In order to meet the requirement of network synthesis optimization design for a micro component, a three-level information frame and functional module based on web was proposed. Firstly, the finite element method (FEM) was used to analyze the dynamic property of coupled-energy-domain of virtual prototype instances and to obtain some optimal information data. Secondly, the rough set theory (RST) and the genetic algorithm (GA) were used to work out the reduction of attributes and the acquisition of principle of optimality and to confirm key variable and restriction condition in the synthesis optimization design. Finally, the regression analysis (RA) and GA were used to establish the synthesis optimization design model and carry on the optimization design. A corresponding prototype system was also developed and the synthesis optimization design of a thermal actuated micro-pump was carded out as a demonstration in this paper. 展开更多

Alkaline microcrystalline cellulose (AMC) was used as adsorption agent in deacidification in this paper. Changes of isothermal adsorption of free fatty acids (FFA) and micro-components (α-tocopherol and β-sitosterol) in rapeseed oil on AMC were investigated. The results showed that difference in initial micro-component contents would not change adsorption characteristics of AMC to FFA. Adsorption characteristics were always as the following: Langmuir equation was more suitable to static adsorption process of AMC to FFA than Freundlich equation; moderate temperature (30-40oC) was advantageous to adsorption; adsorption was a preferential one. The highest retention rate of α-tocopherol and β-sitosterol during absorptive deacidification by AMC were 99.5% and 91.5% respectively. Therefore, AMC was suitable for adsorption deacidification application of rapeseed oil. 展开更多

By the organic geochemical analysis meth... The Early Cretaceous deposits are composed of important source rocks in Boli Basin. The types of the source rocks include black mudstones and coal (with carbonaceous mudstone). By the organic geochemical analysis methods, the authors discussed the organic petrological characters, abundance of organic matter, degree of maturity and the type of source rocks. The main micro-component of black mudstone is exinite or vitrinite, and the content of vitrinite is high in coal. The weathering of the outcrop is very serious. The abundance of organic matter in source rock reaches the poor to better rank. The major kerogens in mudstone are type-Ⅲ, type-Ⅱ 2 and some type-Ⅱ 1; the organic type of coal is type-Ⅲ. The thermal evolution of the source rocks in every structural unit is very different, from low-maturity to over-maturity. The depositional environment is reductive, which is good for the preservation of organic matter. The organic matter in source rocks is mainly from aquatic organisms and terrigenous input. 展开更多
