新质生产力的研究现状与展望

新质生产力是传统生产力的质态跃迁,也是未来生产力的重要基石。国内学界对新质生产力的出场逻辑、丰富意涵、时代价值和形成路径等方面进行了研究,初步形成了新质生产力的研究系统。但是,现有研究也存在理论体系未形成、历史经验欠总结、价值系统不全面以及实践路径待完善等薄弱情况。为此,今后研究应聚焦以下四点:一是加强新质生产力的理论体系研究,为新质生产力发展提供更为丰富的理论支撑;二是细化新质生产力的经验供给研究,为新质生产力发展提供更为直接的经验启迪;三是优化新质生产力的价值系统研究,为新质生产力发展提供更为深厚的精神动力;四是深化新质生产力的形成路径研究,为新质生产力发展提供更为多样的路径选择。

基于QFD与D-S理论相结合的舰船研制方案评估方法研究

将质量功能配置(QFD)与证据理论(D-S theory)相结合,建立适合对舰船研制方案进行评估的质量屋。利用质量屋把评价指标与军方需求联系起来,建立研制方案评价指标体系及权重,采用证据推理方法,对评价指标的不完全性模糊判断进行融合处理,并结合最大期望值决策准则,对舰船研制方案进行综合评价,得到一种科学合理的评估方法。

协同论视域下的U-S-A校本课程合作开发案例研究

运用协同论的系统开放性、序参量和自组织原理,构建大学、中小学和教育行政部门(U-S-A)校本课程合作开发的理论模型,运用案例研究法,由1位大学研究者与9位硕士生、2个区域的课程主管和11所中小学的课程主任、教师组成课程开发团队,结果发现:U-S-A协同课程开发的需求诊断、理论学习和实践改善活动可以起到促进协同主体共赢的效果,学校课程系统的开放性、大学研究者的课程知识支持和区域课程主管的协调作用以及学校课程的自组织运行是学校课程从无序走向有序的关键因素。

H-O-S理论融合下我国群众冰雪运动发展模型与策略探析

北京冬奥会的全面筹备与成功举行,有效带动了我国群众冰雪运动热潮,但在后冬奥时期,如何进一步实现群众冰雪运动的优化发展仍是十分重要的课题。通过借鉴H-O-S理论,在对比我国同冰雪体育强国存在的差距基础上,结合实际情况构建我国群众冰雪运动发展水平模型。提出要重视加强我国冰雪资源的整合能力,扩充冰雪资源储量,通过同步整合群众冰雪运动的内部、外部资源,围绕场地建设、产业布局、人才培养、市场细分、高端制造、冰雪活动等多个方面,科学制定整体发展策略,以期实现我国群众冰雪运动的高质量发展,推进冰雪强国和健康中国建设。

人类文明新形态:交往发展中的新向度--基于马克思交往理论对人类文明新形态的审视

人类文明新形态是人类交往实践的最新成果,可以从马克思交往理论的视域对人类文明新形态进行审视与理解。人类文明新形态是交往历史发展中,由“人的依赖关系”进入“以物的依赖为基础”的交往形态后,向“人的自由全面发展”的交往形态发展的全新过渡形态;是在继承和发展马克思交往理论的基础上,在应对全球性交往危机、构筑世界交往新体系和推进中国式现代化发展道路中所作出的重大理论创新;也是在当下交往发展的现实中所彰显出的中华文明发展的当代形态、社会主义发展的中国形态和世界文明发展的全新形态,是为世界交往发展所提供的中国方案、中国经验和中国智慧。

马克思劳动观视角下劳动教育的哲学阐释

教育与劳动相结合是唯物史观的内在要求,是社会主义教育观的重要内容。在劳动方式和劳动形态日益复杂多样的今天,看似老生常谈的劳动教育事实上也面临着诸多新的问题。从根本上说,新时代劳动教育的核心在于正确人生观价值观的培育、健康人格的养成,而不只是技能的培养,因此,从马克思劳动观视角,阐明新时代劳动教育必须注意的前提性理论问题就显得十分必要。马克思将人类劳动提升为人的类本质特性,为劳动教育提供了本体论根基;劳动作为人的创造性活动,内在地蕴涵了对真善美的追求,为劳动教育提供了知识论依据;劳动的社会历史特性与辩证本质彰显了人类解放和人的全面发展的价值导向,为劳动教育提供了价值观指向。

