An Exploration of Organizational Development in the Process of Innovation and Transformation of Pharmaceutical Enterprises-Taking X Pharmaceutical Enterprise as an Example

Objective To study how to promote the smooth innovation and transformation of enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of human resources organization development.In the wave of pharmaceutical industry reform,some entrepreneurs realize the importance of innovation and technology in the future.However,domestic pharmaceutical enterprises are still in the production-oriented stage.In the process of transformative innovation,pharmaceutical enterprises should not only rely on the support of scientific and technological and economic forces,but also need a suitable organizational change and many excellent talents as the source of development.Methods Through retrieving relevant literature and combined with the organizational development practice of X pharmaceutical enterprise,the organizational development model was explored in this paper.Results and Conclusion By forming a system of strategy,organization,talent,culture and mechanism,and building an organizational development model,we can improve the organizational atmosphere and organizational efficiency in the process of enterprise innovation and transformation,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.

The Difficulties and Mechanism Innovation of Constructing China's Rural Multiplex Financial System

This paper expounds the necessity of constructing China's rural multiplex financial system as follows.First,overcome the bottleneck effect arising from the shortage of capital in the process of development of rural small and medium-sized enterprise,and increase farmers' income;second,provide capital support for rural modern industrial development,and promote rural economic development;third,rationally allocate capital,master the money flow and coordinate urban-rural development.The paper also profoundly analyzes the difficulties of constructing China's rural multiplex financial system as follows.First,the existing rural financial system structure is irrational and the function is unsound;second,non-governmental financial market is disorderly and the organization is unsound;third,the rural financial system is simple and the overhaul of rural credit cooperatives system has not yet been done;fourth,the construction of rural system of financial laws and regulations is laggard,and the construction of rural multiplex financial system lacks good social environment.The specific thoughts,measures and countermeasures of constructing mechanism innovation of China's rural multiplex financial system are put forward as follows.First,increasingly perfect legal system and provide legal support for constructing China's rural multiplex financial system;second,quicken the overhaul of rural credit cooperatives system and perfect its function in China's rural multiplex financial system;third,strengthen the degree of support and development,and change the situation of simple structure of rural financial system;fourth,reinforce administrative supervision and perfect public services,and standardize the rural financial market order.

Formation mechanism and organizational controlling of ultra-fine-grain copper processed by asymmetrical accumulative rolling-bond and annealing

The initial copper with large grain sizes of 60-100 μm was processed by six passes asymmetrical accumulative rolling-bond （AARB） and annealing, the ultra-fine-grained （UFG） copper with grain size of 200 nm was obtained, and the microstructures and properties were studied. The results show that there are large sub-structures and also texture component C for the UFG copper obtained by six passes AARB, possessing high strength and microhardness in company with poor elongation and conductivity. Thereafter, the UFG copper was annealed at 220 °C for 35 min, in which the sub-structures disappear, the grain boundaries are composed of big angle grain boundaries, and the textures are composed of a variety of texture components and parts of twins. Compared with the UFG copper obtained by six passes AARB, the tensile strength and yield strength for the UFG copper obtained by six passes AARB and annealing at 220 °C for 35 min are decreased slightly, the elongation and conductivity are improved obviously.

The transition from traditional banking to mobile internet finance:an organizational innovation perspective-a comparative study of Citibank and ICBC

The development of Financial Technology(FinTech)in areas such as mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data,search engines,and blockchain technology have significantly changed the financial industry.FinTech is expected to overturn the traditional banking business model,forcing banks to upgrade and transform.This study adopts a comparative case study method to contrast and analyze the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC)and Citibank.It analyzes the strategies,organizations,HR systems,and product innovations adopted by these two banks in response to the impact of FinTech.This paper proposes an“electric vehicle”mode for ICBC and an“airplane mode”for Citibank.Further,it describes the difficulties encountered by the Chinese banking industry and proposes some feasible ways to upgrade.“Technology power”will become the core competitive concept for the financial institutions of the future.

