Relevance Theory-based Cognitive Study on the Communication Effect of “China's Stories”

Telling the story of China and transmitting the voice of China has become a strategy to promote the national image and cultural soft power of China. Since its implementation in 2013, China has ushered in a significant change in communication ideas and approaches. This strategy also enriches the communication genres of "China's stories" and more importantly enhances its communication effect. In this context, it is necessary to understand and study the significance of this strategic practice, assess the value realization of "China's stories" during the communication process, and thereby establish a basis for future communication of more "China's stories." Based on the factors of relevance theory, this paper analyzes the ideas of and approaches to effective communication of "China's stories" and proposes corresponding strategies.

Marx's Ground Rent Theory and Innovation of China's Urban Land System

China's traditional urban land system is established in highly centralized planned economy. This system negates functions of value law and economic law fundamentally,so it is not favorable for establishment of market mechanism and development of market economy. This study took Marx's ground rent theory as guidance,combined existing problems of China's land use system,and made analysis on innovation of China's urban land system from property right system,land market and land price.

A critical reflection on improving effective team communication

Objective: This paper aims at critically reflecting on the author's personal experience in the context of communication within a nursing team and exploring relevant existing constraints with a view to improving practice and achieving more effective outcomes in team communication.Methods: Critical emancipatory reflection is used to evaluate and interpret the author's practice. Smyth's model serves as a framework to guide critical reflection step by step in this paper. Relevant theoretical perspectives help to make sense of the author's performance in terms of team communication.Results: It is identified via emancipatory reflection that the author endorses the ideas of equality, respect, trust, and collaboration, which were formed and established during the process of professional socialization. However, different constraints, such as sociocultural,historical, political, and personal factors, impede the author from performing more effectively in terms of team communication.Reconstruction provides the author opportunities to take actions to rectify constraints and avoid the reemergence of previous situations in the future.Conclusions: Reflection is an effective way to gather knowledge and develop comprehensive understanding of practice. Alternative actions for effective team communication are recommended, including formulating ground rules for discussion, guiding nurses in the correct way, transforming conflicts within a team, being an active and reflective listener, and motivating nurses to actively create.

General Analytic Solution of the Telegrapher’s Equations and the Resulting Consequences for Electrically Short Transmission Lines

Based on classical circuit theory, this article develops a general analytic solution of the telegrapher’s equations, in which the length of the cable is explicitly contained as a freely adjustable parameter. For this reason, the solution is also applicable to electrically short cables. Such a model has become indispensable because a few months ago, it was experimentally shown that voltage fluctuations in ordinary but electrically short copper lines move at signal velocities that are significantly higher than the speed of light in a vacuum. This finding contradicts the statements of the special theory of relativity but not, as is shown here, the fundamental principles of electrical engineering. Based on the general transfer function of a transmission line, the article shows mathematically that an unterminated, electrically short cable has the characteristics of an ideal delay element, meaning that an input signal appears at the output with a slight delay but remains otherwise unchanged. Even for conventional cables, the time constants can be so small that the corresponding signal velocities can significantly exceed the speed of light in a vacuum. The article also analyses the technical means with which this effect can be conveyed to very long cables.

基于投入产出分析的再生产循环动力学建模与解析

中国经济已迈入以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展阶段。传统的投入产出分析虽然能够较好地反映生产网络的中间结构,但较难充分揭示价值流循环。基于马克思再生产理论与循环经济以及能源经济在体系构建思想上的一致性,借鉴生物物理建模方法构建宏观经济再生产循环动力学模型,并对其进行模拟解析。结果发现,在经济发展初期,可以通过大量的资源消耗取得较快发展速度;随着资源约束增强,经济发展速度逐渐放缓。结论较好地揭示了经济发展路径,为马克思经济增长理论提供了一个模型示例,并为双循环战略提供了一个注解和指引。

我国城市建设用地使用权制度利弊参半、成功与不足并存。在使用权设定方式、使用权期限届满的法律后果、土地使用权人迟延开发土地和改变土地用途的法律后果以及土地使用权人之空间权等问题上,现行立法和《物权法(草案)》的有关规定均有缺陷,应当从我国城市土地的社会主义全民所有制的性质出发,以党的“三个代表”、“以民为本”的政治理念和马克思的市地级差地租理论为指导,加以改进和完善。
