THE CLASSIFICATION AND PERIOD OF STATES FOR MARKOV CHAIN IN RANDOM ENVIRONMENT

This paper is a continuation of [8]. In Section 1, three kinds of communication are introdnced for two states and the relations among them are investigated. In Section 2, two kinds of period of a state are introdnced and it is obtained that the period is a 'class property',i.e. two states x and y belong to same class implies the period of x is equal to the period of y.

THE DECOMPOSITION OF STATE SPACE FOR MARKOV CHAIN IN RANDOM ENVIRONMENT

This paper is a continuation of [8] and [9]. The author obtains the decomposition of state space X of an Markov chain in random environment by making use of the results in [8] and [9], gives three examples, random walk in random environment, renewal process in random environment and queue process in random environment, and obtains the decompositions of the state spaces of these three special examples.

THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTITYPE CANONICAL MARKOV BRANCHING CHAINS IN RANDOM ENVIRONMENTS

The investigation for branching processes has a long history by their strong physics background, but only a few authors have investigated the branching processes in random environments. First of all, the author introduces the concepts of the multitype canonical Markov branching chain in random environment （CMBCRE） and multitype Markov branching chain in random environment （MBCRE） and proved that CMBCRE must be MBCRE, and any MBCRE must be equivalent to another CMBCRE in distribution. The main results of this article are the construction of CMBCRE and some of its probability properties.

ON MARKOV CHAINS IN SPACE-TIME RANDOM ENVIRONMENTS

In Section 1, the authors establish the models of two kinds of Markov chains in space-time random environments (MCSTRE and MCSTRE(+)) with abstract state space. In Section 2, the authors construct a MCSTRE and a MCSTRE(+) by an initial distribution Φ and a random Markov kernel (RMK) p(γ). Model of Markov Chains in Space-Time Random Environments

A general framework of stochastic model for a Markov chain in a space-time random environment is introduced, here the environment ξ^＊：={ξ1,x∈N,x∈ X}is a random field. We study the dependence relations between the environment and the original chain, especially the ＂feedback＂. Some equivalence theorems and law of large numbers are obtained.

The Laplace Functional and Moments for Markov Branching Chains in Random Environments

The concepts of random Markov matrix, Markov branching chain in randomenvironment (MBCRE) and Laplace functional of Markov branching chain in random environment (LFMBCRE)are introduced. The properties of LFMBCRE and the explicit formulas of momentsof MBCRE are given.

The Classification of States for Markov Chain in Random Environments and m-irreducible

First of all, we introduces the concept of m-irreducible of Markov chain in random environment. Then under the condition of m-irreducible, the relationship of recurrent and positive recurrent between two states is studied. We also give several conditions that can imply a state is recurrent and positive recurrent. And then the period of a state is discussed and we obtained that under the condition of m-irreducible, for any two states in x, they have the same period.

A Note on Markov Chains in Stationary Random Environments

We consider Markov chains in stationary random environments. The conservative set C of the corresponding skew Markov chain of this process can be thought of as a recurrent set of a standard Markov chain. In some simpler cases, we give some sufficient conditions under which the conservative set C can be decomposed into at most countable minimal closed sets.

The Relations Among Various Markov Chains

Some basic equations and the relations among various Markov chains are established. These works are the bases in the investigation of the theory of Markov chain in random environment.

中国环境治理绩效的区域差异及动态演进研究

选择熵权综合指数法测度中国的环境治理绩效水平,运用Dagum基尼系数考察环境治理绩效区域差异的来源,利用Markov链分析动态演进趋势。结果表明:2010—2020年,中国环境治理绩效水平总体呈现上升趋势,且各地区间的发展水平存在非均衡性,表现为东部>中部>西部。区域差异在研究期内逐渐扩大,地区间差异是导致环境治理绩效空间非均衡的主要原因。从动态演进趋势来看,中国整体的环境治理绩效水平表现出由低水平、中低水平向中高水平、高水平逐步发展的态势。

利用贝叶斯推理估计二维含源对流扩散方程参数

为了克服观测数据的不确定性给参数反演带来的困难,利用贝叶斯推理建立了二维含源对流扩散方程参数估计的数学模型。通过贝叶斯定理,获得了模型参数的后验分布,从而获得反问题的解。对于多参数反演问题,基于数值解计算得到的参数后验分布很难直观地表现出来,采用马尔科夫链蒙特卡罗方法对参数的后验分布进行采样,获得了扩散系数和降解系数的估计值。研究了观测点位置对计算结果的影响;同时研究了似然函数的形式对估计结果的影响,结果表明在异常值可能出现时采用Laplace分布型的似然函数可以获得稳健估计。对不同观测点数目下的估计值进行了对比,认为对于二维稳态对流扩散方程的双参数估计问题,至少需要两个观测点才有可能得到合理的解。

