丝裂霉素在表面活性剂双水相中的分配规律

The distribution of mitomycin(MIT) for injection in aqueous surfactant two phases(ASTP), consisted of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) and sodium oleate(SO) has been studied by spectrophotometry. The results show that for ASTP system with a certain ratio of CTAB to SO the volume of the upper phase decreased and that of the lower phase increased with increase of MIT added, while the distribution ratio K d and single extraction yield Y of MIT in two phases remained approximately constant.

抗癌药物引起胃癌细胞系BGC-823凋亡的作用观察

目的 观察多种抗癌药物对体外培养胃癌细胞系 BGC- 82 3的作用及引起凋亡的机制。方法 选用丝裂霉素 (MMC)、卡铂、5 - Fu、卡铂 +5 - Fu,作用于呈指数生长的 BGC- 82 3胃癌细胞系细胞 ,在作用 2 4,48h时 ,分别观察细胞的凋亡情况 ,利用镜下细胞计数方法 ,计数细胞凋亡的百分数 ;并分别留取正常培养 12 ,2 4h,抗癌药物作用 2 4,48h的培养液上清 ,测定癌胚抗原 (CEA)的含量。结果 选用 5 - Fu、MMC、卡铂 3种药物作用于体外培养胃癌细胞系 MGC- 82 3细胞 ,其引起凋亡的结果有较大的差异 :5 - Fu在 48h后仅产生 5 %的细胞凋亡 ;作用 2 4h MMC引起的凋亡数为 5 0 % ,卡铂为2 5 % ,卡铂 +5 - Fu为 30 % ;作用 48h后 MMC引起的凋亡数为 98% ,卡铂为 80 %～ 85 % ,卡铂 +5 - Fu为 85 %～ 90 %。CEA测定结果 :作用前后无明显变化。结论 5 - Fu对体外培养胃癌细胞系 BGC- 82 3的作用不明显 ;MMC、卡铂对胃癌细胞系BGC- 82 3的作用强大 ,特别体现在作用 48h后 ;卡铂与 5 - Fu的协同作用不明显 ;3种抗癌药物对胃癌细胞系 BGC- 82 3产生 CEA的抑制作用不明显。
