Then the composition of carbaryl were detected by the enzyme electrode with 0.01U activity value and the detection limit of carbaryl is 10^- 12 g L ^-1 so the enzyme biosensor showed good properties for pesticides residue detection.展开更多

The electrode modified by transition metallic ions has improved catalysis behavior that can catalyze the V(Ⅱ)-V(Ⅴ) redox reaction showed by cyclic voltammograms. This article studied the impedance of the modified electrode by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and approved that the electrode modified by Co^2+ and Mn^2+ has a lower charge transfer resistance than the non-modified electrode. The effect of average particle size distribution is at lower frequencies that the slope of Warburg impedance is reduced by large particle size distribution. The voltage efficiency of the Co^2+ modified electrode test cell is 81.5%, which is higher than that of the non-modified electrode.展开更多

In a 0.01 mol/L B-R buffer solution(pH=7.0), the reaction of DNA with THP formed an electrochemical nonactive complex, resulting in a decrease in the THP equilibrium concentration and its reduction current. The composition of the complex was THP∶DNA=2∶1. The combining constant is 2.73×10 10 . The electrode reaction rate constant k s and the electron transfer coefficient α are 1.32 s -1 and 0.56, respectively. The decrease in the peak current was proportional to the DNA concentration and was used to determine the DNA concentration. The experiment of XPS showed that Co was surely implanted into the surface of GCE(glassy carbon electrode) and the implanted Co at GCE can improve the electrocatalytic activity.展开更多

The CME can be used as the working electrode in the liquid chromatography for the determination of 6-MP. The peak current of 6-MP is linearly changed with its concentration ranging from 4.0×10 -7 to 1.0×10 -4 mol/L with the calculated detection limit (S/N=3) of 2.0×10 -7 mol/L. Coupled with microdialysis sampling, the method has been successfully applied to assessing the content of 6-MP in rat blood.展开更多
A novel type of Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified glass carbon electrode(Fe3O4/GCE) was constructed and the electrochemical properties of N-(4-nitro-2-phenoxyphenyl)methanesulfonamide(nimesulide) were studied on the ...A novel type of Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified glass carbon electrode(Fe3O4/GCE) was constructed and the electrochemical properties of N-(4-nitro-2-phenoxyphenyl)methanesulfonamide(nimesulide) were studied on the Fe3O4/GCE.In 0.4mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH=5.0),the electrode process of nimesulide was irreversible at bare GCE and Fe3O4/GCE.The Fe3O4/GCE exhibited a remarkable catalytic and enhancement effect on the reduction of nimesulide.The reduction peak potential of nimesulide shifted positively from-0.683 V at bare GCE to-0.625 V at Fe3O4/GCE,and the sensitivity was increased by ca.3 times.Some experimental conditions were optimized.The linear range between the peak current and the concentration of nimesulide was 2.6×10-6 "1.0×10-4mol/L(R=0.993) with a detection limit of 1.3×10-7mol/L.This method has been used to determine the content of nimesulide in medical tablets.The recovery was determined to be 96.9% "101.9% by means of standard addition method.The method is comparable to UV-Vis spectrometry.展开更多

The compound film modified electrode...A novel biosensor was fabricated by the electrochemical polymerization of poly-L-proline(P-LP) and ferricyanide(FC) to form a compound film on a glassy carbon electrode(GCE). The compound film modified electrode(P-LP/FC/GCE) shows electrocatalytic activity toward dopamine(DA) in a phosphate buffer solution(PBS, pH = 4.0) with a diminution of the overpotential and an increase in peak current. P-LP/FC/GCE was used to study the electrocatalytic oxidation of DA and ascorbic acid(AA) by means of cyclic voltammetry(CV), differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) and amperometric i-t curve techniques. The overlapping anodic peaks of DA and AA were resolved into two well-defined voltammetric peaks in CV and DPV with the potential differences of about 200 and 225 mV, respectively. The peak current of DA is linearly change with the concentration of DA in a range of 1 × 10^-7 to 1.14 × 10^-4 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The detection limit is 4.4~10-8 mol/L(S/N=3). P-LP/FC/GCE exhibited an excellent selectivity, sensibility and stability for the determination of DA, and can be applied to the determination of dopamine injections with satisfied results.展开更多

The influences of compositions of electrolyte complex on the reversibility of the modified electrode and the electrochromic properties were studied also. It was found that all the ratios of integrated charges of cathodic to anodic scan (Qc/QA) are close to 1, which indicates that these modified electrodes have good reversible behavior. Repeated stepping over the first wave for 500 scans, the PSS-PX(p)V modified electrode showed excellent stability. The first reduction potential (E1), decrease of current height (Dec%), response time (tre tox) of various polyviologen modified electrodes were reported. In addition, the effect of the coverage of polyviologen on the electrode surface was also examined. The rate of electron transfer in this heterogeneous system is diffusion-controlled, consistent with the Conttrell equation.展开更多

