BACKGROUND Diabetic intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)is a serious complication of diabetes.The role and mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell(BMSC)-derived exosomes(BMSC-exo)in neuroinflammation post-ICH in patie...BACKGROUND Diabetic intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)is a serious complication of diabetes.The role and mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell(BMSC)-derived exosomes(BMSC-exo)in neuroinflammation post-ICH in patients with diabetes are unknown.In this study,we investigated the regulation of BMSC-exo on hyperglycemia-induced neuroinflammation.AIM To study the mechanism of BMSC-exo on nerve function damage after diabetes complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.METHODS BMSC-exo were isolated from mouse BMSC media.This was followed by transfection with microRNA-129-5p(miR-129-5p).BMSC-exo or miR-129-5poverexpressing BMSC-exo were intravitreally injected into a diabetes mouse model with ICH for in vivo analyses and were cocultured with high glucoseaffected BV2 cells for in vitro analyses.The dual luciferase test and RNA immunoprecipitation test verified the targeted binding relationship between miR-129-5p and high-mobility group box 1(HMGB1).Quantitative polymerase chain reaction,western blotting,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were conducted to assess the levels of some inflammation factors,such as HMGB1,interleukin 6,interleukin 1β,toll-like receptor 4,and tumor necrosis factorα.Brain water content,neural function deficit score,and Evans blue were used to measure the neural function of mice.RESULTS Our findings indicated that BMSC-exo can promote neuroinflammation and functional recovery.MicroRNA chip analysis of BMSC-exo identified miR-129-5p as the specific microRNA with a protective role in neuroinflammation.Overexpression of miR-129-5p in BMSC-exo reduced the inflammatory response and neurological impairment in comorbid diabetes and ICH cases.Furthermore,we found that miR-129-5p had a targeted binding relationship with HMGB1 mRNA.CONCLUSION We demonstrated that BMSC-exo can reduce the inflammatory response after ICH with diabetes,thereby improving the neurological function of the brain.展开更多

These properties are in practice causing transaction execution problems, such as: delays in offline transaction execution, transaction atomicity failures caused by mobile data communication drops, lack of central control on mobile transaction system components and increased vulnerability risk caused by easy physical access to the mobile transaction system components. This paper describes a holistic transaction processing model for resolving mentioned problems in micropayment mobile touch-and-go transaction systems. This study explored user satisfaction with mobile payments by applying a novel structural topic model.Specifically,we collected 17,927 online reviews of a specific mobile payment(i.e.,PayPal).Then,we employed a struct...This study explored user satisfaction with mobile payments by applying a novel structural topic model.Specifically,we collected 17,927 online reviews of a specific mobile payment(i.e.,PayPal).Then,we employed a structural topic model to investigate the relationship between the attributes extracted from online reviews and user satisfaction with mobile payment.Consequently,we discovered that“lack of reliability”and“poor customer service”tend to appear in negative reviews.Whereas,the terms“convenience,”“user-friendly interface,”“simple process,”and“secure system”tend to appear in positive reviews.On the basis of information system success theory,we categorized the topics“convenience,”“user-friendly interface,”and“simple process,”as system quality.In addition,“poor customer service”was categorized as service quality.Furthermore,based on the previous studies of trust and security,“lack of reliability”and“secure system”were categorized as trust and security,respectively.These outcomes indicate that users are satisfied when they perceive that system quality and security of specific mobile payments are great.On the contrary,users are dissatisfied when they feel that service quality and reliability of specific mobile payments is lacking.Overall,our research implies that a novel structural topic model is an effective method to explore mobile payment user experience.展开更多

