Analysis of the Efficacy of Low-Dose Betaloc Combined with Amiodarone in Treating Ventricular Arrhythmia

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of low-dose Betaloc combined with amiodarone in treating ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:70 patients with ventricular arrhythmia who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of our hospital between August 2022 and August 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into two groups using the coin-tossing method:the combination group(n=35)and the reference group(n=35).The combination group was treated with low-dose Betaloc and amiodarone,and the control group was treated with low-dose Betaloc alone.The treatment efficacy,cardiac function indicators,and related tested indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total efficacy of the treatment received by the combination group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Besides,after treatment,the cardiac function indicators such as left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),and cardiac index(CI)of the patients in the combination group were significantly better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),N-terminal prohormone of brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),adiponectin(APN),and other related test indicators of the patients in the combination group were significantly better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose Betaloc combined with amiodarone has a noticeable effect in treating ventricular arrhythmia and deserves to be widely promoted. 展开更多

The principal goal ... In this paper, the techniques to manage and control the flow over airfoils by using the external unsteady excitations are investigated. The mechanisms of these excitation effects are also explored. The principal goal of this study is to gain a better understanding and to find the possible ways for enhancing the aerodynamic efficients. The experimental investigations are carried out in two low-speed wind tunnels. The test models are two dimensional airfoils with different section geometries. Four means of excitations have been used in these experiments. (1) The pitch oscillation of the airfoil high-angle-of-attack situation. (2) The moving surface effects of the airfoil with a leading edge rotating cylinder. (3) Oscillating leading edge flaperon. (4) Small oscillating spoiler located near the leading edge of the airfoil. The lift, drag and pitch moment coefficients are measured in these experiments. But, we will put the emphasis only on the 'dynamic amplifying effects' on aerodynamic lift in this paper. Results obtained indicate that the beneficial aerodynamic effects of section lift increase can be obtained at the high angle of attack near stall regime, as long as the frequency and amplitute of the excitation are appropriately selected. 展开更多

The effect of excitation current intensity on the mechanical properties of ZL205 A castings solidified under a traveling magnetic field was studied. The results of the experiment indicate that the excitation current intensity of the traveling magnetic field has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the ZL205 A castings. When the excitation current intensity is 15 A, the tensile strength and elongation of ZL205 A alloy castings increase 27.2% and 67.7%, respectively, compared with those of the same alloy solidified under gravity. The improvement of mechanical properties is attributed to the decrease of micro-porosity in the alloy. Under the traveling magnetic field, the feeding pressure in the alloy melt before solidification can be enhanced due to the electromagnetic force. Moreover, the melt flow induced by the traveling magnetic field can decrease the temperature gradient. The feeding resistance will be increased because the temperature gradient decrease. So traveling magnetic field has an optimum effect on feeding. 展开更多

It is shown that with increasing the isospin of fissioning systems, charged-particle emission is not sensitive to the strength of nuclear dissipation. In addition, we have found that increasing the excitation energy not only increases the influence of nuclear dissipation on particle emission but also greatly enhances the sensitivity of the emission of pre-scission neutrons or charged particles to the isospin of the system. Therefore, in order to extract dissipation strength more accurately by taking light particle multiplicities it is important to choose both a highly excited compound nucleus and a proper kind of particles for systems with different isospins. 展开更多

The difference-frequency (DF) ultrasound generated by using parametric effect promises to improve detection depth owing to its low attenuation, which is beneficial for deep tissue imaging. With ultrasound contrast agents infusion, the harmonic components scattered from the microbubbles, including DF, can be generated due to the nonlinear vibration. A theoretical study on the DF generation from microbubbles under the dual-frequency excitation is proposed in formula based on the solution of the RPNNP equation. The optimisation of the DF generation is discussed associated with the applied acoustic pressure, frequency, and the microbubble size. Experiments are performed to validate the theoretical predictions by using a dual-frequency signal to excite microbubbles. Both the numerical and experimental results demonstrate that the optimised DF ultrasound can be achieved as the difference frequency is close to the resonance frequency of the microbubble and improve the contrast-to-tissue ratio in imaging. 展开更多

