[Objetive] To make clear the regional agricultural development level.[Method] To accelerate the process of modern agricultural development of Bohai Rim,the assessment index system of modern agriculture was established...[Objetive] To make clear the regional agricultural development level.[Method] To accelerate the process of modern agricultural development of Bohai Rim,the assessment index system of modern agriculture was established preliminarily and the data of provinces and cities in Bohai Rim was evaluated and analyzed,regarding the comprehensive development level of modern agriculture as general target and the input level of modern agriculture,the output level of modern agriculture,the social development level of countryside and the sustainable development level of agriculture as grading index.[Result] The results showed that Bohai Rim just entered the developmental stage of modern agriculture,with the integrated index of 0.585.Viewed from regional perspective,Beijing topped the others with the index of 0.798,which was followed by 0.694 of Tianjin,0.644 of Shandong,0.606 of Liaoning and Hebei province had the lowest value of 0.595.[Conclusion] Among all cities in this region,none of them reached at the developed level of modern agriculture.There were ten cities,which were mainly located in Shandong Province,were at the primary stage while the most of others were at the preliminary or initial stage.展开更多

Firstly, this paper analyzes their connotation and relationship, which could be simply described that in virtue of element integrating and structure optimizing, agricultural system may achieve multifunctionality to meet increasingly diverse demands. As a case study of Suzhou, it concludes that Suzhou has a LP-dependence on agricultural element, and the growth extent of agricultural productivity correlates to the ratio of agricultural labor reduc- ing rate to farmland reducing rate. Agricultural structure of Suzhou changed with time, and in the early 1980s and 2000s it was most notable. Correspondingly, agricultural function has experienced a succession process: 'production', 'production-living', and 'production-living-ecology'. At last, based on questionnaires and interviews, some new characteristics and problems of agricultural development in coastal developed region of China have been put forward. Meanwhile, some typical patterns of modern agriculture in Suzhou which adapt to system evolving are also brought up such as export-oriented agriculture, enterprises-leading agriculture, agricultural science and technology parks, characteristic and stereoscopic agriculture, tourism and sightseeing agriculture.展开更多

To sufficiently feed these people, the total food production will have to increase 60% - 70%. Climate models predict that warmer tem-peratures and increases in the frequency and duration of drought during the present century will have negative impact on agricultural productivity. These new global challenges require a more complex integrated agricultural and breeding agenda that focuses on livelihood improvement coupled with agro-ecosystem resilience, eco-efficiency and sustainability rather than just on crop productivity gains. Intensifying sustainability agro-ecosystems by producing more food with lower inputs, adapting agriculture to climate change, conserving agro-biodiversity through its use, and making markets to work for the small farmers are needed to address the main issues of our time. Plant breeding has played a vital role in the successful development of modern agriculture. Development of new cultivars will be required while reducing the impact of agriculture on the environment and maintaining sufficient production. Conventional plant breeding will remain the backbone of crop improvement strategies. Genetic engineering has the potential to address some of the most challenging biotic constraints faced by farmers, which are not easily addressed through conventional plant breeding alone. Protective measures and laws, especially patenting, must be moderated to eliminate coverage so broad that it stifles innovation. They must be made less restrictive to encourage research and free flow of materials and information. Small farmers have an important role in conserving and using crop biodiversity. Public sector breeding must remain vigorous, especially in areas where the private sector does not function. This will often require benevolent public/private partnerships as well as government support. Active and positive connections between the private and public breeding sectors and large-scale gene banks are required to avoid a possible conflict involving breeders’ rights, gene preservation and erosion. Plant breeding can be a powerful tool to bring “harmony” between agriculture and the environment, but partnerships and cooperation are needed to make this a reality.展开更多

