Typical low-resistivity oil layers have been found in the past few years in the Putaohua reservoir of the Puao Oilfield in the south of the Daqing placanticline by detailed exploration. Based on a study of micro-geological causes of low-resistivity oil layers, the macro-geological controlling factors were analyzed through comprehensive research of regional depositional background, geological structure, and oil-water relations combined with core, water testing, well logging, and scanning electron microscopy data. The results showed that the formation and distribution of Putaohua low-resistivity oil layers in the Puao Oilfield were controlled by depositional environment, sedimentary facies, diagenesis, motive power of hydrocarbon accumulation, and acidity and alkalinity of reservoir liquid. The low-resistivity oil layers caused by high bound-water saturation were controlled by deposition and diagenesis, those caused by high free-water saturation were controlled by structural amplitude and motive power of hydrocarbon accumulation. Those caused by formation water with high salinity were controlled by the ancient saline water depositional environment and faulted structure and those caused by additional conductivity of shale were controlled by paleoclimate and acidity and alkalinity of reservoir liquid. Consideration of both micro-geological causes and macro-geological controlling factors is important in identifying low-resistivity oil layers.展开更多

Based on the geology and logging analysis, we redefine low-resistivity oil zones. According to their genesis, low-resis- tivity oil zones can be distinguished as five different classes: low-resistivity oil zones formed by tectonic settings, by depositional settings, by diagenetic settings, by invaded settings and those which are formed by the compounding geneses respectively. We make the following observations from this study on the definition and classification of low-resistivity oil zones: 1) A low-resistivity oil reservoir has macroscopic and microscopic unity. 2) The genesis of low-resistivity oil zones varies with the type of petroliferous basin. 3) Some low-resistivity oil zones can be forecasted based on the geological study results. 4) The results in this paper suggest that well logging information is generated from two cause mechanisms, the geophysical factors and the geological setting. Future studies on the geological background cause mechanism and the theory of well logging information will enrich the theory of logging geology and improve the ability to forecast oil zones.展开更多

The oil-rock correlation, neritic reservoir type, hydrocarbon conduct system and dominant migration and accumulation direction, and new techniques were discussed. The results showed that large amount of hydrocarbon generated by shallow lacustrine mudstone and shale of Eocene Wenchang formation could migrate from sag to Qionghai uplift distantly; neritic shoal-bar reservoir have developed in the 1 st member of Zhujiang formation, dip-sag faults and regional good marine sandstone layers of the 1 st and the 2nd member of Zhujiang formation have constituted hydrocarbon conduct system in Qionghai uplift ; the late fault system which were controlled by Dongsha tectonic movement constructed the connection between lower hydrocarbon and upper neritic shoal-bar reservoir. There- fore, the pool-forming pattern with "vertical migration and accumulation, secondary strncture-lithology-dominated" was proposed. Finally the enlightenment of exploratin~ new findings was discussed.展开更多

We use petrophysical data in three types of reservoir with different pore structure characteristics to show that the complexity of pore structure had a significant effect on the effective porosity and permeability regardless of geological factors responsible for the formation of pore structure. Moreover,, the distribution and content of conductive fluids in the reservoir varies dramatically owing to pore structure differences, which also induces resistivity variations in reservoir rocks. Hence, the origin of low-resistivity hydrocarbon-bearing zones, except for those with conductive matrix and mud filtrate invasion, is attributed to the complexity of the pore structures. Consequently, reservoir-specific evaluation models, parameters, and criteria should be chosen for resistivity log interpretation to make a reliable evaluation of reservoir quality and fluids.展开更多

The Lower Cretaceous Buwaib Formation is important reservoir in the Persian Gulf. The formation in the Salman Field is divided into three reservoir zones and four barriers and tight zones. These reservoir zones show low resistivity characteristics, high fluid saturation, but good oil production. In some intervals resistivity responses reach less than 1 ohm•m. Petrophysical properties measured from laboratory and logging tools have been combined with thin section X-ray diffraction (XRD) and PNN (Pulse Neutron Neutron). Geological studies define presence of 8 facies from wackeston to packstone. In general, reservoir potential of the Buwaib Formation is under influenced by the development of lithocodium mound facies that along with moderate to high porosity intervals. Micritization and pyritization of digenetic process along with clay-coated grains, carbonate with interstitial dispersed clay have conspicuous impact on LRPZ. Based on XRD analysis, Montmorillonite and Kaolinite of main clays types have high CEC and greater impact on lowering resistivity. To describe pore systems of rocks, the Lønøy method applied to address pore throat sizes which contain mudstone micro porosity related to lithocodium mound facies and uniform interparticle at class 3 Lucia as pore size varies from 0.2 to 10 micron. Some constraints were defined to estimate reliable water saturation that checked by sigma logs. Water saturation is 42%, 34% and 40% respectively in BL1, BL2 and BL3 zones.展开更多