And a method forthe estimation of the equivalent excitation spectrum according to system dynamic responses isdiscussed for the quantitative prediction of isolation effectiveness. Both theoretical analysis andexperimental results are demonstrated. Through manual pickup of seismic phases,the number of recording stations,the farthest observation distance of station and received energy are determined,then optimal operating condition processing software is developed to evaluate the excitation effect of operating conditions. The optimal operating conditions in the Mianhuatan Reservoir are determined using this software. They are: optimal water depth 25 m,airgun array sink depth 9m and airgun array size 7m × 7m. At the same time,accumulative stacking results for every 10 times are analyzed for 300 fixed-point excitations. It is concluded that the excitation effect shows a rapidly rising trend at 10 to 90 times stacking,a slowly rising trend at 100 to 150 times stacking,a rapidly rising trend at 160 to 240 times stacking,and a slowly rising trend at 250 to 300 times stacking. As the number of stacking increases,the propagation distance and the number of recording stations also increase gradually. 展开更多

Temperature effects on bound polaron properties are calculated by employing the quantum statistical theory(QST). According to the present work's numerical results, the FESE, excitation energy and transition frequency decay(amplify) with raising temperature in the regime of lower(higher)temperature. Purpose–Under different ground motion excitation modes,the spatial coupling effect of seismic response for the arch bridge with thrust,seismic weak parts and the internal force components of the control section of main arch ribs are analyzed.Design/methodology/approach–Taking a 490 m deck type railway steel truss arch bridge as the background,the dynamic calculation model of the whole bridge was established by SAP2000 software.The seismic response analyses under one-,two-and three-dimension(1D,2D and 3D)uniform ground motion excitations were carried out.Findings–For the steel truss arch bridge composed of multiple arch ribs,any single direction ground motion excitation will cause large axial force in the chord of arch rib.The axial force caused by transverse and vertical ground motion excitation in the chord of arch crown area is 1.4–3.6 times of the corresponding axial force under longitudinal seismic excitation.The in-plane bending moment caused by the lower chord at the vault is 4.2–5.5 times of the corresponding bending moment under the longitudinal seismic excitation.For the bottom chord of arch rib,the arch foot is the weak part of earthquake resistance,but for the upper chord of arch rib,the arch foot,arch crown and the intersection of column and upper chord can all be the potential earthquake-resistant weak parts.The normal stress of the bottom chord of the arch rib under multidimensional excitation is mainly caused by the axial force,but the normal stress of the upper chord of the arch rib is caused by the axial force,in-plane and out of plane bending moment.Originality/value–The research provides specific suggestions for ground motion excitation mode and also provides reference information for the earthquake-resistant weak part and seismic design of long-span deck type railway steel truss arch bridges. 展开更多

The vortex-induced vibration test of the deep-sea riser was carried out with different excitation water depths in the wave-current combined water flume.By dimensionally changing the multi-stage water depth and hydrodynamic parameters such as outflow velocity at various water depths,the dynamic response parameters such as dominant frequency,dimensionless displacement and vibration trajectory evolution process of the riser under different excitation water depths were explored to reveal the sensitive characteristics of the dynamic response of vortexinduced vibration of the risers under different excitation water depths.The results show that different excitation water depths will change the additional mass of the riser and the fluid damping and other parameters,which will affect the spatial correlation and stability of the vortex shedding behind the riser.In the lock-in region,the distribution range of the characteristic frequency becomes narrow and centered on the lock-in frequency.The increase of the excitation water depth gradually advances the starting point of the lock-in region of the riser,and at the same time promotes the excitation of the higher-order vibration frequency of the riser structure.Within the dimensionless excitation water depth,the dominant frequency and dimensionless displacement are highly insensitive to the excitation water depth at high flow velocity.The change of the excitation water depth will interfere with the correlation of the non-linear coupling of the riser.The“8-shaped”gradually becomes irregular,and the vibration trajectories of the riser show“O-shape”,“X-shape”and“Crescent-shape”. 展开更多

精密大科学设施具有十分严格的微振动控制要求。为研究某大型精密设施内大体积混凝土底板对微振动的控制效果并为类似项目建设提供参考,在该设施建设现场进行了冲击激励、跑车激励和环境激励下的测试。通过对实测速度时程数据的处理,得... 精密大科学设施具有十分严格的微振动控制要求。为研究某大型精密设施内大体积混凝土底板对微振动的控制效果并为类似项目建设提供参考,在该设施建设现场进行了冲击激励、跑车激励和环境激励下的测试。通过对实测速度时程数据的处理,得出测点1~100 Hz内1 s的位移有效值。分析结果表明,在环境激励下,该设施中试验大厅底板表面的微振动水平能够达到控制要求;在冲击激励下,试验大厅底板表面微振动信号主要分布在5~30 Hz的频带内;场地内的车辆开动会对场地的微振动水平产生明显的影响;环境激励下,整个建设场地的微振动水平基本一致。研究结果对该精密大科学装置及类似工程的防微振设计具有重要的理论及参考价值。 展开更多

