[ Method] Using nitrotetrazolium blue chloride (NBT) light reduction method, SOD activity of drugstore beetle ( Stegobium panlceum ), cigarette beetle ( Lasioderma serricorne) and coffee bean beetle (Araecerus fasciculatus) was studied, and the stress response of the enzyme under controlled atmosphere stress of CO2 was analyzed. [ Result ] SOD activity of drugstore beetle, cigarette beetle and coffee bean beetle exposed to controlled atmosphere stress of high concentrations of CO2 for 3 and 6 h had certain degree of increase, and the activity sig- nificantly increased from 2.011±0.954,2.664±0.218 and 1.458±0.718 to 3. 135±0. 105,3.050±0.673 and 2.975±0.229 U/(per pest · 30 min) after treat- ment for 6 h. [ Conclusion] Controlled atmosphere stress of high concentrations of CO2 had certain activation effect on SOD activity of storage pest in Chinese me- dicinal material within the context of sub-lethal events. The results could enrich the insecticidal mechanism of controlled atmosphere and theoretical system of analy- sis on insect resistance to controlled atmosphere.展开更多

The se...High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to quantify magnaldehyde B (6), magnaldehyde E (4) and 8',9'-dihydroxyhonokiol (7) simultaneously in the raw Chinese medicinal material honokiol. The separation was performed on a reversed-phase Cl8 column by using a gradient elution with mobile phases of water (A) and methanol (B). The mobile phase gradient was run from 40% B to 56.5% B in 55 min, 55-67 rain from 56.5% to 51.5%, 67-80 min from 51.5% to 70%, 80-170 min at 70%. The elution was carried out at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at the column temperature of 35 ~C with the UV detection wavelength at 256 am. Magnaldehyde B, magnaldehyde E and 8',9'-dihydroxyhonokiol showed good linear relationships with peak areas in the range of 0.00864 to 0.07776 mg/mL, 0.01488 to 0.13392 mg/mL and 0.01568 to 0.10976 mg/mL, respectively. Their corresponding average recoveries were 100.30%, 99.63% and 98.29%, respectively. Our results showed that the established method is simple, rapid, and accurate with good reproducibility for evaluating the quality of raw Chinese medicinal material honokiol. Moreover, another five phenolic compounds, namely erythro-7-O-methylhonoldtriol (1), threo-7-O-methylhonokitriol (2), 7-O-ethylhonokitriol (3), magnaldehyde C (5), honokiol (8), together with compounds 4, 6 and 7, were isolated and purified from the remaining substance in the process of preparing the raw material honokiol by silica gel column and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were characterized by ID and 2D NMR spectroscopy. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 were reported to have common planar structures and their relative configurations were identified for the first time. Compounds 3 and 7 were not only obtained from the raw medicinal material for the first time but also novel compounds.展开更多

Breast cancer is globally the most common invasive cancer in women and remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths.Surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and endocrine therapy are currently the...Breast cancer is globally the most common invasive cancer in women and remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths.Surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and endocrine therapy are currently the main treatments for this cancer type.However,some breast cancer patients are prone to drug resistance related to chemotherapy or immunotherapy,resulting in limited treatment efficacy.Consequently,traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMMs)as natural products have become an attractive source of novel drugs.In this review,we summarized the current knowledge on the active components of animal-derived TCMMs,including Ophiocordyceps sinensis-derived cordycepin,the aqueous and ethanolic extracts of O.sinensis,norcantharidin(NCTD),Chansu,bee venom,deer antlers,Ostrea gigas,and scorpion venom,with reference to marked anti-breast cancer effects due to regulating cell cycle arrest,proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,and drug resistance.In future studies,the underlying mechanisms for the antitumor effects of these components need to be further investigated by utilizing multi-omics technologies.Furthermore,large-scale clinical trials are necessary to validate the efficacy of bioactive constituents alone or in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs for breast cancer treatment.展开更多

