This paper is based on three observations and independent thinking of the classroom teaching of the author’s colleagues.It attempts to examine how macro and micro contexts affect teaching and learning in the classroo...This paper is based on three observations and independent thinking of the classroom teaching of the author’s colleagues.It attempts to examine how macro and micro contexts affect teaching and learning in the classroom.The author focuses the discussion on three aspects:(i)the present EFL contextual setting in China;(ii)the influence of the evaluation system on both teachers and students;(iii)his own beliefs as a teacher.Finally,he comes to the implications that teachers should often reflect on their teaching by means of observing other teachers’teachings;In order to bring more effective teaching and learning to the class,Teachers should change their class from a teacher-centered one to a students-centered one.展开更多

In China, Zhou Ninghuai and others began to go on micro-scale experiment research firstly and Professor Li Qingshan who brought this innovation to polymer organic synthesis experiment has done a lot of works in micro-polymer chemistry experiment teaching. To carry out the study of micro-polymer chemistry experiments not only accords with teaching methods and reform, but also conforms to the trend of the times of green chemistry. In this paper,we propose an iterative,problem-and task-driven refined classroom management method for informatization teaching,dubbed Rcm2IT,based on data analysis of students’learning process.More specifically,Rcm2I...In this paper,we propose an iterative,problem-and task-driven refined classroom management method for informatization teaching,dubbed Rcm2IT,based on data analysis of students’learning process.More specifically,Rcm2IT firstly classifies the teaching resources and elements in the unit of classroom sections,and designs the corresponding fine-grained templates and examples of teaching elements.Meanwhile,Rcm2IT divides students into different levels according to their previous classroom performance,and teaches students at different levels according to their aptitude.Finally,we implement the refined classroom management and assessment of students’learning process via our customized precise micro classroom platform(PMcP)based on the previous two stages.The designed PMcP can carry out real-time analysis and teaching evaluation,objectively and accurately measure and feedback the students’learning results,further iteratively optimize the teaching objectives.The course practice in“digital image processing”shows that Rcm2IT can not only support teachers to dynamically adjust the teaching content,but also teach students according to their aptitude,and improve the teaching quality and efficiency.展开更多
目的探讨成果导向型教育(outcome based education,OBE)教育理念联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的线上线下微课程教学模式在心外科临床实习教学中的效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院2021年9月—2022年5月的60名心...目的探讨成果导向型教育(outcome based education,OBE)教育理念联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的线上线下微课程教学模式在心外科临床实习教学中的效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院2021年9月—2022年5月的60名心外科临床实习生为研究对象,随机分为OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组和传统临床教师带教组,每组30名。传统临床教师带教组采用传统的实习教学模式,OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组给予OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式。比较2组的随堂测试成绩和出科考试成绩、实习生满意度。结果OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组的随堂测试成绩为(96.2±5.8)分,高于传统临床教师带教组的(92.3±4.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组的出科考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。30名实习生对心外科OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式的满意度较高,认为该模式能提高自己的自学能力、学习兴趣,对掌握教学内容有帮助,能满足教学需求、提高自我能力,且没有实习生对该教学模式持不满意及一般态度。结论OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式能增强实习生获取知识的能力和临床实习技能,临床实习生满意度较高。展开更多
