利用MoS_(2)高的理论储锂容量和石墨烯良好的导电性能,采用一步水热法成功制备出卷曲片层状的MoS_(2)/RGO复合材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、Raman光谱等手段对其进行了结构、形貌、和成分的表征,并... 利用MoS_(2)高的理论储锂容量和石墨烯良好的导电性能,采用一步水热法成功制备出卷曲片层状的MoS_(2)/RGO复合材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、Raman光谱等手段对其进行了结构、形貌、和成分的表征,并通过第一性原理计算了MoS_(2)和MoS_(2)/RGO模型的最稳定锂离子吸附位置、电荷密度、差分电荷密度、态密度和扩散能垒。实验结果表明,MoS_(2)/RGO复合材料在前70次充放电循环中,保持着800 mAh/g以上的高放电比容量,经过100次循环后,放电比容量为515.3 mAh/g,明显高于单一MoS_(2)(170.8 mAh/g),同时,该复合材料具有优于单一MoS_(2)的倍率性能,经过1000 mA/g的大电流密度循环后重新回到100 mA/g时,MoS_(2)/RGO复合材料仍保持在高的放电比容量(941.2 mAh/g)。第一性原理计算结果表明,在石墨烯的作用下,MoS_(2)层的Mo原子附近的电荷呈减少趋势,MoS_(2)/RGO整体态密度增强,使价带中的电子更容易跃迁到导带,同时,MoS_(2)/RGO较单一MoS_(2)低的扩散能垒(0.25 eV)使锂离子更容易扩散,这解释了在石墨烯的作用下,MoS_(2)/RGO复合材料拥有优于单一MoS_(2)的电化学性能。 展开更多

采用水热法制备g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/RGO三元复合材料,并将其应用于果糖脱水制备5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)。利用SEM、TEM、XRD、FTIR、BET等检测手段对g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/RGO三元复合材料的形貌、晶型、基团和比表面积进行了表征,同时... 采用水热法制备g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/RGO三元复合材料,并将其应用于果糖脱水制备5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)。利用SEM、TEM、XRD、FTIR、BET等检测手段对g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/RGO三元复合材料的形貌、晶型、基团和比表面积进行了表征,同时研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及溶剂种类对果糖转化率、5-HMF的收率和选择性的影响,此外,还考察了催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/RGO三元复合材料具有三维立体网状结构,比表面积达到了31.4782 m^(2)/g,对果糖脱水反应具有良好的催化活性;在果糖质量为5.0 g、二甲基亚砜用量15 mL、g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/RGO用量1.0 g、反应时间3 h、反应温度150℃的条件下,果糖的转化率为98.5%,5-HMF的收率为69.7%,选择性为70.8%;5次循环使用后,5-HMF的收率仍能达到58.8%,表明g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/RGO三元复合材料的催化稳定性良好。 展开更多

In order to improve dry sliding wear resistance of pure aluminum against steel, aluminum-based composites reinforced with different contents of SiC,MoS2 and SiC/MoS2 particles were synthesized by press and sintering of the corresponding powder mixtures. The microstructural evaluations showed a dense microstructure which were in good agreement with the result of density and hardness measurements. The results of pin on disk wear tests performed against an AISI 52100 steel pin at a constant load and sliding velocity showed that there was a critical content for both types of the reinforcements at which the lowest wear rate was obtained, i.e. 10 vol.% and 2 vol.%, respectively,for Al/SiC and Al/MoS2 composites. However,the lowest wear rate and friction of coefficient were attained for Al/10 SiC/2 MoS2 hybrid composite. According to the scanning electron microscope observations, the predominant wear mechanism was changed from adhesion to abrasion mostly whenMoS2 particles were incorporated in the pure aluminum. Mild delamination was identified as the main wear mechanism for Al/SiC and Al/SiC/MoS2 composites. The frictional traces and worn surfaces of Al/SiC/MoS2 composites approached to those of Al/SiC composites,indicating the dominant role of SiC particles in tribological behavior of the hybrid composites. 展开更多

Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)was loaded on biocarbon using waste camellia dregs(CDs)as the carbon source,which was further coated with dopamine hydrochloride to construct biocarbon/MoS2 electrode composites.The electrochemical lithium storage performance of the composites with different MoS2 contents was investigated.SEM results demonstrated that the composite had a three-dimensional foam-like structure with MoS2 as the interlayer.XRD and HRTEM tests revealed that MoS2 interlayer spacing in the composite was expanded.XPS analysis showed that new Mo—N bonds were formed in the active material.The electrochemical tests showed that the composite with a MoS2 content of 63%had a high initial specific capacity of 1434 mA·h/g at a current density of 100 mA/g.After a long cycle at a high current,it also showed good cycling stability and the capacity retention was nearly 100%.In addition,it had good lithium ion deintercalation ability in the electrochemical kinetics test. 展开更多

The(Cu−10Sn)−Ni−MoS2 composites,prepared by powder metallurgy,were studied for the effects of Ni-coated MoS2 on the microstructure,mechanical properties and lubricating properties.The mechanism of effects of Ni and MoS2 on the properties of composites was analyzed through a comparative experiment by adding Ni and MoS2 separately.The results show that the nickel wrapping around the MoS2 particles decreases the reaction rate of MoS2 with the copper matrix,and greatly improves the bonding of the matrix.The composites with 12 wt.%Ni-coated MoS2(C12)show the optimum performance including the mechanical properties and tribological behaviors.Under oil lubrication conditions,the friction coefficient is 0.0075 with a pressure of 8 MPa and a linear velocity of 0.25 m/s.The average dry friction coefficient,sliding against 40Cr steel disc,is measured to be 0.1769 when the linear velocity and pressure are 0.25 m/s and 4 MPa,respectively. 展开更多

An adequate hardness of MoS2/Cu composites has not been achieved if these materials are applied under the extreme wear conditions. Therefore, Me-reinforced MoS2/Cu composites were prepared by powder metallurgy (P/M) methods. The electrical sliding wear properties in the absence or presence of Mereinforced MoS2/Cu composites were tested by HST-100 high speed electric-tribometer. The hardness, electrical conductivity, density, and microstmcture of MoS2/Cu composites were observed. Me-reinforcement MoS2/Cu composites are of good electrical conductivity, while the hardness of Mo-reinforcedment MoS2/Cu composites is about 33.3% higher than that of MoS2/Cu composites. With the addition of Me, composites show better wear properties under high speed and large electric current due to the improvement of hardness. The effects of current intensity and sliding velocity on the wear properties of the tested materials are complicated, and the wear mechanisms of MoS2/Cu composites are mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear with arc erosion. 展开更多

MoS_2 has attracted attention as a promising hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) catalyst and a supercapacitor electrode material. However, its catalytic activity and capacitive performance are still hindered by its aggregation and poor intrinsic conductivity. Here, hollow rGO sphere-supported ultrathin MoS_2 nanosheet arrays(hrGO@MoS_2) are constructed via a dual-template approach and employed as bifunctional HER catalyst and supercapacitor electrode material. Because of the expanded interlayer spacing in MoS_2 nanosheets and more exposed electroactive S–Mo–S edges, the constructed h-rGO@MoS_2 architectures exhibit enhanced HER performance. Furthermore, benefiting from the synergistic effect of the improved conductivity and boosted specific surface areas(144.9 m^2 g^(-1), ca. 4.6-times that of pristine MoS_2), the h-rGO@MoS_2 architecture shows a high specific capacitance(238 F g^(-1) at a current density of 0.5 A g^(-1)), excellent rate capacitance, and remarkable cycle stability. Our synthesis method may be extended to construct other vertically aligned hollow architectures,which may serve both as efficient HER catalysts and supercapacitor electrodes. 展开更多

The influence of MoS2 on the tribology characteristic parameter of Ni60A/MoS2 composite lubricating coating was researched on the UMT-2 fretting abrasion tester (USA) The result shows that with increasing content of MoS2, the hardness curve of the composite coating decreases and the trend accelerates. Under the same experimental conditions, the mass loss of plasma spray composite coating without adding MoS2 iS 1.27×10^-2 mg. When the amount of MoS2 reaches 35%, the mass loss is 0.96×10^-2 mg. It can be seen that adding MoS2 phase can improve the wear resistance, the amplitude of which is close to 30%. The friction coefficient of plasma spray composite coating without adding MoS2 is 0.23. Adding MoSz could decrease the friction coefficient of the coating and presents a downtrend. When the mass fraction is 35%, the friction coefficient is the smallest (0.13), and the range is doubled. 展开更多