为探究生物质炭对水稻土壤溶解性有机质(DOM)的影响及其与有机肥配施的协同效应,通过5年连续定位试验,探讨了生物质炭施用5年后不同施肥处理:对照(CK)、生物质炭(BC)、化肥(F)、生物质炭+化肥(F+BC)、化肥+有机肥(25%氮替代,MF)和化肥+... 为探究生物质炭对水稻土壤溶解性有机质(DOM)的影响及其与有机肥配施的协同效应,通过5年连续定位试验,探讨了生物质炭施用5年后不同施肥处理:对照(CK)、生物质炭(BC)、化肥(F)、生物质炭+化肥(F+BC)、化肥+有机肥(25%氮替代,MF)和化肥+生物质炭+有机肥(25%氮替代,MF+BC)对水稻产量和土壤pH、全氮、有效磷、速效钾、有机碳、易氧化有机碳(ROC)及溶解性有机碳的影响。采用紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱结合平行因子分析方法对土壤中DOM的光谱特征和荧光组分进行表征,分析了DOM的紫外光吸收系数和紫外光斜率系数以及荧光指数、腐殖化指数、生物指数和富里酸、色氨酸、胡敏酸相对含量。结果表明:施用生物质炭和有机肥均能有效提高水稻产量,缓解土壤酸化,并且MF+BC处理水稻产量和土壤有效磷含量最高。水稻产量与DOM生物可利用性、芳香化程度、腐殖化程度、色氨酸组分含量和亲水性呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。提高DOM生物可利用性和腐殖化程度均表现为有机肥大于生物质炭。生物质炭显著增加DOM富里酸和色氨酸组分含量,并且促进了水稻土中ROC向难氧化有机碳转化;而有机肥有效增加DOM富里酸、色氨酸、胡敏酸和ROC含量。生物质炭和有机肥协同配施对提升水稻产量及增加ROC、DOM富里酸和色氨酸含量、芳香化程度、腐殖化程度和生物可利用性方面具有交互作用。综上所述,在本研究条件下生物质炭配施有机肥在水稻增产和水稻土有机碳及DOM组分功能多样性提升方面具有长期效应。 展开更多

地震作用下岩质高边坡行波激励与一致激励动力响应分析

【目的】岩质高边坡在地震动作用下发生失稳破坏会导致严重的经济损失和人员伤亡,开展考虑行波效应的地震动作用下岩质高边坡动力响应规律及其稳定性的研究具有重要的工程应用价值。【方法】采用数值仿真的方法,地震荷载类型为天然地震... 【目的】岩质高边坡在地震动作用下发生失稳破坏会导致严重的经济损失和人员伤亡,开展考虑行波效应的地震动作用下岩质高边坡动力响应规律及其稳定性的研究具有重要的工程应用价值。【方法】采用数值仿真的方法,地震荷载类型为天然地震动,分析一致激励和行波激励作用下岩质高边坡的动力响应规律。【结果】结果显示:(1)两种激励方式下,滑动面是坡体内的剪切破坏区和坡顶一定竖向深度的拉伸破坏区贯通而成;(2)一致激励作用下,边坡的加速度、速度和位移的地形放大效应较为显著,但行波激励下,这种地形的放大效应仅在靠近坡面时明显;(3)一致激励条件下坡肩和靠近坡面中部位置的水平和竖向永久位移要远大于行波激励的水平和竖向永久位移,一致激励永久位移是行波激励的4.85~5.34倍。【结论】结果表明:(1)激励方式的不同不会影响地震动作用下边坡的破坏模式,滑动面的形成是渐进的;(2)一致激励相比行波激励的模拟结果偏保守;(3)行波激励条件下,地震波在坡体内和自由面附近的传播特征发生了显著的变化。研究成果揭示了地震波的行波效应对岩质高边坡动力响应的影响,可为边坡工程设计和施工提供有价值的参考。 展开更多