The Development, Mechanisms, and Clinical Applications of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medicated Baths

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)medicated bath,as an essential component of TCM therapy,possesses profound historical significance and broad application prospects.This article focuses on the research and development of the TCM medicated bath.As a form of external treatment within TCM,the medicated bath demonstrates unique efficacy and wide applicability,offering significant advantages in health management,disease prevention,and treatment.This paper analyzes the historical origins,mechanisms of action,development,clinical applications,and existing challenges of medicated baths from various perspectives.Finally,it explores future directions for TCM medicated baths,emphasizing the need for strengthened multidisciplinary cooperation,foundational research,and clinical studies to foster innovation and development.This approach aims to provide safer and more effective therapeutic options for human health.

The Pathways and Mechanisms for Collaborative Innovation in Vocational Education,Higher Education,and Continuing Education

Against the backdrop of rapid global economic development,the demand for education has gradually shifted from quantitative growth to qualitative improvement.Vocational education,higher education,and continuing education are crucial components of China’s education system,each serving different educational functions.However,the collaborative innovation among these three types of education is still in the preliminary exploration stage,with issues such as scattered resources and imperfect coordination mechanisms.This paper systematically reviews relevant domestic and international research and practical experiences,thoroughly analyzes the pathways,models,and mechanisms of collaborative innovation among these three types of education,and proposes practical and operational suggestions based on the actual situation in Xuzhou City.The study finds that collaboration between vocational education,higher education,and continuing education through innovation not only enhances the overall efficiency of educational resources but also promotes regional economic development and social progress.On this basis,this paper proposes specific measures such as building an education resource-sharing platform,promoting a chain-based talent training system,strengthening policy and institutional guarantees,and improving incentive mechanisms,aiming to provide a reference for local education administrators and contribute to the innovative development of education in China.

Research on the Internal Talent Training Path and Performance Evaluation Mechanism of New R&D Institutions in Zhejiang Province

New research and development(R&D)institutions are an important part of the national innovation system,playing an important role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years,new R&D institutions have gradually become the driving force of innovation-driven development in China.Taking new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper studies the internal talent training path and performance evaluation mechanism of new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province by using the literature research method,comparison method,case verification method,and other methods.The investigation results show that there are problems such as lack of material and spiritual support and neglect of the absorption of local talents in the internal talent training,and there are problems such as unclear standards,insufficient data,and opaque processes in the performance evaluation mechanism,which greatly affect the establishment and improvement of the performance evaluation mechanism.Given the above problems,this paper puts forward a forward-looking,oriented,flexible,and compatible talent training path and performance evaluation mechanism,hoping to optimize the effective internal talent training path of new R&D institutions,improve the evaluation performance,and promote healthy development of new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province.

“Three-Wide Education”Reform,Innovation,and Practice in Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology

The comprehensive reform of“three-wide education”is important to achieve inheritance and innovation in ideological education in colleges and universities.The Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology aims to address the practical problems of a weak ideological education team,incomplete system and mechanism,and insufficient resource mobilization in“three-wide education.”It actively explores the“three-wide education”based on the university’s existing foundation and advantages.Comprehensive,innovative ideas for reform,practice,and promotion of unique practices and paths are necessary,to continuously deepen education reforms and strive to build a new“three-wide education”work pattern to help the country’s modern talent cultivation work.

Examining the Relationship of Organizational Intelligence with Innovation Management and Career Advancement in an Organization

The present study aimed to examine the relationship of organizational intelligence with innovation management and career advancement in an organization. Considering its objective, this was a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population included all high school managers in Zahedan at the year 2015. The sample contained 52 male managers and 51 female managers whom were selected through applying stratified random sampling method. To collect data, Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire, Innovation Management Inventory and Questionnaire of Career Advancement were used, the validity of which was assessed through applying the standpoint of a number of university professors and their reliability was obtained 0.74, 0.76, 0.84, respectively, using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Results indicated that considering managers’ perspectives, the status of organizational intelligence and career advancement were desirable;however, the status of innovation management was moderate. Moreover, organizational intelligence and its components were significantly and positively correlated with innovation management (r = 0.512, P < 0.01), and there was a significant and positive relationship between organizational intelligence and career advancement (r = 0.334, P < 0.01). Findings demonstrated that components of desire to change, spirit, unity and agreement, application of knowledge, performance pressure were significantly correlated to career advancement. However, components of strategic perspective and common fate were not significantly correlated with career advancement. Additionally, among the components of organizational intelligence, in the first step, application of knowledge and in the second step, desire to change were the best predicators of innovation management (which together could predict 28%). Application of knowledge was the only variable which entered the predictive model and predicted 16% of career advancement. Results of independent t-test indicated that no significant difference was found between male and female managers, considering their organizational intelligence, innovation management and career advancement.