MoS2/Zr composite films were deposited on the cemented carbide YT14 (WC+14%TiC+6%Co) by medium-frequency magnetron sputtered and coupled with multi-arc ion plated techniques.The influence of negative bias voltage on the composite film properties,including adhesion strength,micro-hardness,thickness and tribological properties were investigated.The results showed that proper negative bias voltage could significantly improve the mechanical and tribological properties of composite films.The effects of negative bias voltage on film properties were also put forward.The optimal negative bias voltage was -200 V under this experiment conditions.The obtained composite films were dense,the adhesion strength was about 60 N,the thickness was about 2.4 μm,and the micro-hardness was about 9.0 GPa.The friction coefficient and wear rate was 0.12 and 2.1×10-7 cm3/N·m respectively after 60 m sliding operation against hardened steel under a load of 20 N and a sliding speed of 200 rev·min-1. 展开更多

Compared with ordinary graphite anode,SnO_(2) possesses higher theoretical specifc capacity,rich raw materials and low price.While the severe volume expansion of SnO_(2) during lithium-ion extraction/intercalation limits its further application.To solve this problem,in this work the reduced graphene oxide(rGO)was introduced as volume bufer matrix of SnO_(2).Herein,SnO_(2)/rGO composite is obtained through one-step hydrothermal method.Three-dimensional structure of rGO could efectively hinder the polymerization of SnO_(2) nanoparticles and provide more lithium storage sites attributed to high specifc surface area and density defects.The initial discharge capacity of the composite cathode is 959 mA·h·g^(-1) and the capacity remained at 300 mA·h·g^(-1) after 1000 cycles at 1 C.It proved that the rGO added in the anode has a capacity contribution to the lithium-ion battery.It changes the capacity contribution mechanism from difusion process dominance to surface driven capacitive contribution.Due to the addition of rGO,the anode material gains stable structure and great conductivity. 展开更多

MoS2/γ-Al2O3 ceramic composite membrane is successfully synthesized by the sol-gel method based on the inorganic salt route. The aluminum hydrate sol derived from the inorganic salt Al(NO3)3, whose transparence and viscosity are 97% and 1.2 × 10-3 Pa. s, respectively, can be formed through adjusting the ratio of the peptizing agent H+ to Al3+ to 0.3. The aluminum hydrate gel at 110℃ is amorphous in structure and is heat-treated in air at 800℃ to form γ-Al2O3. The precursor derived from the mixture solution of ammonium molybdate, thioacetamide and a reducing agent, can be transformed into crystal MoS2 under reducing condition at 800℃. MoS2/γ-Al2O3 composite membrane is an organic whole and bps no gradation from MoS2 layer to γ-Al2O3 Iayer. The separation factor a H2/H2S through the MoS2/γ-Al2O3 composite membrane increase with rising temperature and a H2/H2S at 600℃ is 4.45 higher than the theoretical separation factor produced by the ideal Knudsen diffusion. 展开更多

采用两步水热法制备NiCo_(2)O_(4)/RGO复合材料,并对其电化学性能进行研究.研究结果表明,当电流密度为1 A/g时,NiCo_(2)O_(4)/RGO复合材料的比电容高达2332.40 F/g,约是NiCo_(2)O_(4)材料的3倍,当电流密度增加至10 A/g时,其比电容还能... 采用两步水热法制备NiCo_(2)O_(4)/RGO复合材料,并对其电化学性能进行研究.研究结果表明,当电流密度为1 A/g时,NiCo_(2)O_(4)/RGO复合材料的比电容高达2332.40 F/g,约是NiCo_(2)O_(4)材料的3倍,当电流密度增加至10 A/g时,其比电容还能保持为1127.22 F/g,表现出优异的倍率性能.这归因于复合材料特殊的多孔蓬松结构,有效增加了材料的比表面积,NiCo_(2)O_(4)的比表面积为56.4880 cm^(2)/g,而NiCo_(2)O_(4)/RGO复合材料的比表面积高达188.6042 cm^(2)/g,能够提供更多的反应活性位点,同时RGO能够有效提高材料的导电性,两者之间的协同作用使得电化学性能大幅提升. 展开更多

