MALT lymphoma of the lung is a subset of primary pulmonary lymphomas which originates from the MALT. Previously reported computed tomographic (CT) features of MALT lymphoma are the presence of consolidation or nodules in the lungs. To our knowledge, however, there have been rare reports of MALT lymphoma of the lung which are manifested on CT as multifocal cystic structures. The purpose of this report is to present a case of MALT lymphoma which, on high resolution CT (HRCT) scan, manifested as bilateral multifocal cystic structures, and to correlate these findings with the histological findings.展开更多