Incorporating the forest landscape into farming systems has promoted the development of integrated production systems such as agroforestry. However, many aspects of the relationship between farming and the forest landscape have changed since the modernization of agriculture introduced by the Green Revolution. The objectives of this review are:(1) to contribute to the understanding of the changes in cultivation strategies and in the dynamics of agricultural systems,particularly in the context of farming in Santa Catarina State, Brazil;(2) to contribute to the understanding of agroforestry systems as a strategy to reintroduce the element of forestry into agricultural production systems; and(3) to compile a list of forest plant species that could be used in agroforestry. Photovoltaics(PV)has been combined with many other industries,such as agriculture.But there are many problems for the sustainability of PV agriculture.Timely and accurate sustainability evaluation of modern photovolta...Photovoltaics(PV)has been combined with many other industries,such as agriculture.But there are many problems for the sustainability of PV agriculture.Timely and accurate sustainability evaluation of modern photovoltaic agriculture is of great significance for accelerating the sustainable development of modern photovoltaic agriculture.In order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of evaluation,this paper proposes an evaluation model based on interval type-2 Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS and least squares support vector machine optimized by fireworks algorithm.Firstly,the criteria system of modern photovoltaic agriculture sustainability is constructed from three dimensions including technology sustainability,economic sustainability and social sustainability.Then,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)methods are improved by using interval type-2 fuzzy theory,and the traditional evaluation model based on interval type-2 Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS is obtained,and the improved model is used for comprehensive evaluation.After that,the optimal parameters of least squares support vector machine(LSSVM)model are obtained by Fireworks algorithm(FWA)training,and the intelligent evaluationmodel for the sustainability of modern photovoltaic agriculture is constructed to realize fast and intelligent calculation.Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted to demonstrate the scientificity and accuracy of the proposed model.This study is conducive to the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability of modern photovoltaic agriculture,and can provide decision-making support for more reasonable development model in the future of modern photovoltaic agriculture.展开更多

Broad-spectrum Fenlong tillage technique system based on "full-layer and bottom-layer superdeep tillage without disturbance of soil layer" is established,which provides the possibility for establishing "modern Fenlong agriculture". When applied in 35 kinds of crops in 24 provinces of China,yield could be increased by 10%-50%,and even 1 times. In the transformation of severe saline-alkali land,corn yield could increase by 73. 0%,and Na,Cl and Mg ions in grain decrease by 20. 81%,1. 47%,and 9. 36% respectively. The newly developed "scarification tillage( reclamation) in the bottom area" could cover "bottom tillage" of dryland,paddy field,degraded grassland,perennial sugarcane,forest and fruit land,traditional Chinese medicine land,and ecological reconstruction of desertification land. The objectives of this review are:(1) to contribute to the understanding of the changes in cultivation strategies and in the dynamics of agricultural systems,particularly in the context of farming in Santa Catarina State, Brazil;(2) to contribute to the understanding of agroforestry systems as a strategy to reintroduce the element of forestry into agricultural production systems; and(3) to compile a list of forest plant species that could be used in agroforestry. The approach adopted in this manuscript seeks to highlight the potential of agroforestry systems to conserve natural resources and thereby to support agricultural development by connecting environmental conservation with income for farmers.
文摘In the research, the definition of production system of integrated agriculture was proposed, and the theoretical basis (system theory, information theory, cybernetics and operational research) and the key technologies were analyzed. Furthermore, IDEFO of production system of integrated agriculture was established and the constituents of different subsystems were analyzed. In addition, the components of the integrated platform, involving operational system, network, distributed database, communication services, information services, development tools, management and application services and platform entrance, were discussed. In agricultural integrated system, relationship among subsystems should be well considered under guidance of system theory in order to better improve controllability and productivity of agricultural activity.

文摘Photovoltaics(PV)has been combined with many other industries,such as agriculture.But there are many problems for the sustainability of PV agriculture.Timely and accurate sustainability evaluation of modern photovoltaic agriculture is of great significance for accelerating the sustainable development of modern photovoltaic agriculture.In order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of evaluation,this paper proposes an evaluation model based on interval type-2 Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS and least squares support vector machine optimized by fireworks algorithm.Firstly,the criteria system of modern photovoltaic agriculture sustainability is constructed from three dimensions including technology sustainability,economic sustainability and social sustainability.Then,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)methods are improved by using interval type-2 fuzzy theory,and the traditional evaluation model based on interval type-2 Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS is obtained,and the improved model is used for comprehensive evaluation.After that,the optimal parameters of least squares support vector machine(LSSVM)model are obtained by Fireworks algorithm(FWA)training,and the intelligent evaluationmodel for the sustainability of modern photovoltaic agriculture is constructed to realize fast and intelligent calculation.Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted to demonstrate the scientificity and accuracy of the proposed model.This study is conducive to the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability of modern photovoltaic agriculture,and can provide decision-making support for more reasonable development model in the future of modern photovoltaic agriculture.

