The mechanism of inhibition is, however, not well understood. We report here that the dexamethasone-induced inhibition of M φ activation for tumor cytotoxicity could be partially antagonized by high concentrations of activators and blocked by inhibitors of protein synthesis and energy metabolism.展开更多