马克思世界市场理论视域下新发展格局构建研究

面对国内外复杂的经济环境变化,作为发展中国家的我国在当前的世界市场中面临着三重困境:逆全球化潮流甚嚣尘上、资本霸权危害日益严重、多项产业缺乏国际竞争力。为应对这三重困境,在马克思世界市场理论指导下,我国提出构建新发展格局的重大战略布局。这一重大战略布局要求我们,注重发挥世界市场的运行机制作为有力支撑,重视利用世界市场推动的国际分工体系这一关键要点,时刻注意世界市场的“双刃剑”作用这一影响因素。新时代新征程科学构建新发展格局应对世界市场困境,应从三个方面着力:推动供给侧和需求侧动态平衡,增强国内大循环内生动力;国内国际双循环相互促进,建设更高水平开放型经济体制;努力打造合作共赢的世界市场,推动构建人类命运共同体。

发达国家与发展中国家的贸易不平等关系--基于马克思消费力理论的分析

第二次世界大战结束以来,发达国家极力鼓吹并蛊惑发展中国家追随其发展模式,从而绑架发展中国家为其服务。发达国家通过国际分工限定发展中国家消费力、通过文化倾销控制发展中国家消费力、通过通胀输入稀释发展中国家居民消费力、通过货币战争掠夺发展中国家消费力,导致发展中国家不仅不能实现预期发展,反而因自然资源消耗、产业结构固化、社会阶层分化等削弱或丧失发展权。在控制与反控制的竞争中,唯有提升自生能力才是发展中国家破解当前发展困境的正确选择。

碳减排需求下面向多元交互策略设计的微电网分布式能源发展规划研究

碳减排将改变地区能源供应结构,影响其发展规划优化结果,制定合理的微电网分布式碳减排规划是实现全球碳目标的关键环节。微电网分布式能源是电力系统实现碳中和的重要组成部分,其发展规划直接影响电网的安全运行与系统的运行成本,因此有必要深入探讨在不同主-微网交互策略下风电、光伏、储能等分布式能源最优发展规划。该文首先制定微电网与主网交互策略和运行模式。其次,提出基于分段优化的微电网分布式能源发展规划分析方法,建立考虑交互策略的分布式电源双层规划模型,构建基于信度函数理论的分布式能源发展规划评估方法。然后利用国内某地典型海岛和内陆微电网为例,对2021—2060年分布式能源发展计划进行仿真分析。结果表明,海岛微电网风电和内陆微电网光伏最优发展规划为前加速发展模式。内陆光伏最优发展规划与微电网运营公司规划的比较验证了该文所提方法的可行性和有效性。

流通业智能化与城乡均衡发展——基于城乡居民消费差距视角

新发展格局背景下,促进流通业智能化转型是畅通国内国际双循环体系、破解城乡发展不均衡难题的关键。从城乡居民消费差距视角切入,依托马克思社会资本再生产框架,梳理流通业智能化发展在生产、分配、交换和消费四个环节影响城乡均衡发展的理论逻辑,并基于2002—2022年我国285个地级市的面板数据,分析流通业智能化对城乡居民消费差距的影响效果及作用机制。研究发现,城乡居民消费差距与流通业智能化程度均存在区域发展不平衡特征;流通业智能化在面对负向宏观冲击时具有增长韧性,面对正向宏观冲击时表现出发展潜力;流通业智能化发展通过促进区域产业结构升级、降低城乡居民收入差距和推动电子商务发展等渠道有效缩小城乡居民消费差距,且对西部地区的影响最大。因此,驱动产业智能化转型、弥合区域数字鸿沟、规范平台经济发展可为提振居民消费、促进城乡均衡发展提供强力支撑。
