With the development of Internet and information technology, the intercourses between human beings are becoming more and more convenient. Distance education have appeared in educational area, which has greatly promoted the development of education. As a totally new mode of educating, distance education has improved the quality and efficiency of teaching. Moreover, it accelerated the development of social and lifelong education.