Whether low-resistivity layers exist in the middle and lower crust of this kind block is an open question. This work attempts to reveal the entire crustal structure of the block based on interpretation of magnetotelluric data collected along the profile across this region. The result shows that a layered structure characterizes the crust of the Ordos block, with a low-resistivity layer at depth of about 20km, presumably associated with fluids there. In contrast, in the areas of active tectonics on the east and west of the block, there are no such layered electric structures in the crust, and the low-resistivity zones may be related to the decollement zones (or ductile shear zones) in the crust. The difference in electric structure of crust between the Ordos Block and neighboring areas is of significance to analyze the movement and deformation of varied blocks in the continent.展开更多

After the sample is annealed at 500℃ in 02 ambient for 3min, a specific contact resistance as low as 2.6 × 10^-5 Ωcm^2 and an optical reflectivity of 82% at 460 nm are obtained. The Auger electron spectroscopy analysis shows that the Pt layer can improve the surface morphology and thermal reliability of the annealed Ag-based electrode, Ag plays a key role in achieving good ohmic contact due to the outdiffusion of Ga into Ag forming Ga vacancies which increase the hole concentration, while the surface contamination of p-type GaN is reduced by Ni.展开更多

Furthermore, the adrenal effect was proved with the adrenal extirpation. A several models of Yang-deficiency syndrome were rnade to analyze the action of some substaflces secreted from adrenal cortex and adrenal medulla.(3) On the basis of the above-mentioned outcome, a hypothesis that specific and nonspecif1c viscera-auriculo-acupoint responses are mixed has been rendered, The specific response here means the special relationship between certain parts of the auricle and certain viscera which forms the foundation of auriculo-acupoints, while the nonspecific one refers to the general or diffused response in the whole auricle resulting from the actions of all the viscera and other parts of the body. The specific response may be fulfilled by the sympathetic nerve, wh1le the nonspecific response is accomplished by both of sympathetic nerve and adrenal gland. The significance of the research may be concluded in the following: the mechanism of auricle diagnosis in clinic has been further understood; the diagnostic accurracy and the therapeutical effect could be raised and a new breakthrough for expounding the substance of meridians and collaterals could be made.展开更多

Resistivity beyond 100 Ωcm for undoped layer was decreased with increasing supply of the dopant and dependent on the supply ratio of O2 to TTIP and decreased to 0.2 Ωcm by the optimization. X-ray fluorescent spectroscopy showed Nb-content in the layer was decreased with the O2-supply ratio. X-ray photo-spectroscopy indicated that F substituted O-site in TiO2 by O2-supply but carbon-contamination and F missing substitution in the O-site were significantly increased by excess O2-supply. Further, it was suggested that the substituted F played an important role to reduce resistivity without significant contribution of O-vacancies. XRD spectra showed F missing substitution in the O-site degraded the crystallinity.展开更多

Acti-vation energy for the deposition rate on the temperature was significantly decreased to 120 kJ/mol as compared with 228 kJ/mol for the deposition in H2 without NbF5. The deposition rate linearly increased with NbF5 supply rate but gradually decreased with H2 supply rate indicated that F on the deposition surface acts as catalyst for TTIP-dissociation but is non-activated by hydrogen. Resistivity of the layer was decreased by NbF5 supply depending on the deposition temperature with the activation energy of 319 kJ/mol, whereas the energy was 244 kJ/mol for the layer deposited in H2 without NbF5. The dependence of resistivity on NbF5. and H2 supply rates suggested that the doping should be performed by sufficient NbF5 and H2 supply rate to improve the crystallinity. As a result of the optimization, the resistivity was successfully reduced to 5 × 10-2 Ω·cm. Optical transmission spectra in UV-Vis region indicated that significant absorption observed for the layer deposited in H2 was notably decreased by using NbF5. The improved optical property was better than that for the layer deposited in O2-ambient.展开更多

