The Application Value of Sanitary Wipes and Medical Alcohol+Gauze Disinfection Method in the Management and Use of Medical Equipment

Objective:To analyze the effect of sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection methods on the management and use of medical equipment in hospitals.Methods:From February 2023 to August 2023,80 anorectal surgery medical instruments and equipment were randomly sampled as observation samples,and they were grouped using the random number table method(40 instruments in each group).One group was managed with sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(observation group),and the other group was managed with medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(control group).The degree of contamination on the surface of instruments and equipment and the staff satisfaction of both groups was noted and compared.Results:After cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)value of the surface contamination of the sample instruments and equipment decreased significantly(P<0.05);and after cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)of the observation group’s instruments and equipment decreased significantly,and the value was lower than that of the control group,(P<0.05);the results of the nursing job satisfaction questionnaire showed that the scores of each survey item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method into the management and use of medical equipment not only improves the disinfection of medical instruments but also improves the job satisfaction of nursing staff.Therefore,this method should be popularized. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the allocation and management of large medical equipment (LME) in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, in order to make the best use of LME to meet the medical needs of local people. Methods: The research collected data from all hospitals that have LME in Xuzhou using questionnaire; 38 (97.4%) hospitals returned the questionnaire. Results: In Xuzhou, there are a total of 71 pieces of LME, each serving 126 600 people in an area of 163 km2. Sixty-two percent of them are allocated in urban areas, with Gini coefficient at 0.52, indicating imbalance and biased allocation of LME. Conclusion: The al- location of LME in Xuzhou is out of control and unfairly allocated. 展开更多

Objective: Medical equipment safety in clinical use has been an increasingly concerned issue in China. This paper aims to design and implement a web-based medical equipment maintenance system to be used at clinical engineering department, orienting to the improvement of quality and efficiency of technology service so as to meet the 2010 regulations homologated with China's Ministry of Health. Methods: The system adopted three-layer structure based on B/S mode with oracle database and ASP.NET development technologies. Based on risk management and inclusion criteria for maintenance, the software system modules consist of hospital equipment inventory management, personnel information management, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance(PM) and analysis graphical representations.Results: An user friendly web interface was provided for easy and secure access to the system. Medical equipment management activities from log-in to acceptance test to maintenance services were implemented. Conclusion: The application of this system has achieved benefits for the risk management of medical equipment. 展开更多

Traditional magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer technology uses fixed distances between coils for research,to prevent fluctuations in the receiving voltage,and lead to reduce transmission efficiency.This paper proposes a closed-loop control wireless communication wireless power transfer system with a wearable four-coil structure to stabilize the receiving voltage fluctuation caused by changes in the displacement between the coils.Test results show that the system can provide stable receiving voltage,no matter how the distance between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil is changed.When the transmission distance is 20 mm,the power transfer efficiency of the system can reach 18.5%under the open-loop state,and the stimulus parameters such as the stimulation period and pulse width can be adjusted in real time through the personal computer terminal. 展开更多

目的在获取大型医用设备单机运营数据的基础上,探索建立大型医用设备绩效评估指标体系,为大型医用设备的更新及配置提供数据支撑。方法通过头脑风暴、文献研究,从医院角度出发构建包括社会效益、经济效益、发展可持续3个维度10个指标的... 目的在获取大型医用设备单机运营数据的基础上,探索建立大型医用设备绩效评估指标体系,为大型医用设备的更新及配置提供数据支撑。方法通过头脑风暴、文献研究,从医院角度出发构建包括社会效益、经济效益、发展可持续3个维度10个指标的大型医用设备绩效评估指标体系,通过开发数据接口打通医院信息系统、放射科信息系统、影像归档和通信系统、固定资产管理系统并获取相关指标数据,通过赋予指标不同权重并计算标准化得分获得绩效评估结果。结果研究构建了一套大型医用设备绩效评估体系,用该体系量化评估了医院2020年大型医用设备(计算机断层扫描、磁共振)的单机绩效产出。结论该指标体系可推广到其他医院,通过横向比较分析不同级别医院或不同区域同级别医院大型医用设备全生命周期的绩效产出,为科学决策提供依据;也可根据医院发展目标调整该评估体系相应维度的权重或增加新的维度,引导大型医用设备配置管理与医院发展方向一致。 展开更多

目的打通现有医院业务系统,获取单机大型医用设备的绩效数据,对比分析医院7台电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)设备、7台磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)设备的2020年指标数据。方法开发数据接口,打通业务系统,... 目的打通现有医院业务系统,获取单机大型医用设备的绩效数据,对比分析医院7台电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)设备、7台磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)设备的2020年指标数据。方法开发数据接口,打通业务系统,利用关键字段,获取单机大型医用设备的结构化数据;基于指标数据,运用SPSS 26.0进行正态性检验、独立样本t检验分析,对7台CT、7台MRI的指标数据进行统计学分析。结果2020年CT品牌成本收益率排名前3位分别为UCT510、SOMATOM、Edge258,MRI品牌成本收益率排名前3位分别为3.0T HDX TWINSP、1.5T HDX UPG、Creator1.5T,CT、MRI的成本收益率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究运用信息技术手段,打通业务系统,实现了大型医用设备单机数据的精确快捷获取,并尝试从成本收益角度出发进行分析,追踪其使用情况和投资回收情况,一定程度上反映单机大型医用设备的绩效产出,如CT设备成本收益率更高,国产CT设备表现亮眼,为大型医用设备的更新配置提供了数据支撑。 展开更多
