It seems to be very difficult to build up an integral mathematical model to optimize hundreds of the processing parameters. In fact, the existing process cases which were recorded to ensure the ability to trace production steps can also be used to optimize the process itself. This paper presents a novel knowledge-reuse based hybrid intelligent reasoning model (HIRM) for worsted process optimization. The model architecture and reasoning mechanism are respectively described. An applied case with HIRM is given to demonstrate that the best process decision can be made, and important processing parameters such as for raw material optimized. 展开更多

Abstract: Innovation is a process of taking an original idea and converting it into a business value, in which the engineers face some inventive problems which can be solved hardly by experience. TRIZ, as a new theory for companies in China, provides both conceptual and procedural knowledge for finding and solving inventive problems. Because the government plays a leading role in the diffusion of TRIZ, too many companies from different industries are waiting to be trained, but the quantity of the trainers mastering TRIZ is incompatible with that requirement. In this context, to improve the training effect, an interactive training model of TRIZ for the mechanical engineers in China is developed and the implementation in the form of training classes is carried out. The training process is divided into 6 phases as follows: selecting engineers, training stage-l, finding problems, training stage-2, finding solutions and summing up. The government, TRIZ institutions and companies to join the programs interact during the process. The government initiates and monitors a project in form of a training class of TRIZ and selects companies to join the programs. Each selected companies choose a few engineers to join the class and supervises the training result. The TRIZ institutions design the training courses and carry out training curriculum. With the beginning of the class, an effective communication channel is established by means of interview, discussion face to face, E-mail, QQ and so on. After two years training practices, the results show that innovative abilities of the engineers to join and pass the final examinations increased distinctly, and most of companies joined the training class have taken congnizance of the power of TRIZ for product innovation. This research proposes an interactive training model of TRIZ for mechanical engineers in China to expedite the knowledge diffusion of TRIZ. 展开更多

Configuration knowledge is a dynamic information set which is evolving and enriching on and on. Product model is the instantiation of configuration knowledge and the evolution of configuration knowledge is the essential inherent reason which causes the models dynamic evolvement. In the traditional model evolvement process, the inheriting and reuse of configuration knowledge was always ignored. Aim at solving the above problem, the multistage rhombus evolution mode of configuration knowledge is discussed in this paper. The product model based on configuration knowledge is put forward in different levels to achieve the models dynamic evolvement and automatic upgrading. The evolving configuration knowledge drives the product model to evolve directly according to the rule of up-layer evolvement. Furthermore, a new configuration knowledge reuse and optimization technology is presented to inheriting and reuse the foregone configuration knowledge in the course of model evolvement. At last, the air separation equipment which is related with the project is taken as an example to illuminate that the presented model evolvement and configuration knowledge reuse technology are validity and practical. 展开更多

Innovation design for complex products is a difficult issue in the military manufacturing industry. Ontology may provide a feasible way to rebuild the design process for complex products via sharing and reusing of design knowledge. In this paper, a design method used in the innovation design process of the complex products with knowledge modeling is proposed. Knowledge modeling is realized through ontology construction by combining the cycling evolutional theory of constructing ontology and OWL (Ontology Web Language)-based knowledge representation. As a case study, the satellite is selected as one of the complex products. The application domain of the satellite ontology is analyzed. According to the analysis result, the knowledge structure of satellite ontology is put forward based on OWL. The application of satellite product design shows that the method can effectively organize and reuse the knowledge resources in the innovation design of complex product and help companies to create more competitive products based on the existing knowledge and experience. 展开更多

During design process,designer has to refer to many handbooks and design materials,and design solution is hard to be reused. In order to deal with these deficiencies in digital design,this paper focuses on knowledge-reuse-oriented product modeling and knowledge management. Design knowledge is used to guide design process,and it is embedded into product model along with design process. Through analyzing design process,mechanical product knowledge is classified into four basic types that include calculation formula,design rule,engineering check and parameter spectrum etc. In order to manage and encapsulate design knowledge the concept of knowledge component(KCOM) is proposed. Design knowledge base can be organized as a hierarchy tree of KCOM. Knowledge reuse in KCOM level is the reuse of whole object in knowledge base,and knowledge reuse in item level is the reuse of basic knowledge type. Finally knowledge reuse approaches between knowledge base and CAD system is presented. 展开更多

All knowledge fields are founded on universal epistemologies and philosophies.This is evident in ancient Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic(Siddha)medical systems,which are integrated into national health systems of China and India respectively.African natural medicines(ANMs)are not part of national health systems on the African continent because of a lack of systematization frameworks.This article explores classical medical systems drawn from ancient African and Chinese cosmologies.A qualitative research methodology was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 20 respondents selected using a purposeful sampling technique.The data were summarized into systematization frameworks for disease theories,etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and prognosis,and treatment including medicines and disease classification.The study findings revealed that in antiquity,Africa had systematic medical cosmologies,remnants of which are evident in current cultural health practices.Therefore,parallels can be drawn in relation to Chinese Taoist and Indian Tantric healing arts.Ancient Africans recognized Ra or iSithunzi(uMbhilini),which correspond to qi or prana and refer to energetic life force in Asian cultures.Shu and Tefnut(Nkomo weLwandle and Dungha Manzi)correspond to yin and yang or purusha and prakriti,the natural principles of polarised duality.The jing or oojas(physiological essences)and wu xing or pancha tattvas(five ele-ments and modes of nature)and their relationships with the zang and fu(five vital organs and visceral organs,respectively)also found their application in African medical cosmologies.The data revealed that ancient and contemporary ANM systems are based on the concept of con-sciousness(saa or ntu)and life force energy,ra.These cosmological concepts are predicated upon the Paut Neteru or Amathogo(archetypal forces)that prescribe properties to everything.On this basis,an African-Kemetic Health Preservation Theory was developed,which gives rise to African theories for disease etiology,pathogenesis,differential diagnoses,comprehensive prognosis,and holistic treatment regimens.In addition,we developed an uBu-Ntu bio-innovation model for integral research,inclusive innova-tion,local technology transfer,holistic enterprising,and conscious commercialization of African natural medicines.It is the intention of the authors to influence policy in the implementation of these theories,models,and frameworks for clinical application and socio-economic development. 展开更多

