Improving innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher institutions: the impact of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education on undergraduates' entrepreneurial intentions

The exploration of the way"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(MEI)education influences students'aspirations to become entrepreneurs has grown into an important area of analysis in studies related to higher education.This research intends to examine the consequences of MEI education on students'tendency towards entrepreneurship,and to put forward methods for augmenting the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher educational establishments.To achieve this objective,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were employed in the study,which involved a total of 197 students and five education experts.The statistical analysis of the questionnaire data revealed that MEI education was positively related to students'entrepreneurial intentions,and that both entrepreneurial experience and family entrepreneurial background played moderating roles in this relationship.The interview findings indicated that private universities could enhance educational reforms by designing talent training programs,developing diversified curricula,and developing more professional entrepreneurial platforms to encourage students'entrepreneurial intentions.This study offers fresh insights for improving and perfecting the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities.

Research and Application of Multi-Dimensional and Three-Dimensional Teaching in Geriatric Nursing Teaching in the Context of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Purpose:Study the specific application effect of multi-dimensional and three-dimensional teaching in Geriatric Nursing teaching in the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Methods:Respectively select 80 nursing undergraduates of 2015 and 80 nursing undergraduates of 2014 in our school as the research object of the experimental group and the control group.In terms of Geriatric Nursing teaching,nursing students in the control group adopt traditional classroom teaching methods to carry out,while students in the experimental group adopt multi-dimensional and three-dimensional teaching in the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Then observe and compare the geriatric nursing knowledge scoring as well as theory and practice assessment results in the two groups taught with different methods.Results:It's obvious that the scoring of nursing students in the experimental group is higher than those in the control group in respect of geriatric nursing knowledge,and statistical significance exists in the between-group differences(P<0.05).The nursing students in the experimental group perform obviously better than those in the control group in terms of the results of theory,practice and comprehensive assessment as well as total score,and statistical significance exists in the between-group differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing Geriatric Nursing teaching for higher education nursing undergraduates with multi-dimensional and three-dimensional teaching in the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation can remarkably improve nursing students'cognitive level in geriatric nursing as well as their mastery degree of theoretical,practical and comprehensive knowledge.Thus,the multi-dimensional and three-dimensional teaching mode in the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation makes 80 nursing undergraduates of 2015 in our school direct beneficiaries,which could be popularized and applied in medical colleges.

Value,Characteristics and Innovation Direction of Poverty Alleviation by Enterprises in the Era of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

It is a new field to arouse the motive force of poverty alleviation and improve the poverty alleviation performance research by actively mobilizing enterprises to participate in poverty alleviation and development. In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the innovation research has already formed the perfect union with the theories related to management science and the economics,but its combination with the sociology,especially with the enterprise-led poverty alleviation research is also very scarce. Under the premise of affirming the mode of enterprise participation in poverty alleviation,this paper explores and analyzes the practical value of this model in three aspects: innovating poverty alleviation model,enhancing the poor people's self-restoration ability,weakening the dual structure of urban and rural areas. This paper clarifies the internal relations among the subjects under the model. This paper also puts forward the innovation direction of poverty alleviation by enterprises in the future in big data focusing,innovative thinking embedding,model innovation,information feedback of the main body,which provides a theoretical basis and direction guidance for the follow-up related research.

A novel multi-channel porous structure facilitating mass transport towards highly efficient alkaline water electrolysis

An advantageous porous architecture of electrodes is pivotal in significantly enhancing alkaline water electrolysis(AWE)efficiency by optimizing the mass transport mechanisms.This effect becomes even more pronounced when aiming to achieve elevated current densities.Herein,we employed a rapid and scalable laser texturing process to craft novel multi-channel porous electrodes.Particularly,the obtained electrodes exhibit the lowest Tafel slope of 79 mV dec^(-1)(HER)and 49 mV dec^(-1)(OER).As anticipated,the alkaline electrolyzer(AEL)cell incorporating multi-channel porous electrodes(NP-LT30)exhibited a remarkable improvement in cell efficiency,with voltage drops(from 2.28 to 1.97 V)exceeding 300 mV under 1 A cm^(-1),compared to conventional perforated Ni plate electrodes.This enhancement mainly stemmed from the employed multi-channel porous structure,facilitating mass transport and bubble dynamics through an innovative convection mode,surpassing the traditional convection mode.Furthermore,the NP-LT30-based AEL cell demonstrated exceptional durability for 300 h under 1.0 A cm^(-2).This study underscores the capability of the novel multi-channel porous electrodes to expedite mass transport in practical AWE applications.

Strategies for "Mass Enterpreneurship and Innovation" Education in Local Universities to Promote Rural Revitalization through Integrating Industry and Education

At present, there are still some problems, such as insufficient integration between universities and local industry and education, urgent need to optimize the collaborative education system, limited quality of "mass enterpreneurship and innovation" education subjects, insufficient joint efforts of relevant policies, lack of rural revitalization subjects, and imperfect rural infrastructure and public service system. In view of the above difficulties and the practical efficiency analysis of "mass enterpreneurship and innovation" education in Hubei University of Science and Technology, this paper puts forward the strategies for "mass enterpreneurship and innovation" education in local universities to promote rural revitalization from the perspective of integration between industry and education: colleges and universities should deepen the reform of the education system of integration between industry and education, and cultivate "mass enterpreneurship and innovation" talents for rural revitalization;the government and society should strengthen the construction of rural service support system and optimize the "mass enterpreneurship and innovation" environment for rural revitalization.

国家备案认定政策能提升众创空间绩效吗——基于全国众创空间大样本数据的准自然实验

众创空间具有正外部性,对其实施具有财政性质的备案认定政策是引领高质量创新创业发展的一项重要政策安排。基于国家众创空间备案政策的准自然实验,运用双重差分DID和交叠CS-DID稳定估计量ATT等方法,实证检验众创空间备案政策对众创空间绩效的影响。研究表明,众创空间备案政策能够显著提升众创空间投资绩效和孵化绩效,但在第3年之后呈减弱趋势。机制检验表明,备案政策主要通过财政补贴,进而通过技术创新效应和要素替代效应实现绩效提升。异质性分析发现,位于不同区域的众创空间,备案政策对投资绩效的影响没有明显差异,但在孵化绩效方面东中部显著高于西部地区。基于财政补贴的备案政策效应在第3年后呈减弱趋势,因而应围绕备案政策开发金融、人才、政府采购等更加丰富的政策工具,吸引市场和社会力量参与备案众创空间建设,让备案政策与其它政策工具联立互动,实现政策组合效应。

实质性创新还是策略性创新?——客户集中度对企业技术创新的影响研究

企业技术创新是衡量企业核心竞争力的主要方式,更是国家经济持续高质量增长的重要因素。基于2010—2021年我国A股上市公司的相关数据,实证检验客户集中度对企业技术创新的影响。研究发现:客户集中度可以显著抑制企业的技术创新,客户集中度对企业实质性创新和策略性创新均有显著抑制作用;政府实施的双创政策在客户集中度与技术创新、客户集中度与企业实质性创新的关系中均发挥了负向调节作用,而对客户集中度与企业策略性创新之间没有调节作用;机制检验表明,较高的客户集中度会通过降低企业的治理效率和提升企业的经营风险,进而抑制企业的技术创新,最终降低了企业的全要素生产率;异质性分析发现,当企业所面临的行业集中度较高、内部控制质量较低、企业处于成熟期时,客户集中度对企业技术创新的抑制作用会更为显著。
