The Electrical Properties of Al/Methylene-Blue/n-Si/Au Schottky Diodes

We studied the electrical characteristics of Al/methylene-blue/n-Si/Au Schottky diodes such as current-voltage, conductance-capacitance-voltage, and conductance-capacitance-frequency. We plotted rectification ratio vs. voltage (RR-V) of the diode. From I-V plots of the diodes, saturation current (I<sub>o</sub>), and ideality factor (n) were calculated. Barrier height (eΦ<sub>B</sub>) and series resistance (R<sub>S</sub>) were calculated with Norde functions. The results show that in the Al/methylene-blue/n-Si/Au diode, the methylene-blue layer has a significant impact on electrical properties such as series resistance, barrier height, ideality factor, conductance, rectification ratio, and capacitance. 展开更多

Riboflavin Sensitized Photopolymer Materials for Holographic Storage 被引量:2

Riboflavin is employed as the photosensitizer of a novel photopolymer material for holographic recording. This material has a broad absorption spectrum range (more than 200nm) due to the addition of this dye. The experimental results show that our material has high diffraction efficiency and large refractive index modulation. The maximum diffraction efficiency of the photopolymer is about 56%. The digital data pages are stored in this medium and the reconstructed data page has a good fidelity, with the bit-error-ratio of about 1.8 × 10^-4. It is found that the photopolymer material is suitable for high-density volume holographic digital storage. 展开更多
