负荷压气机设计、低损失... 为全面提升压气机的研制能力,本文对平均载荷系数0.5一级的带单双外涵两种模式(双模式)核心驱动风扇的四级压气机开展了设计技术研究与验证。针对其平均级载荷系数高、两个模式性能变化大等特点,开展了双模式高负荷压气机设计、低损失大流量范围导叶设计以及低损失大攻角范围可调静子设计等技术研究工作,并在此基础上完成双模式核心驱动风扇与四级压气机的设计,开展0.8~1.0相对转速的三维特性分析,全面研究单双外涵两种模式下各级的匹配情况。试验结果表明:单双外涵两种模式下,压气机流量、压比、效率达到设计指标。单外涵模式1.0相对转速,最高效率0.874,双外涵模式0.924相对转速,最高效率0.87,两种模式下压气机流量调节范围达到31.4%。各级匹配良好,突破了双模式核心驱动风扇与压气机一体化匹配设计和平均载荷系数0.5一级的高负荷压缩部件设计等关键技术,为下一代发动机的核心压缩部件设计奠定了基础。 展开更多

低损耗太赫兹波导腔体传输结构与互联接口设计技术

文章介绍了降低太赫兹波导传输和互联损耗的方法及实验结果。当前,矩形波导多采用金属分块技术制作,且H面剖分波导损耗明显高于E面剖分波导损耗。为了抑制H面波导的电磁泄漏和辐射损耗,降低整体的传输损耗,在波导剖分表面添加了电磁带... 文章介绍了降低太赫兹波导传输和互联损耗的方法及实验结果。当前,矩形波导多采用金属分块技术制作,且H面剖分波导损耗明显高于E面剖分波导损耗。为了抑制H面波导的电磁泄漏和辐射损耗,降低整体的传输损耗,在波导剖分表面添加了电磁带隙结构或扼流槽结构。采用传统的数控铣削和金属分块技术制备了一些波导样品,包括常规的矩形波导、带隙波导和扼流波导,并在170GHz~260GHz频段进行了测量和损耗对比。实验结果表明,在太赫兹频率下,波导分裂带来的不连续间隙使常规的H面波导损耗高达0.074dB/mm;带隙波导的损耗为0.017dB/mm,但加工耗时且价格昂贵;扼流波导的损耗为0.025dB/mm,成本和性能适中。此外,还设计制备了基于零形扼流槽的波导法兰,用于无接触低损耗太赫兹波导互联应用。相比常规波导法兰,基于文章设计的法兰互联性能稳定,改善效果显著。 展开更多