Methods: The content of aflatoxin in Chinese medicinal mat...Objective: To analyze the effect of spectrofluorimetry and highperformance liquid chromatography in the detection of aflatoxin in Chinese medicinal materials. Methods: The content of aflatoxin in Chinese medicinal materials was determined by spectrofluorimetry and high-performance liquid chromatography respectively, and the effects of the two detection methods were compared. Results: The results of sample detection by spectrofluorimetry showed that except for Angelica and Sophora flavescens with "detection dada error", the other 25 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials were positive for aflatoxin, but the types of aflatoxin derivatives could not be distinguished, and the tested content was generally high. The recovery experiment of mixed reference substance based on the concentration levels showed that the recovery rate of aflatoxin was 93.60%-99.70% in the case of high-performance liquid chromatography,and the RSD was 1.83%-6.70%. The sample detection results by high-performance liquid chromatography showed that among the 18 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials,only Radix Peucedani, almond, barley, raw Jianqu and aflatoxin were positive, and the types of aflatoxin derivatives could be accurately differentiated. Conclusion: Compared with spectrofluorimetry, high-performance liquid chromatography is more accurate in the determination of aflatoxin content in Chinese medicinal materials, which can distinguish the types of aflatoxin derivatives.展开更多

Medicinal plants,as medicinal materials and important drug components,have been used in traditional and folk medicine for ages.However,being sessile organisms,they are seriously affected by extreme environmental condi...Medicinal plants,as medicinal materials and important drug components,have been used in traditional and folk medicine for ages.However,being sessile organisms,they are seriously affected by extreme environmental conditions and abiotic stresses such as salt,heavy metal,temperature,and water stresses.Medicinal plants usually produce specific secondary metabolites to survive such stresses,and these metabolites can often be used for treating human diseases.Recently,medicinal plants have been found to partner with endophytic fungi to form a long-term,stable,and win-win symbiotic relationship.Endophytic fungi can promote secondary metabolite accumulation in medicinal plants.The close relationship can improve host plant resistance to the abiotic stresses of soil salinity,drought,and extreme temperatures.Their symbiosis also sheds light on plant growth and active compound production.Here,we show that endophytic fungi can improve the host medicinal plant resistance to abiotic stress by regulating active compounds,reducing oxidative stress,and regulating the cell ion balance.We also identify the deficiencies and burning issues of available studies and present promising research topics for the future.This review provides guidance for endophytic fungi research to improve the ability of medicinal plants to resist abiotic stress.It also suggests ideas and methods for active compound accumulation in medicinal plants and medicinal material development during the response to abiotic stress.展开更多
[Objectives]To study the prescription compatibility rules of the Tibetan medicine Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Polygonati Rhizoma,Huangjing)based on data mining,so as to provide data support for clinical application and n...[Objectives]To study the prescription compatibility rules of the Tibetan medicine Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Polygonati Rhizoma,Huangjing)based on data mining,so as to provide data support for clinical application and new drug development.[Methods]Prescriptions containing Tibetan medicine Huangjing were collected from Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions Encyclopedia and Tibetan Medicine Classic Literature Collection.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System(TCMICS 3.0)and R version 4.1.3 were used to mine and analyze the compatibility rules of prescriptions containing Tibetan medicinal material Huangjing,the rules of medication for high-frequency diseases,and the association rules of various medicinal materials.[Results]A total of 124 prescriptions were collected from the classic literature of Tibetan medicine,and the frequency statistical analysis showed that drugs compatible with Huangjing(≥15)included Tianmendong(Root of Cochinchinese Asparagus)(80),Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)Heimerl(Himalayan purple jasmine)(72),Jili(Tribuli Fructus)(70),Tibetan Aoruqin(Vicatia coniifolia)(58),Baidoukou(Round Cardamom Fruit)(47),Hezi(Chebulae Fructus)(45),Shouzhangshen(Rhizome of Conic Gymnadenia)(28),Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)(26),Pomegranate(25),Maohezi(Terminaliae Belliricae Fructus)(24),Zicaorong(Lacca)(23),Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)(15).The main diseases were yellow water disease(20),gynecological diseases(19),kidney cold disease(17),and other Tibetan medicine diseases.Association rule analysis showed that the drug combinations with the highest frequency were Huangjing—Tianmendong,Huangjing—Himalayan purple jasmine,and Huangjing—Jili.[Conclusions]The frequency of combined use of Tibetan medicine Huangjing with dry yellow water,tonifying kidney and diuresis,nourishing health,and treating gynecological diseases is relatively high.展开更多

