目的分析对中重度颅脑损伤患者实行观察联合过渡期护理模式(transitional care model,TCN)的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月至2016年4月本院收治的90例中重度颅脑损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组45例。A组采用观察联合TCN,B...目的分析对中重度颅脑损伤患者实行观察联合过渡期护理模式(transitional care model,TCN)的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月至2016年4月本院收治的90例中重度颅脑损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组45例。A组采用观察联合TCN,B组采用常规护理,比较两组并发症的发生情况及护理前后焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分的变化。结果护理前两组SAS、SDS评分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。护理后两组SAS、SDS评分均明显降低,且A组明显低于B组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。A组并发症总发生率(6.67%)明显低于B组(24.44%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对中重度颅脑损伤患者实行观察联合TCN,可有效改善焦虑及抑郁情况,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。展开更多
