In order to meet this demand, universities have placed greater emphasis on the quality and level of teaching in the courses of tourism English. This paper proposes a dynamic evaluation model for tourism English courses, based on the principles of dynamic assessment theory, such as process-orientation, evaluation-teaching integration, and multiple interactions. Taking the course of Beijing World Cultural Heritage as an example, the model is instantiated to demonstrate the feasibility of applying dynamic assessment theory to tourism English courses and this model helps to provide a reference for the evaluation methods of English courses. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: Ensuring about the patient's safety is the f irst vital step in improving the quality of care and the emergency ward is known as a high-risk area in treatment health care. The present study was conducted to evaluate the selected risk processes of emergency surgery department of a treatment-educational Qaem center in Mashhad by using analysis method of the conditions and failure effects in health care.METHODS: In this study, in combination(qualitative action research and quantitative crosssectional), failure modes and effects of 5 high-risk procedures of the emergency surgery department were identified and analyzed according to Healthcare Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(HFMEA). To classify the failure modes from the "nursing errors in clinical management model(NECM)", the classification of the effective causes of error from "Eindhoven model" and determination of the strategies to improve from the "theory of solving problem by an inventive method" were used. To analyze the quantitative data of descriptive statistics(total points) and to analyze the qualitative data, content analysis and agreement of comments of the members were used.RESULTS: In 5 selected processes by "voting method using rating", 23 steps, 61 sub-processes and 217 potential failure modes were identifi ed by HFMEA. 25(11.5%) failure modes as the high risk errors were detected and transferred to the decision tree. The most and the least failure modes were placed in the categories of care errors(54.7%) and knowledge and skill(9.5%), respectively. Also, 29.4% of preventive measures were in the category of human resource management strategy.CONCLUSION: "Revision and re-engineering of processes", "continuous monitoring of the works", "preparation and revision of operating procedures and policies", "developing the criteria for evaluating the performance of the personnel", "designing a suitable educational content for needs of employee", "training patients", "reducing the workload and power shortage", "improving team communication" and "preventive management of equipment's" were on the agenda as the guidelines. 展开更多

As a key component in rotating machinery, the operating reliability of bearing influences the performance and service life of the equipment directly. In order to describe bearing performance degradation(BPD) process effectively, an assessment approach combining extension and ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD) was proposed. First, the extension was utilized to construct the matter-element of bearing operating state, and the energy moment of intrinsic mode functions(IMFs) was used as characteristic parameter of the matter-element. Then, to determine classical domains of characteristic parameters, the mathematical statistics method was adopted. Finally, the BPD was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively according to the comprehensive correlation degree of bearing current operating state related to its healthy state. The analytic results of bearing test-rig show that the proposed method indicates the incipient fault approximately occurring in the 81 st hour, and the method also quantitatively presents the degree of BPD. By contrast, the BPD assessment based on time-domain features extraction method could not achieve the above two results effectively. 展开更多

The axial piston pump usually works under variable speed conditions.It is important to evaluate the health status of the axial piston pump under the variable speed condition.Aiming at the characteristic signals obtained under different wear levels of the port plate,a feature signal extraction method under variable speed conditions is proposed.Firstly,the combination of complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(CEEMDAN)energy spectrum and fast spectral kurtosis principle is used to accurately extract the intrinsic mode function(IMF)component containing the sensitive information of the degraded feature.Then,the aspect ratio analysis method of the angle domain variational mode decomposition(VMD)is used to process the feature index containing the sensitive information of the degraded feature.In order to evaluate the health status of the axial piston pump under variable speed,the vibration reliability analysis method for axial piston pump based on Weibull proportional failure rate model is proposed.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately evaluate the health status of the axial piston pump. 展开更多