Geochemical differentiation of soils has a series of consequences on plant and places pressure on the ecological environment.The quantitative evaluation of element migration in the Earth’s critical zone is a challeng...Geochemical differentiation of soils has a series of consequences on plant and places pressure on the ecological environment.The quantitative evaluation of element migration in the Earth’s critical zone is a challenging task.In this study,two demonstration study areas of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were selected,and multiple chemical weathering indexes,chemical loss fraction,mass migration coefficients and biological enrichment coefficient method were used to assess the ecological and geochemical suitability.The results show that for the element of Fe,Zn,Se,Cu,Co,Ni,Mo and Ge,the degree of weathering and soil maturation,were greater in the rhyolitic tuff area than in the Plagioclase gneiss area.In both research sites,the heavy metal level of samples in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi did not exceed the standard limits.The plagioclase gneiss region’s surface soil environment was more alkaline,and the content of soil organic matter was lower,resulting in a higher bioenrichment intensity of Ge,Co,Cu,and Se elements in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi than in the rhyolite-tuff area.The elements of Cd,Nb,Mo,Pb and As are considerably enriched in the soil of the plagioclase gneiss area but lost by leaching in the soil of the rhyolite tuff area,which is connected to the interplay of elemental abundance and human impact in the parent materials.This study provides a good example of how to assess growth suitability of Chinese medicinal materials in the Earth’s critical zone.展开更多

Various scaffold materials have been used in...Replacing urethral tissue with functional scaffolds has been one of the challenging problems in the field of urethra reconstruction or repair over the last several decades. Various scaffold materials have been used in animal studies, but clinical studies on use of scaffolds for urethral repair are scarce. The aim of this study was to review recent animal and clinical studies on the use of different scaffolds for urethral repair, and to evaluate these scaffolds based on the evidence from these studies. Pub Med and OVID databases were searched to identify relevant studies, in conjunction with further manual search. Studies that met the inclusion criteria were systematically evaluated. Of 555 identified studies, 38 were included for analysis. It was found that in both animal and clinical studies, scaffolds seeded with cells were used for repair of large segmental defects of the urethra, such as in tubular urethroplasty. When the defect area was small, cell-free scaffolds were more likely to be applied. A lot of pre-clinical and limited clinical evidence showed that natural or artificial materials could be used as scaffolds for urethral repair. Urinary tissue engineering is still in the immature stage, and the safety, efficacy, cost-effectiveness of the scaffolds are needed for further study.展开更多

文摘In recent years,the price of traditional Chinese medicinal materials soars continuously,and the resulting price risk increasingly looms large,which has critically affected midstream and downstream industries and peoples' demand for drug,and imperiled healthy and orderly development of traditional Chinese medicinal industries.Based on the status quo of continuous skyrocketing price of traditional Chinese medicinal materials at present,we winkle out the root cause of soaring price as follows:the supply and demand lose balance;the production costs hike up;there are other factors responsible for soaring price.This paper further analyses the impact of sharp increase in price of traditional Chinese medicinal materials on all links of industry chain as follows:the medicinal herb growers never benefit from soaring price;the counterfeiters and forgers in midstream industry increase;the gross profit rate of Chinese medicine enterprises declines.In accordance with the risk arising from abnormal fluctuation in price of traditional Chinese medicinal materials,corresponding precautionary measures are put forward as follows:promote the quality of traditional Chinese medicinal materials through management of value chain;curtail the production and management cost of traditional Chinese medicinal materials through management of organization chain;stabilize price of traditional Chinese medicinal materials through management of information chain;reduce transaction cost of traditional Chinese medicinal materials through management of logistics chain.

文摘High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to quantify magnaldehyde B (6), magnaldehyde E (4) and 8',9'-dihydroxyhonokiol (7) simultaneously in the raw Chinese medicinal material honokiol. The separation was performed on a reversed-phase Cl8 column by using a gradient elution with mobile phases of water (A) and methanol (B). The mobile phase gradient was run from 40% B to 56.5% B in 55 min, 55-67 rain from 56.5% to 51.5%, 67-80 min from 51.5% to 70%, 80-170 min at 70%. The elution was carried out at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at the column temperature of 35 ~C with the UV detection wavelength at 256 am. Magnaldehyde B, magnaldehyde E and 8',9'-dihydroxyhonokiol showed good linear relationships with peak areas in the range of 0.00864 to 0.07776 mg/mL, 0.01488 to 0.13392 mg/mL and 0.01568 to 0.10976 mg/mL, respectively. Their corresponding average recoveries were 100.30%, 99.63% and 98.29%, respectively. Our results showed that the established method is simple, rapid, and accurate with good reproducibility for evaluating the quality of raw Chinese medicinal material honokiol. Moreover, another five phenolic compounds, namely erythro-7-O-methylhonoldtriol (1), threo-7-O-methylhonokitriol (2), 7-O-ethylhonokitriol (3), magnaldehyde C (5), honokiol (8), together with compounds 4, 6 and 7, were isolated and purified from the remaining substance in the process of preparing the raw material honokiol by silica gel column and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were characterized by ID and 2D NMR spectroscopy. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 were reported to have common planar structures and their relative configurations were identified for the first time. Compounds 3 and 7 were not only obtained from the raw medicinal material for the first time but also novel compounds.