文摘Constructing the modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics is the path and direction for solving issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers in China, the key to new village construction, the important measure for promoting overall agricultural production capacity, and the prerequisite and guarantee for coordinating urban-rural development. At present, the level of agricultural mechanization in China is promoted steadily; the science and technology are applied to agriculture extensively; the agricultural regionalization layout gradually takes shape; the agricultural industrialization management develops steadily. Be that as it may, the overall quality of farmers is low; the agricultural infrastructure is weak; the agricultural resources are limited; the inputs of agricultural science and technology are short. These hamper the development of modern agriculture. We should implement "industry nurturing agriculture"; through capital support and policy guidance, reform household registration system; connect the fragmented land into parcel; encourage the leading enterprises to develop in rural areas; establish agricultural cooperative organizations; deepen rural financial system reform; quicken the promotion and application of agricultural technology. These measures can effectively promote the development of agriculture, and realize the agricultural modernization in China.

文摘"Natural forces" ——core theory of Fenlong technique is explored in this paper. We break through key core technique of farming and agriculture,and invent new method of Fenlong tillage. Broad-spectrum Fenlong tillage technique system based on "full-layer and bottom-layer superdeep tillage without disturbance of soil layer" is established,which provides the possibility for establishing "modern Fenlong agriculture". When applied in 35 kinds of crops in 24 provinces of China,yield could be increased by 10%-50%,and even 1 times. In the transformation of severe saline-alkali land,corn yield could increase by 73. 0%,and Na,Cl and Mg ions in grain decrease by 20. 81%,1. 47%,and 9. 36% respectively. The newly developed "scarification tillage( reclamation) in the bottom area" could cover "bottom tillage" of dryland,paddy field,degraded grassland,perennial sugarcane,forest and fruit land,traditional Chinese medicine land,and ecological reconstruction of desertification land. It is point out that if Fenlong technique is used in 666 666. 67 km2 of farmland,200 000 km2 of saline-alkali land,666 666. 67 km2 of degraded grassland,and fisheries in rivers and offshore waters are used,trillion yuan of Fenlong economy could be formed,and the nationals will walk towards a healthier new era.Fenlong technique involves agriculture,forestry,water,grass,environment and other aspects,and its global promotion could improve eco-environment and change world development pattern.

文摘Brand construction of agricultural enterprises is a fundamental path for industrialized development of agriculture,an essential measure for increasing agricultural efficiency and farmers' income,and also an effective approach for development of agricultural modernization. Effective carrier of brand construction is agricultural enterprise. However,at present,there are problems of weak awareness of most agricultural enterprises,low science and technology content of products of agricultural enterprises,lack of carrier for brand construction,and imperfect mechanism of survival of the fittest brand. On the basis of successful experience of Hubei Hanway Ecological Agriculture Group,this paper came up with theoretical conception for brand construction of agricultural enterprises in China from raising social recognition of brands,increasing science and technology content of brand products,improving management and control of quality and safety of brand products,and cultivating effective carrier for brand construction.

文摘The situation of agriculture in Qinzhou was introduced firstly.And then,the bottleneck of the development of modern agriculture in Qinzhou was pointed out,which including considerable effects of natural disasters,insufficient agricultural investment,backward infrastructure,inadequate agricultural ST innovation and promotion,low industrialization,incomplete agricultural chain,poor capacity in resisting market risks,and lagged manpower resources in rural areas.Finally,the countermeasures were proposed for development of Qinzhou's modern agriculture,including defining the characteristics of agricultural products,formulating scientific agricultural planning,strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation,training and on-site guidance,cultivation and brand strategy of agricultural leading enterprises,establishing agricultural disaster prevention mechanism and vigorously developing ecological agriculture tourism.
