However, indices for evaluating the modernization of water conservancy project management are usually unobtainable in practical applications. Conducting appropriate extension of the classical rough set theory and then applying it to an incomplete information system are the key to the application of the rough set theory Based on analysis of some extended rough set models in incomplete information systems, a rough set model based on the θ-improved limited tolerance relation is put forward. At the same time, upper approximation and lower approximation are defined under this improved relation. According to the evaluation index system and management practices, the threshold for θ is defined. An example study indicates the practicability and maneuverability of the model.展开更多

In view of the defects of general GM(1,1) model, an improved method is proposed. That is using the particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain the best forecast dimension and using metabolism to make the model parameters adaptively change. Finally, the improved Grey Model is used to predict the fault of high voltage power supply circuit of a certain type of modern air-borne radar. The results which are computed and simulated by Matlab software show that the forecast precision of improved Grey Model is higher than that of original Grey Model.展开更多

Some of them are possibly starting to adopt modem corporate management practices to remain viable in a more competitive environment. However, changes in the business structure have not always been accompanied by changes in farm management practices. This study represents a theoretical and empirical investigation into farm modernization practices to provide perspective and recommendations to enhance farm business. Various aspects of farm modernization were considered, including temporal, economic and functional modernization. Critical elements of farm modernization were examined using a structural equation model of surveys, wherein questionnaires were delivered to 2,260 agricultural corporations across Japan in 2014 and 2016, generating 669 usable responses from rice farming corporations. Overall, these corporations demonstrated moderate degrees of modernization, indicating that they have not yet completely transitioned from conventional management styles to modem corporate management and that the farm-household complex system still exists for many of them. It was also found that farm modernization is significantly affected by both production and business management systems, although it was unclear whether a farmer's managerial capabilities were critical for farm modernization. The findings of this study indicate that current farming corporations may benefit from incorporating additional modernization practices. The analytical framework and results will help farmers to better understand their management practices and can be used to provide ideas for policy development to promote competitive farm businesses.展开更多

The Renditions Series serves as a classical case of providing aneffective model of “literature’s overseas distribution”. The successful experience of itstranslating-cum-disseminating model can be concluded as follows: all the translatorsare from China and overseas with cross-cultural background; the selection oftranslation is stylistically far-ranging among the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and feminine literature in modern China is highly valued; translating method aims atconvoying the original literary aesthetics, and disseminating channels are manifold;the foreign recipients are common and professional readers; the eminent effects canbe proved by its considerable sales, library collections and acceptance in the targetcountries and regions. From the successful model of translation of Renditions Series, five implications can be made out for the modern Chinese literature’s “Going-global”:domestic and overseas translators cooperate well with all-round cultural identities; theselection holds onto diversification and literary character; various spreading channelsshould be broadened; target readers should be accurately located and continuouslywidened; translating and disseminating effects can be focused on and analyzed, so asto adjust and improve the corresponding sections in the model.展开更多

When we talk about traditional culture, cannot leave to distinguish and judge of value as the peel and transformation of traditional culture, dominated by modern value consciousness undoubtedly, however, long-term since, the consciousness of the value formation of the modern transformation of traditional culture consciously or conscious disturbance. The inheritance and transformation of traditional culture, inevitably contains the value pursuit as this kind of value pursuit, in the modern social group formation and transport, in modern people’s needs and meet the needs of this relationship. Our research proposes the novel perspective of the related issues that will be meaningful and necessary.展开更多

The results show that the processing and export of agricultural products play a role in promoting the agricultural modernization in China, while the import of agricultural products has some negative effects on the agricultural modernization in China. The negative effects of the import of agricultural products are from the limitations of farmers' small-scale operation and foreign trading partners' protectionism. China should further develop the processing industry of agricultural products, and strengthen the role of downstream industries in promoting the agricultural modernization; improve the level of large-scale and intensive operation, and make good use of WTO rules,in order to provide the necessary market conditions for the agricultural modernization.展开更多
