By analyzing the current development of cultural industries in Korea, Korean culture industry can be seen with the following characteristics in the development process, ie government-led industrial policy and cultural economic and non-economic nature of double and capital, talent and technology for the development of cultural industries powered. And the stopping criterion for the operation was investigated, Experiments were carded out with isopropanol-n-propanol binary system and isopropanol-n-propanol-n-butanol ternary system in a distillation column with a liquid collector installed between the reboiler and the column section, Experimental results in a Ф 45mm batch column show that the proposed policy can overcome the flywheel effect caused by column liquid holdup and thus cut down operation time and energy consumption 31%-61%. 展开更多

Recently,there has been a sudden shift from using traditional office applications to the collaborative cloud-based office suite such as Microsoft Office 365.Such cloud-based systems allow users to work together on the same docu-ment stored in a cloud server at once,by which users can effectively collaborate with each other.However,there are security concerns unsolved in using cloud col-laboration.One of the major concerns is the security of data stored in cloud ser-vers,which comes from the fact that data that multiple users are working together cannot be stored in encrypted form because of the dynamic characteristic of cloud collaboration.In this paper,we propose a novel mode of operation,DL-ECB,for AES by which we can modify,insert,and delete the ciphertext based on changes in plaintext.Therefore,we can use encrypted data in collaborative cloud-based platforms.To demonstrate that the DL-ECB mode can preserve the confidential-ity,integrity,and auditability of data used in collaborative cloud systems from adversaries,we implement and evaluate the prototype of the DL-ECB mode. 展开更多

Aiming at the high-dimensional uncertainties of restoration process, an optimization model for distribution system restoration control is proposed considering expected restoration benefits, expected restoration costs, and security risks of the overall restoration scheme. In the proposed model, the effect of security control on restoration process is actively analyzed considering the security control costs of preventive, emergency, and correction controls. A two-layer decision support framework for distribution system restoration decision support system(DRDSS) is also designed. The upper layer of the proposed framework generates the pre-adjustment schemes of operation mode for energized power grid by load transfer and selects the optimal pre-adjustment scheme and the corresponding partitioning scheme based on the partition adjustment results of each pre-adjustment scheme. In addition, it optimizes the spatial-temporal decision-making of the inter-partition connectivity. For each partition, the lower layer of the proposed framework pre-selects the units and loads to be restored according to the pre-evaluated restoration income, generates the table of alternative restoration scheme for coping with uncertain events through simulation and deduction, and evaluates the risk and benefit of each scheme.For the uncertain events in the actual restoration process, the current restoration scheme can be adaptively switched to a sub-optimal scheme or re-optimized if necessary. Meanwhile, the proposed framework provides an information interaction interface for collaborative restoration with the related transmission system. A 123-node test system is built to evaluate the effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed model and framework. 展开更多

Objective Recent developments in gamma spectroscopy and data processing techniques opened up the possibility of pro-viding high degrees of flexibility for different kinds of ambient,cosmic,and sample-related background suppression.The BALQARAD clover active shield is a newly acquired germanium detector that offers extraordinary and non-conventional time registers in the List File mode to optimize the setup in its different operation modes.Methods The setup’s geometry has been optimized for clover-active shield detector coincidences or anti-coincidences,depending on the details of the particular radioactive sources(^(22)Na,^(60)Co,and ^(137)Cs).The system consists of plastic scintil-lation plates that detect cosmic rays within coincidences with the clover.Results The time delay between the cosmic and clover detector was tested,and the time window of 640 ns was detected by addressing two desired prompt and delayed signals.The registered spectra were characterized by very prominent continua,obscuring low-intensity peaks of weak gamma-ray emissions.The peak-to-Compton ratio and peak-to-total ratio were greatly improved after using offline veto techniques,leading to much greater accuracy in determining the full-energy peak.Conclusion The offline coincidence method’s quick assessment points out the importance of reducing the Compton and background continua in detecting low activities and yields.This study will serve as a basis for more advanced national-level applications.It can benefit from advanced gamma detection systems with highly improved signal-to-background ratios associated with event selection techniques. 展开更多

The brushless doubly-fed machine(BDFM)is a family of multiport electric machines with two ac electrical ports and a common mechanical port.Different from the conventional singly-fed machines whose synchronous speed is solely determined by a single supply frequency and the actual pole pair number,the BDFM has two supply frequencies and two different pole pair numbers to control the rotor speed.By the two accessible electrical ports,all BDFMs are endowed with more degrees of freedom for speed and power control,inherent fault-tolerant capability and high reliability.The BDFM in its broad sense has been extensively investigated as a promising alternative to the conventional slip-ring doubly-fed induction machine(DFIM)during the past decades,for both limited and wide speed range applications.This paper presents a new theoretical framework of the BDFM within which all topological variants can be closely linked by the similarities in working principle.The individualities of each machine topology are presented first,followed by the commonalities such as the modeling techniques,modes of operation,design considerations and control strategies.The challenges are identified and highlighted based on recent developments and possible opportunities are predicted considering the unique nature of this special AC machine type. 展开更多