非确定数学方法在水污染状况风险评价中的应用

水环境系统的不确定性主要包括随机性、模糊性和灰色性。考虑到水环境系统的这种性质,将模糊数学方法和随机方法同时运用到水质受污染或严重污染的风险性研究中,即分别用模糊综合评价法和马尔可夫链法先对水质污染状况进行评价,然后对水污染的变化趋势的风险进行预测。通过实例计算表明该方法是可行的,这为水资源的管理和科学利用提供了一种新方法。

马尔科夫链在环境质量预测中的应用

鉴于目前环境质量预测在理论方法和实践经验上的缺乏,把马尔科夫链引入环境质量的预测中,将各种污染物的浓度变化过程视作马尔科夫过程,通过预测各种污染物的污染负荷系数来推知其浓度值。实例中通过多元回归分析计算出马尔科夫转移矩阵,以2005年辽宁省5种大气污染物的污染负荷系数作为初始向量,预测了今后5年的变化。然后利用GM(1,1)模型预测出降尘的具体浓度值,由此计算出了2006-2010年辽宁省5种污染物的浓度值。

基于顾客满意度的绿色采购决策研究

从提高顾客满意度(CS)的视角,研究了生态供应链(ESC)环境下绿色采购决策优化问题。利用两状态、时间离散的Markov链描述了CS的动态转移过程,以赋值形式引入利润变量,建立了ESC绿色采购决策的随机优化模型,体现了顾客导向的思想;并且给出了应用算法释例。

基于可拓物元-马尔科夫模型的省域生态环境质量动态评价与预测——以江西省为例

在构建生态环境质量物元的特征指标体系基础上,基于可拓物元-马尔科夫模型提出了省域生态环境质量动态评价与预测的方法,并以江西省为例进行了应用研究。研究显示：可拓物元模型揭示2000～2005年间江西省生态环境质量整体上转好,但11个地区生态环境质量演化状况存在一定差异;而马尔科夫预测表明,按照现有的治理模式,5～10年后江西省生态环境质量整体上向＂较好＂方向演进。基于可拓物元法基础上的马尔科夫预测方法,可一定程度上对省域生态环境质量进行动态评价和趋势预测,但由于两模型本身假设的限制,在其具体应用中还需改进。

基于马尔可夫链的极值波高预测

本文研究了由日最大波高系列估算设计极值波高时，相邻日最大波高间的相关性对极值预测的影响。从日最大波高系列遵从马尔可夫链的假定出发，考虑到国内外经常采用对数─正态分布和韦布尔分布拟合波高长期分布的现实，本文用解析法求解了对数─正态分布情况下的极值预测。同时，对解折法难以求解的非正态随机变量情况（如韦布尔分布），用计算机随机模拟方法求解其极值预测。用上述两种方法对北大西洋和北海有关日最大波高系列的预测结果表明，考虑了马尔可夫概念的预测方法，比常用预测方法所得的百年一遇设计波高值低10％左右。

改进的MCMC方法及其应用

概率反演中,马尔科夫链蒙特卡罗是一类重要的后验概率抽样方法,但由于该算法的搜索往往会陷入局部最优解,因而限制了其在具有非唯一解反问题中的应用。鉴于此,本文对基于Metropolis-Hastings算法的多链搜索的方法进行了改进,改进后的方法可以根据搜索结果实时调整链的个数,因而可以在搜索到尽可能多的解的同时节省了多链搜索的时间。最后将该算法应用于一个地下水污染源反问题的求解,计算结果表明改进后的算法对求解非唯一性反问题具有较好的效果。

基于叠加马尔科夫链的环境质量预测——以成都市为例

鉴于环境质量预测在理论与实践中尚存在严重不足,特将叠加马尔科夫链引入到环境质量的预测中。基于2013年6月—2016年9月成都市40个月的三种大气污染物(SO_2、NO_2、PM_(10))浓度监测值,运用叠加马尔科夫链方法预测2016年10月—12月上述污染物的浓度,并与实际观测值进行对比。结果表明,该方法对SO2、NO2和PM10的预测精度分别达到92.88%、91.44%和93.14%。预测效果较明显,从而为环境质量的预测研究提供了一种可供参考的新方法。