Based on dynamic capability theory and legitimacy theory,a theoretical model is constructed to examine how big data capability,through the mediation of knowledge dynamic capability,drive business model innovation under the moderation effect of innovation legitimacy.The eanalys is isconducted using regression analysis and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)on survey data from 302 enterprises that have already implemented big data application practices.The study finds the following four conclusions.(1)Big data capability has a significant positive impact on business model innovation.(2)Dynamic knowledge capability partially mediates the relationship between big data capability and business model innovation.(3)Innovation legitimacy positively influences business model innovation and positively moderates the relationship between big data capability and businessmodel innovation.(4)Through further qualitative comparative analysis,two causal paths that influence business model innovation are identified. 展开更多

信息化时代背景下,企业可以通过先进的信息技术提高管理能力与组织绩效。基于资源基础观和动态能力理论,依循“资源—能力—绩效”的逻辑,以知识管理能力和商业模式创新为中介,探讨信息技术对企业绩效的影响机理。以创新型企业为研究对... 信息化时代背景下,企业可以通过先进的信息技术提高管理能力与组织绩效。基于资源基础观和动态能力理论,依循“资源—能力—绩效”的逻辑,以知识管理能力和商业模式创新为中介,探讨信息技术对企业绩效的影响机理。以创新型企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查法收集297份样本数据,并运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析方法进行实证检验。结果表明,信息技术对知识管理能力和企业绩效的正向直接效应均显著,知识管理能力对商业模式创新、商业模式创新对企业绩效的正向直接效应均显著,且商业模式创新与知识管理能力在信息技术对企业绩效的正向影响中发挥链式中介作用;企业实现高水平绩效存在3种组态,也间接证实知识管理能力与商业模式创新在信息技术与企业绩效之间存在链式中介效应。研究有助于增进对信息技术与企业绩效间作用关系的理解,丰富资源基础观与动态能力理论,进而为创新型企业可持续成长提供路径指引。 展开更多

本文构建了包含旅行时间成本和商品贸易成本的新经济地理学模型,阐释了高铁促进知识溢出进而影响区域创新差距的作用机理,并进行实证检验。在商品贸易成本既定的情况下,压缩旅行时间可能会加剧创新要素的空间集聚,但高铁的知识溢出效应... 本文构建了包含旅行时间成本和商品贸易成本的新经济地理学模型,阐释了高铁促进知识溢出进而影响区域创新差距的作用机理,并进行实证检验。在商品贸易成本既定的情况下,压缩旅行时间可能会加剧创新要素的空间集聚,但高铁的知识溢出效应可能会缩小区域创新差距。实证结果表明,高铁显著提升区域创新绩效,但同时也拉大了高铁城市之间的组内创新差距,使之成为区域创新总体差距的主要来源。分区域看,高铁在中西部拉大了高铁城市组内的创新差距,而在东部却缩小了组内创新差距对整体差距的贡献;高铁主要加大了中小城市对区域创新差距的贡献程度。此外,降低商品贸易成本会强化高铁对区域创新的影响,不同类型交通基础设施对区域创新呈现出协同作用。研究结论对于高铁网络下提高创新资源配置效率、促进区域协调发展以及在全国统一大市场背景下协同推进区域之间商品和创新要素一体化具有启示意义。 展开更多

智慧国土是统筹自然资源与地理空间数字化发展、促进智慧化应用、赋能高质量发展的重要举措。当前,尽管关于智慧国土的相关研究成果较多,但针对智慧国土技术模式的研究尚不多见,既有为数不多的技术模式的研究也不能完全适用于当前数字... 智慧国土是统筹自然资源与地理空间数字化发展、促进智慧化应用、赋能高质量发展的重要举措。当前,尽管关于智慧国土的相关研究成果较多,但针对智慧国土技术模式的研究尚不多见,既有为数不多的技术模式的研究也不能完全适用于当前数字中国建设架构,因此,本文开展智慧国土构建的技术模式探讨。首先,本文从当前智慧国土构建中存在的不足出发,提出从信息到知识,从知识到智慧为主线的总体构建思路,总结形成以全面动态感知、系统精准认知、全域智慧管控为特征的智慧国土构建总体技术框架;其次,在分析重庆智慧国土构建技术现状与存在问题的基础上,讨论重庆智慧国土构建的技术创新方向与重点任务;最后,针对当前智慧国土发展现状,为下一步智慧国土构建提出相应建议。研究成果旨在为智慧国土实践的技术创新方向与重点攻关任务提供参考。 展开更多