以二维层状还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)为载体,采用液相原位还原法制备了二维层状RGO/Cu_(2)O复合材料。结合X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱和能谱等表征手段,对RGO/Cu_(2)O复合材料晶体结构、形貌分析、元素组成进行表征,并在可见光... 以二维层状还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)为载体,采用液相原位还原法制备了二维层状RGO/Cu_(2)O复合材料。结合X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱和能谱等表征手段,对RGO/Cu_(2)O复合材料晶体结构、形貌分析、元素组成进行表征,并在可见光下对甲基橙进行光催化降解反应。结果表明:通过Hummers法制备出的氧化石墨烯(GO),因其具有比表面积大的优势,为Cu_(2)O负载提供了更多的活性位点。在可见光照射下,GO∶Cu为0.75∶1(摩尔比)时,合成出的RGO/Cu_(2)O复合光催化剂对甲基橙表现出最优的光催化性能,对MO的降解达到93.4%,5次循环降解实验后仍具有良好的光催化活性,明显高于纯Cu_(2)O;自由基捕获实验证明具有强氧化性的·OH和·O^(2-)活性基团为主要活性物质。复合结构可有效地抑制Cu_(2)O光生电子-空穴的复合,提升载流电子的分离与传输速率,为光催化降解有机污染物的工作研究提供了新的思路。 展开更多

通过还原法制备了Cu_(2)O/还原氧化石墨烯(Cu_(2)O/rGO)复合材料,采用SEM、FTIR、EDS、XRD、XPS、氮气吸附-脱附、循环伏安曲线对其结构和氧还原性能进行了表征和测试。将Cu_(2)O/rGO复合材料负载于碳布制得了Cu_(2)O/rGO阴极,以硝酸盐... 通过还原法制备了Cu_(2)O/还原氧化石墨烯(Cu_(2)O/rGO)复合材料,采用SEM、FTIR、EDS、XRD、XPS、氮气吸附-脱附、循环伏安曲线对其结构和氧还原性能进行了表征和测试。将Cu_(2)O/rGO复合材料负载于碳布制得了Cu_(2)O/rGO阴极,以硝酸盐作为模型污染物,将其作为微生物燃料电池(MFC)的阴极,探究其对MFC产电脱氮性能和微生物菌落结构的影响。结果表明,Cu_(2)O/rGO复合材料具有大量的介孔结构和良好的氧还原可逆性。与Pt/C阴极相比,Cu_(2)O/rGO阴极的交换电流密度升高了47.77%,电荷转移阻抗降低了65.53%。Cu_(2)O/rGO-MFC在处理NO_(3)^(–)-N废水时平均最大输出电压为662.54 m V、最大功率密度为26.27 m W/cm^(2)、平均库仑效率为32.02%、NO_(3)^(–)-N去除速率为83.33 mg/(L·h),均高于Pt/C-MFC[485.33 m V、16.98 m W/cm^(2)、7.38%、41.67 mg/(L·h)]。Cu_(2)O/rGO-MFC阴极生物膜中反硝化关键酶活性和胞外聚合物含量增加,同时,功能性微生物Betaproteobacteria和Alphaproteobacteria纲的丰度分别较Pt/C-MFC增加了35.66%和36.96%。 展开更多

Sb-based materials have been considered one of the most promising anode electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries,whereas they were commonly synthesized through time-consuming and costly processes.Here,Sb@Sb2O3/reduced graphene oxide(Sb@Sb2O3/rGO)composite was successfully synthesized by a facile one-pot chemical method at ambient temperature.Based on the XRD and TGA analysis,the mass fractions of Sb and Sb2O3 in the Sb@Sb2O3/rGO composite are ca.34.05%and 26.6%,respectively.When used as an alternative electrode for lithium ion batteries,a high reversible capacity of 790.9 mA·h/g could be delivered after 200 cycles with the capacity retention of 93.8%at a current density of 200 mA/g.And a capacity of 260 mA·h/g could be maintained even at 2000 mA/g.These excellent electrochemical properties can be attributed to its well-constructed nanostructure.The Sb and Sb2O3 particles with size of 10 nm were tightly anchored on rGO sheets through electronic coupling,which could not only alleviate the stress induced by the volume expansion,suppress the aggregation of Sb and Sb2O3 particles,but also improve the electron transfer ability during cycling. 展开更多