Study on Talent Training Mechanisms of Marine Cultural Industry Based on Collaborative Innovation of Governments,Enterprises,Colleges,Scientific Institutions and Users

Based on the review of related concepts,the current situation and problems of talent training in marine cultural industry in China were analyzed,and talent training mechanisms of marine cultural industry based on collaborative innovation of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users were proposed to promote the transformation,upgrading and vigorous development of marine cultural industry,accelerate the spread of marine culture with Chinese characteristics,and build China into a maritime power.

On the organizational slack and the choice of the technological innovation strategy in Chinese enterprises

This paper analyzed the relationship between organizational slack and technological innovation strategy in Chinese enterprises through building mathematic model and real options approach. The results show the organizational slack that explored and employed reached to a critical point and can promote enterprises to choose the independent innovation strategy based on R & D (Research and Development); And it is important to identify,explore and employ organizational slack correctly for strengthening the organizational independent innovation capability and raising its performance when the technological innovation strategy based on technological introduction is more and more difficult.

From Importation to Innovation: The Perspective of Organizational Inertia's Effects

Based on an explorative embedded single-case study, this paper analyzes its import-based innovation process, identifies characteristics of manifestation of organizational inertia＇s effects, and reveals organizational learning＇s effects on firms＂ organizational inertia. The case selected is the successful practice about typical technology import of internal combustion locomotive, electric locomotive, and diesel engine, owned by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Ltd Company of CRRC. Based on analysis, it can be found that firms＇organizational inertia exhibits primarily negative effects, positive effects and a combination of positive and negative effects in different stages of imitative, improved and indigenous innovation respectively. Further analysis of typical events shows that explorative learning mitigates organizational inertia＇s negative effects, while exploitative learning enhances its positive effects. From the angle of organizational inertia＇s effects, this paper deepens understanding on the mechanism of transition from technology importation to indigenous innovation, and provides inspirations for late-coming firms to break the vieious cycle where technology importation leads to more backwardness..

The Supply-Demand Analysis and Mechanism Innovation of Chinese Rural Public Goods

The connotation of rural public goods is expounded.The rural public goods refer to the products and labors that satisfy the production and living of rural residents,economic growth and social progress.The rural public goods is characterized by non-excludability,non-competitiveness and indispensability of other general public goods.The supply situation of Chinese government to rural public goods is analyzed,as well as the demand situation of rural public goods,which includes farmers' demand on training,the assistance demand of rural weak groups,farmers' demand on comfortable living conditions and farmers' demand on "soft" public goods.The paths for innovating the supply mechanism of rural public goods are put forward,which cover perfecting the decision mechanism of public goods supply;scientifically distributing the supply responsibility of rural public goods;facilitating the reform of each supporting equipment and exploring the multiple capital collecting channels of rural public goods.

Research on Intellectual Property Benefits Allocation Mechanism—Using Case of Regional-Development Oriented Collaborative Innovation Center of China

The intellectual property (IP) benefits allocation is a major problem in collaborative innovation, because the collaborative partners have different benefits pursues, and they make the allocation of ownership and benefits complicated. If the interests can’t be allocated properly, then the conflicts will occur between the collaborative partners and collaborative relationship can’t last long, so we focus on the benefits allocation mechanism of IP to ensure each participated partner can get the benefits fairly. Some scholars noticed the importance of IP benefits allocation and conducted theoretical research, which provided model and theoretical analysis, but these research contents were not comprehensive, the research methods and evidences seemed inadequate, which leaded the conclusions into?having limited meaning. Thus, we use case study and investigate regional-development oriented collaborative innovation center to examine the benefits allocation mechanism. We find out the problems in the existing benefits allocation mechanism, such as the compensation and rewards are not enough, the benefits allocation should be fair, the payment way is not various and so on. Based on the case study on the status quo and combined with related needs, we put forward that ensure the ownership of IP, attention on regulation construction, benefits protection and so on. We hope this study can solve these problems through case analysis, and benefit to maintain collaborative relationship.

