Literature Review of Agricultural Scale Management and Efficiency

Scale management remains the core position in entire development process of the economics and is a major issue of academic research and government concern. Focusing on related problems of agricultural scale management,this paper explored 4 aspects of past literature.( i) It defined the agricultural scale management based on economies of scale theory and changes in returns to scale.( ii) From the perspective of the returns to scale of grain production,there are changes in returns to scale of China's grain production,but the measured changes are not significant.( iii) Existing analysis on factors influencing agricultural scale management mainly includes factors influencing farmers' willingness of scale management and restrictive factors of implementation of scale management.( iv) In studies of the relationship between land management scale and production efficiency,many scholars made qualitative and quantitative analysis on land scale efficiency on the basis of economic indicators they defined,but they reached different conclusions. Finally,it summarized literature and pointed out several issues needing special attention in this field.

Exploration of Chinese Television Historical Comedy Drama Li Wei the Magistrate from the Perspective of Management

From the perspective of management,this paper sorted out the management thoughts of the Chinese Television Historical Comedy Drama Li Wei the Magistrate.Then,on the basis of the sorting,it analyzed and summarized the management ideas and actions of characters in the drama.Finally,it summarized the application of management measures in the management of organizations,including making clear management responsibilities,using limited resources to maximize benefits,being strict with relatives,and practicing forbearance all the time,to improve the overall efficiency and benefits of enterprises and organizations.

COVID-19:A pluralistic and integrated approach for efficient management of the pandemic

The novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),which triggered the ongoing pandemic,was first discovered in China in late 2019.SARSCoV-2 is a respiratory virus responsible for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)that often manifests as a pneumonic syndrome.In the context of the pandemic,there are mixed views on the data provided by epidemiologists and the information collected by hospital clinicians about their patients.In addition,the literature reports a large proportion of patients free of pneumonia vs a small percentage of patients with severe pneumonia among confirmed COVID-19 cases.This raises the issue of the complexity of the work required to control or contain the pandemic.We believe that an integrative and pluralistic approach will help to put the analyses into perspective and reinforce collaboration and creativity in the fight against this major scourge.This paper proposes a comprehensive and integrative approach to COVID-19 research,prevention,control,and treatment to better address the pandemic.Thus,this literature review applies a pluralistic approach to fight the pandemic.

Methods for the Efficient Energy Management in a Smart Mini Greenhouse

To solve the problem of energy efficiency of modern enterprise it is necessary to reduce energy consumption.One of the possible ways is proposed in this research.A multi-level hierarchical system for energy efficiency management of the enterprise is designed,it is based on the modular principle providing rapid modernization.The novelty of the work is the development of new and improvement of the existing methods and models,in particular:1)models for dynamic analysis of IT tools for data acquisition and processing(DAAP)in multilevel energy management systems,which are based on Petri nets;2)method of synthesis of DAAP tools in energy efficiency management information systems(EEMIS)of the enterprise which provides a reduction in hardware and time costs from 10%to 40%;3)method of conflict-free data exchange determining the minimum memory speed for the synthesis of realtime exchanges,it reduces the cost and energy consumption;4)method of calculating the signal of postsynaptic excitation of neural elements decreases the processing time of technological data two or more times.The proposed methods,models and tools have been tested while implementing the EEMIS of the intelligent mini-greenhouse,as a result,energy efficiency has increased by 12%-25%(depending on season and peculiarities of growing plants).

Implementation of a Real-time JPEG2000 System Using DSPs for 2 Digital Cameras

This paper presents techniques and approaches capable of achieving a real-time JPEG2000 compressing system using DSP chips. We propose a three-DSP real-time parallel processing system using efficient memory management for discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and parallel-pass architecture for embedded block coding with optimized truncation (EBCOT). This system performs compression of 1392×1040 pixels monochrome images with the speed of 10 fps/camera of 2 digital still cameras and is proven to be a practical and efficient DSP solution.
