Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Model for the Integration of Industry and Education in University Asset Evaluation

During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the main task of talent team construction in China’s asset appraisal industry was to develop innovative talent training models.Therefore,this article focuses on the talent cultivation model of integrating industry and education in asset evaluation in universities,systematically summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of research on asset evaluation talent cultivation models in universities,and explores the construction measures of asset evaluation talent cultivation models based on the integration of industry and education that meet social needs and the development of the times[1].At the same time,the strategy of constructing a deep integration talent training system was explored,guided by the integration of industry and education,to cultivate asset evaluation composite talents with strong practical skills.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the quality of asset evaluation professionals in China and promoting the development of asset evaluation talent training models.

Trajectory tracking guidance of interceptor via prescribed performance integral sliding mode with neural network disturbance observer

This paper investigates interception missiles’trajectory tracking guidance problem under wind field and external disturbances in the boost phase.Indeed,the velocity control in such trajectory tracking guidance systems of missiles is challenging.As our contribution,the velocity control channel is designed to deal with the intractable velocity problem and improve tracking accuracy.The global prescribed performance function,which guarantees the tracking error within the set range and the global convergence of the tracking guidance system,is first proposed based on the traditional PPF.Then,a tracking guidance strategy is derived using the integral sliding mode control techniques to make the sliding manifold and tracking errors converge to zero and avoid singularities.Meanwhile,an improved switching control law is introduced into the designed tracking guidance algorithm to deal with the chattering problem.A back propagation neural network(BPNN)extended state observer(BPNNESO)is employed in the inner loop to identify disturbances.The obtained results indicate that the proposed tracking guidance approach achieves the trajectory tracking guidance objective without and with disturbances and outperforms the existing tracking guidance schemes with the lowest tracking errors,convergence times,and overshoots.

Robust optical mode converter based on topological waveguide arrays

Optical mode converters are essential for enhancing the capacity of optical communication systems. However, fabrication errors restrict the further improvement of conventional mode converters. To address this challenge, we have designed an on-chip TE0–TE1mode converter based on topologically protected waveguide arrays. The simulation results demonstrate that the converter exhibits a mode coupling efficiency of 93.5% near 1550 nm and can tolerate a relative fabrication error of 30%. Our design approach can be extended to enhance the robustness for other integrated photonic devices, beneficial for future development of optical network systems.

Design of integral sliding mode guidance law based on disturbance observer

With the increasing precision of guidance,the impact of autopilot dynamic characteristics and target maneuvering abilities on precision guidance is becoming more and more significant.In order to reduce or even eliminate the autopilot dynamic operation and the target maneuvering influence,this paper suggests a guidance system model involving a novel integral sliding mode guidance law(ISMGL).The method utilizes the dynamic characteristics and the impact angle,combined with a sliding mode surface scheme that includes the desired line-ofsight angle,line-of-sight angular rate,and second-order differential of the angular line-of-sight.At the same time,the evaluation scenario considere the target maneuvering in the system as the external disturbance,and the non-homogeneous disturbance observer estimate the target maneuvering as a compensation of the guidance command.The proposed system’s stability is proven based on the Lyapunov stability criterion.The simulations reveale that ISMGL effectively intercepted large maneuvering targets and present a smaller miss-distance compared with traditional linear sliding mode guidance laws and trajectory shaping guidance laws.Furthermore,ISMGL has a more accurate impact angle and fast convergence speed.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

Landscape Design Mode Based on the Integration of Ecology, Production and Life

Taking landscape design of Suburban Park in Yulin City for example, this paper applied the design thoughts of integrating multiple planning, defining concepts and objectives, specified the design strategies of restoring ecology, improving life and promoting production, and disclosed the landscape design mode based on the integration of ecology, production and life in which ecological landscapes, productive landscapes and living landscapes promote and coexist harmoniously with each other.

Modes and Approaches of Promoting Rural Rejuvenation through the Integration of Industry-Universities-Research Institutions

Taking the Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the modes and approaches of combing industry-universities-research institutions to promote rural revitalization by agricultural scientific research units are discussed.The main approaches are as follows:focusing on practical technical training to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,transferring scientific and technological achievements to promote the deep integration of basic research,applied research and achievement transformation,and using the agronomist college as a carrier to promote the integrated development of industry-universities-research institutions and promote rural revitalization through systematic personnel training.

With the rapid development of information technology, it appears that a single online channel or a single offline is not able to meet the consumers＇ shopping needs, the enterprises will have a better development only by making the online and offline channels be in fusion and promote each other. This paper will combine the general business modes with corporate channel integration pattern, build out different forms of the market mode including market, enterprise and customers basing on different influence level, and analyze out the enterprise how to implement the business mode of integration basing on the influence factors under the background of different business modes, then apply the corresponding O2O process to the mode, so as to broaden the enterprise selling channels for a better development.