文摘Traditional Mongolian medicine(TMM)is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,which plays an important role within the medical system of China.The processing of Mongolian medicinal materials is a pharmaceutical technology,which is the unique characteristics of Mongolian medicine.In this paper,the basic concepts related to the processing of Mongolian medicinal materials were introduced,and its scientific research points were put forward,in order to deeply excavate the connotation of Mongolian pharmacy and further study the processing mechanism of Mongolian medicinal materials,so as to provide important basis for the development of Chinese traditional medicine.The essence of Mongolian medicinal materials processing is to use drugs safely and dialectically to ensure the quality of Mongolian medicinal materials.The scientific research sites of Mongolian medicinal materials processing have two categories:reducing toxicity(increasing)effect and synergistic effect of excipients and processing factors.Because of the not perfect research platform of Mongolian medicinal materials and the weak processing power,the development of research of Mongolian medicinal materials is relatively slow.Therefore,there are many research breakthroughs in the interdisciplinary research on the processing of Mongolian medicinal materials,and it is expected to become a research hotspot.

文摘Breast cancer is globally the most common invasive cancer in women and remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths.Surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and endocrine therapy are currently the main treatments for this cancer type.However,some breast cancer patients are prone to drug resistance related to chemotherapy or immunotherapy,resulting in limited treatment efficacy.Consequently,traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMMs)as natural products have become an attractive source of novel drugs.In this review,we summarized the current knowledge on the active components of animal-derived TCMMs,including Ophiocordyceps sinensis-derived cordycepin,the aqueous and ethanolic extracts of O.sinensis,norcantharidin(NCTD),Chansu,bee venom,deer antlers,Ostrea gigas,and scorpion venom,with reference to marked anti-breast cancer effects due to regulating cell cycle arrest,proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,and drug resistance.In future studies,the underlying mechanisms for the antitumor effects of these components need to be further investigated by utilizing multi-omics technologies.Furthermore,large-scale clinical trials are necessary to validate the efficacy of bioactive constituents alone or in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs for breast cancer treatment.

文摘Mongolian pharmacy is an important part of traditional medicine for the Chinese nation,with a long history and a complete theoretical system.The Mongolian people have accumulated and summarized the types and usage of Mongolian medicines in the practice of fighting against diseases over a long history.Mongolian medicinal resources are rich and diverse,the processing is self-contained,and the methods of medication are scientific and reasonable.Mongolian pharmacy not only has a deep historical relationship with traditional Chinese medicine but has also absorbed the essence of ancient Tibetan and Indian Ayurvedic medicine in the process of its development.We can identify the historical traces of the continuous exchange,communication,and integration of various ethnic medicinal cultures from the names of Mongolian medicinal materials.Because of the differences in languages and cultures of the various ethnic groups,the names of Mongolian medicinal materials have undergone a long historical period of evolution.These need to be further standardized owing to complications caused by the existence of synonyms and homonyms.
文摘Objective: To analyze the effect of spectrofluorimetry and highperformance liquid chromatography in the detection of aflatoxin in Chinese medicinal materials. Methods: The content of aflatoxin in Chinese medicinal materials was determined by spectrofluorimetry and high-performance liquid chromatography respectively, and the effects of the two detection methods were compared. Results: The results of sample detection by spectrofluorimetry showed that except for Angelica and Sophora flavescens with "detection dada error", the other 25 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials were positive for aflatoxin, but the types of aflatoxin derivatives could not be distinguished, and the tested content was generally high. The recovery experiment of mixed reference substance based on the concentration levels showed that the recovery rate of aflatoxin was 93.60%-99.70% in the case of high-performance liquid chromatography,and the RSD was 1.83%-6.70%. The sample detection results by high-performance liquid chromatography showed that among the 18 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials,only Radix Peucedani, almond, barley, raw Jianqu and aflatoxin were positive, and the types of aflatoxin derivatives could be accurately differentiated. Conclusion: Compared with spectrofluorimetry, high-performance liquid chromatography is more accurate in the determination of aflatoxin content in Chinese medicinal materials, which can distinguish the types of aflatoxin derivatives.

