Three Subjects and Seven Duties Model:Empowering Informatization Teaching Ability of Pre-Service Teachers

By constructing a model,this study seeks to provide suggestions for strengthening pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.It aims to answer the following research questions:(1)What do the pre-service teachers know about informatization instruction?What is their level of informatization teaching ability?(2)What factors influence pre-service teachers’ability to deliver informatization instruction?How to overcome the obstacles?The inquiry focuses on the theoretical exploration of informatization teaching ability,questionnaire,and interview analysis on the current condition and improvement of pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.The data from the questionnaire and interview of the pre-service teachers were evaluated from three dimensions:awareness and attitude towards informatization teaching,knowledge of informatization teaching,and the ability to apply informatization teaching skills innovatively and comprehensively.The 3S-7D(Three Subjects and Seven Duties)model consisting of three subjects and the seven duties that go with them is established.The three subjects include pre-service teachers,teacher educators,and higher education schools.The seven duties involve pre-service teachers demonstrating learning motivation,cross-discipline thinking,and information and communications technology mastery;teacher educators actively constructing informatization teaching practice and formative assessment;and higher education schools providing adequate hardware and software equipment while offering cooperative opportunities with primary and junior schools through institutionalization.

Synthetic tidal parameters for gravity over China and its neighbor area

The synthetic tidal parameters with high spatial resolution for gravity over China and its neighbor area are constructed with Earth＇s tidal model and ocean tide loading calculated using TPXO7 global ocean tide model as well as tidal data over China seas. The comparison between synthetic parameters and ones observed by spring gravimeters at some seismic network stations and Hong Kong station and one observed by super-conducting gravimeter at Wuhan station shows that the average differences in amplitude factors and phases are smaller than 0.005 and 0.5° respectively; and that the discrepancies between observational and synthetic parameters are dependent on gravimetric technique in that the synthetic parameters are in well agreement with the superconducting gravimetric observations. This also indicates that the synthetic result is a good estimation for tidal gravity, and the numerical results in the present paper not only can provide ground and space gravimetry such as absolute gravimetry with correction model of tidal gravity, but also provide effective tidal parameters over areas where no observation is carried out.

Modeling and Stability Analysis for Dual-Spinning Projectiles with Canards

To develop the guided spin-stabilized projectiles with high hit precision,a class of dual-spinning stabilized projectile equipped with canards in atmospheric is studied.The 7 degrees of freedom(DOF) nonlinear equations are written in a non-rolling body frame.The work reported here focuses on the ballistic property analysis including the spin rates,incidence angle,ballistic drift and lateral velocity.The dual-spinning projectiles are fundamentally less stable than conventional spin-stabilized projectiles.Hence,the gyroscopic stability is also studied in this paper.Theoretical models are given in this work,and the results of numerical analysis are discussed.

Structure-based assessment of disease- related mutations in human voltage-gated sodium channels

Voltage-gated sodium （Nav） channels are essential for the rapid upstroke of action potentials and the propa- gation of electrical signals in nerves and muscles. Defects of Nav channels are associated with a variety of channelopathies. More than 1000 disease-related muta- tions have been identified in Nay channels, with Nay1.1 and Nay1.5 each harboring more than 400 mutations. Nay channels represent major targets for a wide array of neurotoxins and drugs. Atomic structures of Nav chan- nels are required to understand their function and dis- ease mechanisms. The recently determined atomic structure of the rabbit voltage-gated calcium （Car） channel Carl.1 provides a template for homology-based structural modeling of the evolutionarily related Nay channels. In this Resource article, we summarized all the reported disease-related mutations in human Nav channels, generated a homologous model of human Nay1.7, and structurally mapped disease-associated mutations. Before the determination of structures of human Nay channels, the analysis presented here serves as the base framework for mechanistic investi- gation of Nav channelopathies and for potential struc- ture-based drug discovery.