Following isolation and rotation of a tube of body wall, the mechanical sensory and annular erection (AE) motor neurons re-innervated the body wall, at a rate of approximately 3. 8 -8. 4 μm/h. The patterns of re-innerva-tion by pairs of neurons on each side of a ganglion were bilaterally symmetric. The repairs are synchronous for the sensory and motor neurons which are of different functions but in a same ganglion. The gap junctions are widely spread in leech between neurons and glia cells, as well as among the neurons and glia cells themselves. Therefore, it is proposed that the nervous system repair is regulated by a low-resistance pathway. In the xenotransplantation experiments, neurons recognized target tissues before the immuno-recognition and rejection.展开更多

文摘The reservoir pore structure controls the reservoir quality and resistivity response of hydrocarbon-bearing zones and thus, critically affects logging interpretation. Consequently, reservoir-specific evaluation models, parameters, and criteria should be chosen for resistivity log interpretation to make a reliable evaluation of reservoir quality and fluids.

文摘The Ordos block is a stable tectonic unit since the Cenozoic. The difference in electric structure of crust between the Ordos Block and neighboring areas is of significance to analyze the movement and deformation of varied blocks in the continent.

文摘We present a high-quality Ni/Ag/Pt Ohmic contact to p-type GaN. After the sample is annealed at 500℃ in 02 ambient for 3min, a specific contact resistance as low as 2.6 × 10^-5 Ωcm^2 and an optical reflectivity of 82% at 460 nm are obtained. The Auger electron spectroscopy analysis shows that the Pt layer can improve the surface morphology and thermal reliability of the annealed Ag-based electrode, Ag plays a key role in achieving good ohmic contact due to the outdiffusion of Ga into Ag forming Ga vacancies which increase the hole concentration, while the surface contamination of p-type GaN is reduced by Ni.
文摘Properties of the Ag/Ni/p-GaN structure at different temperatures are studied by Auger electron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and high resolution x-ray diffraction. The effect of Ag in ohmic contact on the crystalline quality is investigated and the optimized value of annealing temperature is reported. The lowest specific contact resistance of 2.5 × 10^-4 Ωcm^2 is obtained at annealing temperature of 550^o C.
文摘The article summarizes the achievements of research on the mechanism of auriculo-acu-points by us in recent years.(1) By stimulating and recording the electric activities of the sympathetic nerve, it has been observed that the abnormal sympathetic excitation is the cause for the reduction of the electric resistance itt ear acupoints, the occurrence of the low-resistance spots in the auricle, and the auricular resistance has a phasic process of rising ahead and falling behind, we have observed that the quantity change of the low-resistance spots in the auricle is parallel to the quantity of the syrnpathetlc fibres, with local injection of the specific sympathetic-destroying agent, 6-OHDA.(2) It was confirmed with animal cross-circulation method that humour factors participate in the viscera-auriculo-acupoint response. The significance of the research may be concluded in the following: the mechanism of auricle diagnosis in clinic has been further understood; the diagnostic accurracy and the therapeutical effect could be raised and a new breakthrough for expounding the substance of meridians and collaterals could be made.
文摘Nb and F co-doped anatase TiO2 layers were deposited by low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) at pressure of 3 mtorr using titanium-tetra-iso-propoxide (TTIP), O2 and NbF5 as precursor, oxidant and dopant respectively. XRD spectra showed F missing substitution in the O-site degraded the crystallinity.
文摘Low resistive TiO2 layer was deposited by low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) at pressure around 0.25 Pa using titanium-tetra-iso-propoxide (TTIP) and NbF5 in H2-ambient. The improved optical property was better than that for the layer deposited in O2-ambient.

文摘Re-innervation of sensory and motor neurons on a defined area of the body wall was studied in two species of leeches, Whitmania pigra and Hirudo medicinalis, as a model of segmental animals. In the xenotransplantation experiments, neurons recognized target tissues before the immuno-recognition and rejection.