文摘With sulphur-fumigated Chinese medicinal materials (Fritillaria thunbergii , Isatis #utigotica , Asparagus cochinchinensis and Poria cocos ) as the test materials, sulfur dioxide or sulfite residue was determined by the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition) and titration-fluorescence spectrometry, respec- tively. The results showed that there were significant differences in measured value between titration-fluorescence spectrometry and phmmacopoeia method. The t result of titration-fluorescence spectrometry was much closer to the actual content of sulfur dioxide in Chinese medicinal materials. Thus, titration-fluo- rescence spectrometry had higher application value

文摘Medicinal plants,as medicinal materials and important drug components,have been used in traditional and folk medicine for ages.However,being sessile organisms,they are seriously affected by extreme environmental conditions and abiotic stresses such as salt,heavy metal,temperature,and water stresses.Medicinal plants usually produce specific secondary metabolites to survive such stresses,and these metabolites can often be used for treating human diseases.Recently,medicinal plants have been found to partner with endophytic fungi to form a long-term,stable,and win-win symbiotic relationship.Endophytic fungi can promote secondary metabolite accumulation in medicinal plants.The close relationship can improve host plant resistance to the abiotic stresses of soil salinity,drought,and extreme temperatures.Their symbiosis also sheds light on plant growth and active compound production.Here,we show that endophytic fungi can improve the host medicinal plant resistance to abiotic stress by regulating active compounds,reducing oxidative stress,and regulating the cell ion balance.We also identify the deficiencies and burning issues of available studies and present promising research topics for the future.This review provides guidance for endophytic fungi research to improve the ability of medicinal plants to resist abiotic stress.It also suggests ideas and methods for active compound accumulation in medicinal plants and medicinal material development during the response to abiotic stress.

文摘[Objectives]To study the prescription compatibility rules of the Tibetan medicine Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Polygonati Rhizoma,Huangjing)based on data mining,so as to provide data support for clinical application and new drug development.[Methods]Prescriptions containing Tibetan medicine Huangjing were collected from Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions Encyclopedia and Tibetan Medicine Classic Literature Collection.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System(TCMICS 3.0)and R version 4.1.3 were used to mine and analyze the compatibility rules of prescriptions containing Tibetan medicinal material Huangjing,the rules of medication for high-frequency diseases,and the association rules of various medicinal materials.[Results]A total of 124 prescriptions were collected from the classic literature of Tibetan medicine,and the frequency statistical analysis showed that drugs compatible with Huangjing(≥15)included Tianmendong(Root of Cochinchinese Asparagus)(80),Mirabilis himalaica(Edgew.)Heimerl(Himalayan purple jasmine)(72),Jili(Tribuli Fructus)(70),Tibetan Aoruqin(Vicatia coniifolia)(58),Baidoukou(Round Cardamom Fruit)(47),Hezi(Chebulae Fructus)(45),Shouzhangshen(Rhizome of Conic Gymnadenia)(28),Yuganzi(Phyllanthi Fructus)(26),Pomegranate(25),Maohezi(Terminaliae Belliricae Fructus)(24),Zicaorong(Lacca)(23),Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)(15).The main diseases were yellow water disease(20),gynecological diseases(19),kidney cold disease(17),and other Tibetan medicine diseases.Association rule analysis showed that the drug combinations with the highest frequency were Huangjing—Tianmendong,Huangjing—Himalayan purple jasmine,and Huangjing—Jili.[Conclusions]The frequency of combined use of Tibetan medicine Huangjing with dry yellow water,tonifying kidney and diuresis,nourishing health,and treating gynecological diseases is relatively high.

文摘This paper introduced the biological characteristics and medicinal value of medlar(Lycium chinense Miller).It studied Chinese wolfberry industry and its agricultural intellectual property resources in Xinjiang.In addition,it analyzed main problems such as the lag in the construction of authentic medicinal materials bases and insufficient deep processing of related products.Finally,it proposed eight recommendations including cultivating biological species with more medicinal value and creating an advantageous area of characteristic authentic medicinal materials.