Over time, the performance of processes may deviate from the initial design due to process variations anduncertainties, making it necessary to develop systematic methods for online optimality assessment basedon routine operating process data. Some processes have multiple operating modes caused by the set pointchange of the critical process variables to achieve different product specifications. On the other hand, theoperating region in each operating mode can alter, due to uncertainties. In this paper, we will establish anoptimality assessment framework for processes that typically have multi-mode, multi-region operations,as well as transitions between different modes. The kernel density approach for mode detection is adopt-ed and improved for operating mode detection. For online mode detection, the model-based clusteringdiscriminant analysis (MclustDA) approach is incorporated with some a priori knowledge of the system. Inaddition, multi-modal behavior of steady-state modes is tackled utilizing the mixture probabilistic principalcomponent regression (MPPCR) method, and dynamic principal component regression (DPCR) is used toinvestigate transitions between different modes. Moreover, a probabilistic causality detection method basedon the sequential forward floating search (SFFS) method is introduced for diagnosing poor or non-optimumbehavior. Finally, the proposed method is tested on the Tennessee Eastman (TE) benchmark simulation pro-cess in order to evaluate its performance. 展开更多

In this paper damage assessment based on guided elastic wave propagation phenomenon is presented.Guided waves are generated by piezoelectric transducer and registered by scanning laser doppler vibrometer(SLDV).Signal processing is based on the analysis of full wavefield measurements gathered from dense mesh of measurement points spanned over area of investigated samples.Full wavefield measurement approach allows creation of animations presenting the guided wave propagation in the structure.Moreover such approach is suitable for analysis of interaction of guided waves with discontinuities located in structure.In the research attention is paid especially on analysis of phenomenon of S0/A0′guided wave mode conversion due to interaction with investigated discontinuities-teflon inserts and impact damage.The presented work is related to glass fibre reinforced polymer(GFRP)samples.In the research,auxiliary non-destructive testing(NDT)method is also utilized.The aim of this method is to indicate the depth of discontinuity,and to prove that delamination was created in the case of impact damage.Auxiliary method is based on terahertz spectroscopy(THz)where the analysis of propagation of electromagnetic waves in the terahertz band is conducted.THz spectroscopy method can be utilized for damage assessment in the dielectric materials like GFRP. 展开更多

If one considers the number of language learners that are worldwide,the number of classroom-based language assessments(CBLAs)that are given each year,and the number of decisions that are made on the basis of these,it is obvious that in terms of sheer numbers,more students are affected by CBLAs per year than by those based on large-scale language assessments.Because of this,it is essential that classroom teachers have the knowledge,skills,and tools to enable them to develop and use CBLAs that they can justify to stakeholders,e.g.,students,parents,and school authorities.In this paper we describe the approach to CBLAs that we have developed.First,we discuss the role of assessment in teaching and learning,the kinds of decisions that classroom teachers need to make,and the different modes of CBLAs.We then describe the process of using CBLAs to help teachers make decisions that will have beneficial consequences.Next,we discuss fairness and accountability in assessment and the process of assessment justification,including an assessment use argument.Finally,we discuss the process of developing CBLAs,using an example of a classroom-based language assessment to illustrate this. 展开更多

In this model, the proper membership function is adopted to describe the influence of lightning, wind speed, line ice and temperature, and the outage rate of overhead line, derived from historical statistics, is amended. Based on this model, the power supply risk analysis software is developed to calculate the online risk indicators of district grid, and provide real-time decision support information based on risk theory for scheduling operations personnel. 展开更多

为解决传统动车组镍镉蓄电池的返修方法导致部分蓄电池在触发返修条件前已性能劣化,同时大量已达返修标准的蓄电池性能并未过度衰退的问题,设计单体镍镉蓄电池全寿命加速老化实验并获取相关实验数据。首先,采用集成经验模态方法建立单... 为解决传统动车组镍镉蓄电池的返修方法导致部分蓄电池在触发返修条件前已性能劣化,同时大量已达返修标准的蓄电池性能并未过度衰退的问题,设计单体镍镉蓄电池全寿命加速老化实验并获取相关实验数据。首先,采用集成经验模态方法建立单体电池全寿命健康状态类别划分模型,然后运用离散小波变换消除放电电压平台数据的奇异值,进而利用极限学习机算法预测蓄电池寿命状态,最终实现对蓄电池全生命周期寿命的准确预测与健康状态评估功能。实验结果表明:相较于传统的蓄电池寿命阈值分类方法,运用集成经验模态建立的健康状态类别划分模型能有效避免蓄电池寿命末端出现误警情况。作为融合算法模型输入的放电电压平台数据易获取,基于离散小波变换的数据预处理方法可提升算法准确率近3%,最终可达到96%~98%。此外,相对于传统的神经网络模型,融合算法模型不涉及迭代,因而能兼顾算法的预测精度与计算效能。蓄电池识别健康状态的F1值为0.976 3,识别老化阶段的F1值为0.950 9,识别故障阶段的F1值为0.939 394。相较于传统的依据动车组运营里程和使用年限进而决定蓄电池是否返修的方法,融合算法模型提供了显著的评判标准,能判别蓄电池是否应该返修,并有效地识别蓄电池的健康状态,降低了动车组的运营成本,保障动车组运营安全,为电池寿命评判和检修策略的优化提供参考。 展开更多