Organizational Culture and Favorable Environment for the Development of Innovations

The objective of the research dialogues with recent studies on the presence of a favorable environment for innovation while respecting and guided by theoretical perspectives that were built by classic authors in this field of research, such as Geert Hofstede and Edgar Schein. 258 questionnaires were answered and the data obtained were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) after tabulation in statistical analysis software. The research model is quantitative-descriptive and is based on the methodology developed by MIRP and later adapted by other authors. As a result of this research, it was identified that employees perceive the culture of the analyzed organization with a high level of collectivism and high cultural congruence. It was found that employees have a perception that there is a small power distance. At the end of the research, it is possible to affirm that there is a relationship between the organizational culture and the favorable environment for the development of innovations in the analyzed company.

Mechanism of realizing industrial structure upgrading through technology-driven regional innovation capacity

Based on the analysis of the formation process of regional innovation capacity, this paper expatiates that the technology is the basis for industrial structure upgrading, while technological innovation is the power of regional innovation capacity. It points out that the essential of regional industrial structure upgrading is the transition of regional technology structure from one balance to another. The mechanism of realizing industrial structure upgrading through technology-driven regional innovation capacity is also discussed briefly.

Obstacles to the Success of Organizational and Managerial Innovation in Construction SMEs in Burkina Faso

This research is based on a qualitative approach based on the exploitation of secondary data.The objective of the research is to determine the factors likely to influence the success of innovation in small and medium enterprises(SMEs)of Building and Public Works(BTP)in Burkina Faso.To do this,we issued two research proposals that served as a guide for our research.It emerged that 77% of SMEs reported having innovated in 2019,while the same study concluded to the underperformance of these companies.Hence,there is the need to distinguish between innovation actions and the success of innovation.For us,the success of innovation is based on information transparency in the company and the development of human resources.The results showed that the information does not circulate the construction companies and it results in a lack of meeting place.In addition,construction and civil engineering SMEs lack competent and qualified staff and are not very motivated.Indeed,only 52% of business leaders are satisfied with the motivation of their staff.In terms of competence,97% business leaders say that they have qualified staff and even 87% say not to delegate because they lack qualified staff.In fact,obtaining approval requires the existence of qualified personnel in the company,which justifies this assertion to 97%.And yet,the staff presented for the approval is not the one available in the company.Moreover,the lack of competent and motivated staff is confirmed by the MOE and MOD.Our two research proposals have been validated.However,we noted that this is a partial search for the factors that influence the success of innovation in construction SMEs that could be complemented by other research.

Organizational Learning （OL） and Organizational Innovation （OI）： The Case of Information and Communication Technology （ICT） Industry in Malaysia

The progression through which a person acquires ,;kills, understanding, and opinions regarding a particular organization or company is called organizational learning （OL）. In this study, the connection between organizational innovation （OI） and OL within the inf3rmation and communication technology （ICT） industry in Malaysia is surveyed. These relationships are examined, because various previous inquiries have shown that an imperative precursor to firm performance is OL. Two hundred and seventy-eight surveys were completed by small and medium organizations across Malaysia. The connections existing between the causes of OL and the causes of OI were ascertained by using structural equation modeling （SEM）. Amongst the Malaysian small- and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） that participated in fire study, OI and OL are considerably linked.

Based on the Emerging E-commerce Ecosystem Synergy and Innovation Mechanism Investigation

E-commerce is a new business model based on Internet information technology,and its internal operation mechanism can be studied in depth from the perspective of the knowledge ecosystem according to the law of knowledge ecology.The various knowledge elements in the e-business knowledge ecosystem interact and influence each other,continue to exchange materials and energy according to specific rules,and develop and circulate autonomously so that users can acquire,transfer,share and sublimate knowledge in the business system.Finally,knowledge innovation and new value creation are realized to complete the final value sublimation.Based on this,this paper elaborates on three aspects of e-business ecosystem system synergy theory,e-business ecosystem,and e-business ecosystem synergy and innovation model for the reference of relevant personnel.