文摘Radix Glycyrrhizae is the dominant native medicinal material variety in the north and northwestern medicinal materials producing areas.It is a main Chinese medicine of effective TCM drugs and formulas for the treatment of new coronavirus disease(COVID-19).This paper introduces the medicinal value of Radix Glycyrrhizae,involving the labeling,cultural heritage,and creative intellectual property rights of the Chinese medicinal materials,analyzes the poverty-stricken areas that are ecologically suitable for Radix Glycyrrhizae cultivation,and the superior counties and production bases of the Chinese medicinal materials.Besides,mainly from the aspects of perfect intellectual property rights,the establishment of authentic medicinal material production bases,and the construction of quality control systems,etc.,it discusses the rural revitalization strategy and the development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),agricultural intellectual property protection and high-quality development strategy of Radix Glycyrrhizae.

文摘Geochemical differentiation of soils has a series of consequences on plant and places pressure on the ecological environment.The quantitative evaluation of element migration in the Earth’s critical zone is a challenging task.In this study,two demonstration study areas of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were selected,and multiple chemical weathering indexes,chemical loss fraction,mass migration coefficients and biological enrichment coefficient method were used to assess the ecological and geochemical suitability.The results show that for the element of Fe,Zn,Se,Cu,Co,Ni,Mo and Ge,the degree of weathering and soil maturation,were greater in the rhyolitic tuff area than in the Plagioclase gneiss area.In both research sites,the heavy metal level of samples in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi did not exceed the standard limits.The plagioclase gneiss region’s surface soil environment was more alkaline,and the content of soil organic matter was lower,resulting in a higher bioenrichment intensity of Ge,Co,Cu,and Se elements in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi than in the rhyolite-tuff area.The elements of Cd,Nb,Mo,Pb and As are considerably enriched in the soil of the plagioclase gneiss area but lost by leaching in the soil of the rhyolite tuff area,which is connected to the interplay of elemental abundance and human impact in the parent materials.This study provides a good example of how to assess growth suitability of Chinese medicinal materials in the Earth’s critical zone.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to analyze the Raphanus sativus L.medicinal materials from different origins and batches in Guizhou Province to explore its quality standards.[Methods]The plant morphology,material shape and microscopic characteristics of R.sativus were identified;and qualitative identification was performed by the TLC method.[Results]The plant morphology,material shape and microscopic characteristics of the R.sativus medicinal materials were described;and the TLC identification method of the R.sativus medicinal materials was established,with clear spots,good separation,and good specificity.[Conclusions]The method is accurate,simple,highly sensitive,interference-free,has good reproducibility,and can be used as a data support for the formulation of quality standards for R.sativus medicinal materials.

文摘Salix carmanica Bornm(Salicaceae)is a tree plant and mainly produced in Hotan and Kashgar of Xinjiang,with the characteristics of drought resistance and super vitality.It is widely used in sand control and desert greening,and is one of the first-selected tree species for sand control,afforestation and ecological environment improvement.S.carmanica Bornm is also one of the genuine medicinal materials in Xinjiang,with pharmacological effects such as clearing away heat,diminishing swelling,promoting secretion of body fluid to quench thirst,reducing adverse effects,stopping vomiting and lowering blood pressure.In order to protect the ecology and tap the authentic medicinal resources in Xinjiang,this article focuses on the utilization value and cultivation techniques of S.carmanica Bornm.
文摘Replacing urethral tissue with functional scaffolds has been one of the challenging problems in the field of urethra reconstruction or repair over the last several decades. Various scaffold materials have been used in animal studies, but clinical studies on use of scaffolds for urethral repair are scarce. The aim of this study was to review recent animal and clinical studies on the use of different scaffolds for urethral repair, and to evaluate these scaffolds based on the evidence from these studies. Pub Med and OVID databases were searched to identify relevant studies, in conjunction with further manual search. Studies that met the inclusion criteria were systematically evaluated. Of 555 identified studies, 38 were included for analysis. It was found that in both animal and clinical studies, scaffolds seeded with cells were used for repair of large segmental defects of the urethra, such as in tubular urethroplasty. When the defect area was small, cell-free scaffolds were more likely to be applied. A lot of pre-clinical and limited clinical evidence showed that natural or artificial materials could be used as scaffolds for urethral repair. Urinary tissue engineering is still in the immature stage, and the safety, efficacy, cost-effectiveness of the scaffolds are needed for further study.
