High-level programming language is used to develop a online management and application system of historical meteorological data based on B/S mode. System data import function can import ground report file sequence of Xuzhou ( including five county-level stations) into the database, construct Oracle database of Xuzhou and the five stations since 1953, and establish data tables of time, day, ten-day, monthly, quarterly and annual historical data, weather information and so forth. Management software of database server is established to realize instruction-level management and scheduling of database and a balanced distribution of resources among users. At the same time, a Web-based management application interface is set up to meet users' needs to retrieve a variety of repositories, and it provides statistical query of time, day, ten-day, monthly, quarterly and annual historical data and climate data for each meteorological element, thereby meeting the needs of meteorological research and all sectors of society for statistical query of meteorological data.展开更多

Effective thermal management is quite urgent for electronics owing to their ever-growing integration degree,operation frequency and power density,and the main strategy of thermal management is to remove excess energy ...Effective thermal management is quite urgent for electronics owing to their ever-growing integration degree,operation frequency and power density,and the main strategy of thermal management is to remove excess energy from electronics to outside by thermal conductive materials.Compared to the conventional thermal management materials,flexible thermally conductive films with high in-plane thermal conductivity,as emerging candidates,have aroused greater interest in the last decade,which show great potential in thermal management applications of next-generation devices.However,a comprehensive review of flexible thermally conductive films is rarely reported.Thus,we review recent advances of both intrinsic polymer films and polymer-based composite films with ultrahigh in-plane thermal conductivity,with deep understandings of heat transfer mechanism,processing methods to enhance thermal conductivity,optimization strategies to reduce interface thermal resistance and their potential applications.Lastly,challenges and opportunities for the future development of flexible thermally conductive films are also discussed.展开更多
The objective of this study was to determine the morphology mechanism of nitrogen (N) fertilizer rates and ratio on lodging resistance through analying its effects among lodging index (LI), lodging-related morphol...The objective of this study was to determine the morphology mechanism of nitrogen (N) fertilizer rates and ratio on lodging resistance through analying its effects among lodging index (LI), lodging-related morphological traits and physical strength in basal intemodes by comparing japonica and indica super rice cultivars. Field experiments, with three nitrogen levels (0, 150 and 300 kg ha-L) and two ratios of basal to topdressing (8:2 and 5:5) with two super rice cultivars (Yliangyou 2 and Wuyunjing 23), were conducted in the Baolin Farm, Danyang Country, Jiangsu Province, China, in 2011 and 2012. Effects of N fertilizer rates and ratios on morphology of whole plant, morphology traits in basal intemodes and culm's physical strength parameters were investigated at 20 d after full heading stage. LI of Yliangyou 2 was significant greater than that of Wuyunjing 23 due to larger bending moment by whole plant (WP) with higher plant height and gravity center height. With higher volume of N fertilizer, LI of two super rice cultivars was increased conspicuously. However, no significant effect was detected with increase of panicle fertilizer ratio. The size of breaking strength (M) in basal intemodes was the key factor determining LI among N fertilizer treatments. Correlation analysis revealed that M value was positively related bending stress (BS) of Wuyunjing 23 and section modulus (Z) of Yliangyou 2, respectively. The higher N fertilizer levels induced reduction ofBS of Wuyunjing 23 due to weak culm and leaf sheath plumpness status and reduced Z of Yliangyou 2 owning to small diameter and culm wall thickness, consequently, influencing their M indirectly. These results suggested that breaking strength was the key factor influencing LI with increase of N fertilizer levels. However, the lodging-related morphology mechanism was different with genotypes. Culm wall thickness and diameter in basal internodes of indica super rice and culm and leaf sheath plumpness status of japonica super rice influenced breaking strength, as well as lodging index, respectively.展开更多

Corporations need to improve business processes in order to enhance velocity and service levels while reducing their processing costs and differentiating themselves in the face of competition. The levitation of import...Corporations need to improve business processes in order to enhance velocity and service levels while reducing their processing costs and differentiating themselves in the face of competition. The levitation of importance beyond support roles has raised IT investment decisions to high priority in chief executive officers' agendas. Corporate planning groups as well as lines of business are increasingly applying techniques of IT applications portfolio management in a more systematic fashion to improve decision-making and resource-allocation processes. Recent advances in software engineering and IT service delivery methodologies have achieved the logical separation of business functions from implementation. This separation has made a new breed of innovative IT project possible with a new project risk structure; the adjustment of portfolio management techniques is appropriate. We present an integrated portfolio management model so that the corporation can focus on organic growth through sources at both the department and top management levels. The research gives clear advice as to how top management can seek economic growth by selecting an entrepreneurial strategic posture, implying a strong risk-taking propensity. By integrating a risk-return model and risk-tolerance paradigm to cope with today's risk structure, overall capabilities can improve the decision process and the corporation's performance as well. The application of the integrated technique to a Japanese manufacturing firm is described.展开更多
BACKGROUND About 25%of the general population in Japan are reported to have nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).NAFLD and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis carry a risk of progressing further to hepatocellular carcinom...BACKGROUND About 25%of the general population in Japan are reported to have nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).NAFLD and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis carry a risk of progressing further to hepatocellular carcinoma.The primary treatment for NAFLD is dietary therapy.Dietary counseling plays an essential role in dietary therapy.Although artificial intelligence(AI)-based nutrition management software applications have been developed and put into practical use in recent years,the majority focus on weight loss or muscle strengthening,and no software has been developed for patient use in clinical practice.AIM To examine whether effective dietary counseling is possible using AI-based nutrition management software.METHODS NAFLD patients who had been assessed using an AI-based nutrition management software application(Calomeal)that automatically analyzed images of meals photographed by patients and agreed to receive dietary counseling were given dietary counseling.Blood biochemistry tests were performed before(baseline)and 6 mo after(6M follow-up)dietary counseling.After the dietary counseling,the patients were asked to complete a questionnaire survey.RESULTS A total of 29 patients diagnosed with NAFLD between August 2020 and March 2022 were included.There were significant decreases in liver enzyme and triglyceride levels at the 6M follow-up compared to baseline.The food analysis capability of the AI used by Calomeal in this study was 75.1%.Patient satisfaction with the AIbased dietary counselling was high.CONCLUSION AI-based nutrition management appeared to raise awareness of dietary habits among NAFLD patients.However,it did not directly alleviate the burden of registered dietitians,and improvements are much anticipated.展开更多