In the field of mechanical engineering, because of rapid development of microelectronics technology and computer technology to the mechanical industry and its mechanical and electrical integration, which is formed by the penetration of the technology of mechanical industry structure, product, organization, function and structure, mode of the production and management system, great changes have taken place in industrial production by the mechanical electrification ＂ushered in the development of＂ mechatronics ＂as the characteristics of the stage. Our research combines the multi-agent technique to propose the new paradigm for mechanical and electrical integration which is innovative.

Analysis of the Effect and Mode of Strategy Integration of the Enterprise M＆A

Merger is a kind of strategic behavior of seeking long-term development. A new enterprise coming from merger is different from the one that come into existence. The strategy of new enterprise formed from merger is constituted through the integration of the strategy for each side. Strategy integration is the guide for the integration of other elements after merger, the way for enterprises to adapt the change of environment and the warranty for the enterprises to achieve strategy synergistic effect. Research on the Talent Training Mode of Early Education Specialty Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

With the continuous progress of the society and the rapid development of the industry,the talent training mode of early education has become an important commodity of education reform.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the training direction of early education professionals needs to be adjusted and planned.The practice of industry-education integration requires the deep combination of early education specialty with early education institutions and the technical standards of the equivalent industry,so as to build a high-quality platform for the growth of early education professionals.This paper focuses on the current situation of the integration of industry and education,and then makes an in-depth analysis on several reform strategies,so as to lay a solid foundation for the training of early education talents.

基于FMEA的药剂科岗位廉政风险防控

目的:降低药剂科岗位廉政风险。方法:运用失效模式与效应分析方法评估药剂科各岗位流程中潜在的失效模式,将各班组岗位相似的失效模式进行整合,进而分析整改措施并实施;将实施前后失效模式优先风险值(RPN)进行配对t检验。结果:实施整改措施后,药剂科各岗位RPN值显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:失效模式与效应分析法的运用和改进措施的实施可以有效降低药剂科岗位廉政风险,促进药剂科开展科学、有效的廉政建设工作。

基于Spearman相关性阈值寻优和VMD-LSTM的用户级综合能源系统超短期负荷预测

由于用户级综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的多元负荷序列之间复杂的耦合关系及易受外部因素影响等原因,综合能源系统多元负荷的精准预测面临很大困难。为此,提出一种基于Spearman相关性分析阈值寻优(threshold optimization,TO)和变分模态分解结合长短期记忆网络(variational mode decomposition based long short-term memory network,VMD-LSTM)的多元负荷预测方法。首先,使用斯皮尔曼等级(Spearman rank,SR)相关系数定量计算多元负荷间以及负荷与其他气候因素间的相关关系并通过循环寻优确定最优相关阈值,然后采用VMD算法将以最优阈值筛选出的负荷特征序列分解成更简单、平稳、有规律性的本征模态函数(intrinsic mode function,IMF)后与最优气象特征一起输入LSTM模型进行负荷预测。通过某用户级IES的实际数据对所提方法的有效性进行了验证,结果表明,所提方法能有效提高IES的多元负荷预测精度。

The paper explores the positive impact of constructivism-based course books compiling and the new mode of teaching, analyzes their effects on helping students improve their integrated English language competence, and pointing out that the development of teaching non-English major graduate students has raised new demands for teaching devices, teaching methodology and new roles of teachers and learners. Therefore, New Century Graduate English Series, as constructivism-based course books, has made some beneficial attempts for the implementation of the new graduate English teaching reauirements.

Compilation Mode for the Integrated Planning of Lake Scenic Areas——A Case Study of the Longhu Lake Scenic Area in the Taihang Mountains

In view of lake scenic areas with abundant tourist resources but less-developed economy,contradictions between the urgency of its tourist resource development and complexity of urban-rural planning compilation were analyzed,and also limitations summarized as insufficient time and fund.Statutory planning contents included in the integrated compilation system were elaborated,and compilation of the integrated planning for the Longhe Lake Scenic Area in the Taihang Mountains was taken for example to introduce planning concepts of the compilation technical system.Considering characteristics of the study area,"regionality" was stressed as the foundation of planning compilation,concise,convenient and practical planning compilation contents were advocated and further explained from the perspectives of compiling by layer and category.In view of this,it is necessary to apply integrated compilation mode under certain circumstances,so as to provide a new approach for the planning compilation of other regions in China and enhance economic and social development of local areas.

Integrated guidance and control design for missile with terminal impact angle constraint based on sliding mode control

Aimed at the guidance requirements of some missiles which attack targets with terminal impact angle at the terminal point,a new integrated guidance and control design scheme based on variable structure control approach for missile with terminal impact angle constraint is proposed.First,a mathematical model of an integrated guidance and control model in pitch plane is established,and then nonlinear transformation is employed to transform the mathematical model into a standard form suitable for sliding mode control method design.A sufficient condition for the existence of linear sliding surface is given in terms of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs）,based on which the corresponding reaching motion controller is also developed.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed integrated design scheme,the numerical simulation of missile is made.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed guidance and control law can guide missile to hit the target with desired impact angle and desired flight attitude angle simultaneously.
