Objective:To explore the effect of the Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin(XFHM)for treating cutaneous infections and promoting wound healing in patients with perianal abscesses.Methods:Sixty-one patients with perianal abscesses w...Objective:To explore the effect of the Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin(XFHM)for treating cutaneous infections and promoting wound healing in patients with perianal abscesses.Methods:Sixty-one patients with perianal abscesses who were admitted to our hospital(Xinghua City People’s Hospital)from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,a control group(30 cases)and a study group(31 cases).Both groups received surgical treatment.The control group received conventional treatment and warm water fumigation,sitz bath,and surgical dressing change after surgery,while the research group received XFHM based on the control group.XFHM was taken orally and replaced with warm water for fumigation and sitz bathing.Both groups received treatment for 4 weeks but discontinued sitz bathing after 2 weeks.Various clinical indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate and wound recovery rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group.There were differences in the wound pain scores,surrounding tissue edema,and wound secretions at different time points.Both groups experienced wound pain.The scores of wound pain,surrounding tissue edema,and wound secretions of the study group were lower than those of the control group,7 and 14 days after surgery.The serum interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels,and pH values of the study group were lower than those of the control group 10 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of XFHM for treating cutaneous infections and promoting wound healing in patients with perianal abscesses improved the treatment outcome,alleviated clinical symptoms,and promoted healing.展开更多

Ti Ren體認is a commonly used and very important notion in traditional Chinese philosophy and intellectual history,nevertheless with its connotation unclear in the ancients’discourses.This text tries to analyze the me...Ti Ren體認is a commonly used and very important notion in traditional Chinese philosophy and intellectual history,nevertheless with its connotation unclear in the ancients’discourses.This text tries to analyze the method and process of this notion via the perspective of Neo-Confucianism in Song Dynasty.The basic hypothesis of this research is that Ti Ren is the basis of the cultivation theory that helps confucians improve their moral integrity.Under such assumption,this text proposes the core connotation of Ti Ren in Neo-Confucianism lies in personal grasp of the heavenly principle.Based on this,from Zhou Dunyi to Shao Yong,Zhang Zai and the Cheng brothers,this kind of grasp gradually developed into a clear clue from appreciation of objects to that of inner mind,and then epitomized by Zhu Xi.Zhu Xi’s Ti Ren consists of two approaches,extroversive and introversive,and built a way of self-cultivating to be the saint from methods like investigation of things and reading books to the realization of grasping saints’minds.The end of the road is the aesthetic world of eagles soaring in the sky and fishes diving in water,the great pleasure,and on passage,it is overflowing with both physical and spiritual feelings,so that we know Ti Ren possesses aesthetic meanings.Further,based on the differentiation and analysis of the connotation of this concept,this text preliminarily compares Zhu Xi’s Ti Ren with Gadamer’s“Erlebnis”,promoting the possibility of dialogue between east and west philosophy.展开更多
In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,with the development of politics,economy and culture,the development of health maintenance of traditional Chinese medicine entered a heyday.Food therapy is an important part of the healt...In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,with the development of politics,economy and culture,the development of health maintenance of traditional Chinese medicine entered a heyday.Food therapy is an important part of the health theory of traditional Chinese medicine.In the 5,000 years of Chinese civilization,you can see the record of food therapy everywhere.It can be said that food therapy of traditional Chinese medicine develops together with traditional Chinese medicine.As a treasure in the treasure-house of Chinese medicine,food therapy has a long history and rich practice.Based on the current research,further research on relevant theories remains to be carried out.Focusing on the historical period of Ming and Qing dynasties,this paper takes the works related to food,nutrition and therapy(including general works and monographs on diet),the health thoughts and practice characteristics of representative health practitioners as the research perspective,and sorts out the above research contents in the past 20 years,analyzes the research overview and trend.It is found that in the study of food nourishing in Ming and Qing dynasties,there are few studies on the contents of diet nourishing in the general works.This suggests that when we study the development of diet nourishing in Ming and Qing Dynasties,we should not only study the monograph of diet nourishing and the thoughts of doctors,but also pay attention to the diet nourishing thought reflected in the general works.The study of diet monographs in Ming Dynasty mainly focused on the textual research of wild plants,and the study of diet monographs in Qing Dynasty mainly focused on the application.The study on the health care thought of doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties mainly focused on the views of food nourishing and personal health care.These studies are summarized in order to provide reference for further theoretical research and provide reference for contemporary research on food nourishing diet.展开更多