目的 探究基于角色合作的以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学法在心内科护理实习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年7月-11月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院心内科实习的31名心内科护理本科学生为对照组,2022年12月-2023年4... 目的 探究基于角色合作的以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学法在心内科护理实习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年7月-11月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院心内科实习的31名心内科护理本科学生为对照组,2022年12月-2023年4月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院心内科实习的31名心内科护理本科学生为试验组。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用基于角色合作的TBL教学法。教学活动结束后,对2组学生的带教效果、管床效果、教学满意度进行对比分析。结果 试验组平均理论成绩为(95.94±2.08)分,操作成绩为(96.13±1.36)分、护理质量评分(95.71±1.72)分,对照组分别为(91.00±2.70)分、(90.03±3.09)分、(90.39±2.39)分,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。在出科考核中,试验组护理缺陷发生率为0,低于对照组的9.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意度为100%,高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在学生的教学评价中,试验组的教学态度、教学形式、教学氛围、教学形式方面观察指标数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 基于角色合作的TBL教学法可以提高学生的理论成绩、操作成绩及护理质量评分,降低护理缺陷发生率,提升学生教学评价满意度。 展开更多

目的系统评价失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)管理模式在医院感染防控中的应用效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中FMEA管理模式... 目的系统评价失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)管理模式在医院感染防控中的应用效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中FMEA管理模式在医院感染防控中应用的相关文献,由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并进行交叉核对,采用ROB工具对纳入的随机对照研究进行风险及质量评价,采用NOS量表对纳入的队列研究进行评分,应用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入22项研究,42815例患者,其中FMEA管理模式组21784例,对照组21031例。Meta分析结果显示,FMEA管理模式组医院感染发病率低于对照组[OR=0.31,95%CI(0.24,0.40)];与常规管理模式相比,FMEA管理模式组表浅手术切口感染发病率[OR=0.53,95%CI(0.36,0.78)]、呼吸系统感染发病率[OR=0.44,95%CI(0.35,0.56)]、泌尿系统感染发病率[OR=0.45,95%CI(0.38,0.53)]及血液系统感染发病率[OR=0.29,95%CI(0.18,0.45)]更低(均P<0.01)。结论FMEA管理模式在医院感染防控中的应用,能够降低医院感染发病率,应在医院管理中积极推广应用。 展开更多

目的:探讨基于多学科协作的医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)在降低医院感染率方面的应用效果。方法:对2022年1月至12月中山大学附属第三医院院感数据进行回顾性分析,运用HFMEA模式进行风险评估,针对高风险环节制定预防措施和整改方案,并... 目的:探讨基于多学科协作的医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)在降低医院感染率方面的应用效果。方法:对2022年1月至12月中山大学附属第三医院院感数据进行回顾性分析,运用HFMEA模式进行风险评估,针对高风险环节制定预防措施和整改方案,并在2023年1月至12月实施改进措施。2023年12月再进行风险评估,分析应用多学科协作的HFMEA后,医院感染的控制效果。结果:与2022年相比,2023年应用多学科协作的HFMEA后,医院感染发生率、多重耐药菌(MDRO)感染发生率和呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率均无显著差异(P值分别为0.650、0.653和0.219),抗菌药物病原学送检率、导尿管相关性尿路感染(CAUTI)发生率、中心静脉导管相关性血流感染(CLABSI)发生率、手卫生依从率和手卫生正确率均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:基于多学科协作的HFMEA应用在医院感染管理中,可显著提高抗菌药物病原学送检率,显著降低CAUTI和CLABSI发生率,大幅提升手卫生依从率和正确率。 展开更多