This study attempts to analyze the impact of various variables extracted from mobility, convenience, compatibility, M-payment knowledge, ease to use, usefulness, risk,, trust, and safe to use on intention to use mobile payment. Quantitative questionnaire is used to measure responses of participants. The statistical analysis method employed in this study is to apply Structural Equation Modeling to test all hypotheses. The results indicate that the strong predictors of the intention to use M-payment are perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. All respondents show that they do not care about risk when they have intention to use mobile payment services. Convenience of mobility, compatibility, and mobile payment knowledge have impacts on ease to use and usefulness. Among of them, compatibility has the most significant impact o11 ease to use and usefulness in the opinion of those surveyed. Specially, it proved that trust of safe to use has no significant impact on usefulness, but instead has direct impact on intension to use mobile payment services. The outcomes of this research have important connotations for the improvement and development of mobile payment services in Vietnam. Therefore, at the end of this paper, some suggestions based on research results are given for the future development of mobile payment service business in Vietnam.展开更多

This study investigates how financial literacy and behavioral traits affect the adoption of electronic payment(ePayment)services in Japan.We construct a financial literacy index using a representative sample of 25,000...This study investigates how financial literacy and behavioral traits affect the adoption of electronic payment(ePayment)services in Japan.We construct a financial literacy index using a representative sample of 25,000 individuals from the Bank of Japan’s 2019 Financial Literacy Survey.We then analyze the relationship between this index and the extensive and intensive usage of two types of payment services:electronic money(e-money)and mobile payment apps.Using an instrumental variable approach,we find that higher financial literacy is positively associated with a higher likelihood of adopting ePayment services.The empirical results suggest that individuals with higher financial literacy use payment services more frequently.We also find that risk-averse people are less likely to adopt and use ePayment services,whereas people with herd behavior tend to adopt and use ePayment services more.Our empirical results also suggest that the effects of financial literacy on the adoption and use of ePayment differ among people with different behavioral traits.展开更多

文摘With the continuous development of the Internet,e-commerce and popularization of financial payment means,traditional constraints have become unfavorable factors in our country's economic development.Meanwhile,the rapid development of mobile communications provides solid basis for the development of mobile payment business.In this case,the mobile payment industry naturally will become an industry to deal with all walks of life and promote the development of logistics,manufacturing,service industries,public information and all kinds of innovative mobile technology.Then a branch of financial payment will naturally be formed.As mobile technology continuously improves cost savings and the efficiency of payment,the development of the mobile payment industry began to be analyzed.In this thesis,for study Chinese mobile payment,a detailed analysis of the development status will be investigated,the problems of development of China's mobile payment will be revealed and the strategic development of the final payment will be put forward.They all have profound significance.

文摘Obstacle detection is essential for mobile robots to avoid collision with obstacles.Mobile robots usually operate in indoor environments,where they encounter various kinds of obstacles;however,2D range sensor can sense obstacles only in 2D plane.In contrast,by using 3D range sensor,it is possible to detect ground and aerial obstacles that 2D range sensor cannot sense.In this paper,we present a 3D obstacle detection method that will help overcome the limitations of 2D range sensor with regard to obstacle detection.The indoor environment typically consists of a flat floor.The position of the floor can be determined by estimating the plane using the least squares method.Having determined the position of the floor,the points of obstacles can be known by rejecting the points of the floor.In the experimental section,we show the results of this approach using a Kinect sensor.

文摘This study investigates how financial literacy and behavioral traits affect the adoption of electronic payment(ePayment)services in Japan.We construct a financial literacy index using a representative sample of 25,000 individuals from the Bank of Japan’s 2019 Financial Literacy Survey.We then analyze the relationship between this index and the extensive and intensive usage of two types of payment services:electronic money(e-money)and mobile payment apps.Using an instrumental variable approach,we find that higher financial literacy is positively associated with a higher likelihood of adopting ePayment services.The empirical results suggest that individuals with higher financial literacy use payment services more frequently.We also find that risk-averse people are less likely to adopt and use ePayment services,whereas people with herd behavior tend to adopt and use ePayment services more.Our empirical results also suggest that the effects of financial literacy on the adoption and use of ePayment differ among people with different behavioral traits.