X-Ray diffraction study reveals that compound 1 contains classical cluster anions [V4O12]4-, coordinated cations [Co(2,2'-bpy)3]2+ and eleven water molecules, in which an interesting decamer water cluster is formed. The hybrid nanoparticles were firstly used as a bulk-modifier to fabricate a chemically modified paste electrode (I-CPE). The electrochemical behavior and electrocatalysis of 1-CPE have been studied in detail. The results indicate that 1-CPE has a good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of bromate in a 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 aqueous solution. 1-CPE shows remarkable stability that be ascribed to the hydrogen bonding interactions between V4O12 cluster and water cluster, which are very important for practical application in electrode modification.展开更多

The electrochemical behavior of the reduction peak of bleomycin at the Co/GC modified electrode was studied by linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry and applied to the determination of bleomycin in urine. This method is simple, rapid and reliable. The reduction process is quasi-reversible. The experiments of AES and XPS showed that Co was surely implanted into the surface of GCE and the depth distribution of Co was in good agreement with Gooses normal distribution; the implanted Co at GCE improved the electrocatalytic activity.展开更多

T...l'-cysteaminecarbonyl-1-glutathionecarbonyl-ferrocene (Fc-GSH) was synthesized from ferrocene dicarboxylic acid and reduced glutathione (GSH) with 4 steps. IR and 1^H-NMR were used to characterize the products. Then Fc-GSH was immobilized on the surface of gold electrode. Cyclic votammetry (CV) was adopted to investigate the electrochemical properties of this Fc-GSH modified electrode in the absence and presence of Cd^2+ aqueous solutions. The peak oxidation potential (Ea) and reduction potential (Ec) of Fc-GSH modified electrode were observed at Ea= 0.74 V and Ec= 0.64 V (vs Ag/AgCl) before the accumulation of Cd^2+. This redox process is a monoelectron chemical reaction. The anodic shift is about 80 mV in the presence of 20 nmol/L of Cd^2+ aqueous solution. Moreover, this shift is in proportion to the concentration of Cd^2+ when the concentration of Cd^2+ is lower than 20 nmol/L. So the modified electrode can be used as probes to detect cadmium ions with the limit of 0.1 nmol/L by cyclic voltammetry.展开更多

文摘Microperoxidase 11(MP 11) was immobilized on the surface of a silanized glass carbon electrode by means of the covalent bond with glutaraldehyde. The measurements of cyclic voltammetry demonstrated that the formal redox potential of immobilized MP 11 was -170 mV, which is significantly more positive than that of MP 11 in a solution or immobilized on the surface of electrodes prepared with other methods. This MP 11 modified electrode showed a good electrocatalytic activity and stability for the reduction of oxygen and hydrogen peroxide.
文摘An Eastman-AQ/Ni(II)chemically modified electrode(CME) produced by“double coating steps”deposition of Eastman-AQ/Ni(II) film and Ni(II)-coating crystalline species onto glassy carbon instead of metallic nickel electrode exhibited stable electrocatalytic oxidation of numerous ∝-hydrogen compounds including carbohydrates, amines and amino acids.Determination of glucose in FIA on the CME, the linear response concentration range was bstween 1.0×10^(-5) and 5.0×10^(-2) mol/L and the detection limit was 5.0×10^(-6)mol/L.The stability of the CME was adequate for routine quantitative application.

文摘A new inorganic-organic hybrid tetravanadate [Co(2,2'-bpy)312VaO12·11H2O(1) has been prepared and characterized. X-Ray diffraction study reveals that compound 1 contains classical cluster anions [V4O12]4-, coordinated cations [Co(2,2'-bpy)3]2+ and eleven water molecules, in which an interesting decamer water cluster is formed. The hybrid nanoparticles were firstly used as a bulk-modifier to fabricate a chemically modified paste electrode (I-CPE). The electrochemical behavior and electrocatalysis of 1-CPE have been studied in detail. The results indicate that 1-CPE has a good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of bromate in a 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 aqueous solution. 1-CPE shows remarkable stability that be ascribed to the hydrogen bonding interactions between V4O12 cluster and water cluster, which are very important for practical application in electrode modification.

文摘In a 0. 10 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH = 4. 59), a sensitive reduction peak of bleomycin was observed by linear sweep voltammetry at a Co/GC ion implantation modified electrode. The peak potential was-0. 73 V(iw. SCE). The peak current was proportional to the concentration of bleomycin over the range of 5.0 × 10-8-1.0× 10-6 and 1.0× 10-6-1. 0 × 10-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-8 mol/L. The electrochemical behavior of the reduction peak of bleomycin at the Co/GC modified electrode was studied by linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry and applied to the determination of bleomycin in urine. This method is simple, rapid and reliable. The reduction process is quasi-reversible. The experiments of AES and XPS showed that Co was surely implanted into the surface of GCE and the depth distribution of Co was in good agreement with Gooses normal distribution; the implanted Co at GCE improved the electrocatalytic activity.

文摘l'-cysteaminecarbonyl-1-glutathionecarbonyl-ferrocene (Fc-GSH) was synthesized from ferrocene dicarboxylic acid and reduced glutathione (GSH) with 4 steps. IR and 1^H-NMR were used to characterize the products. Then Fc-GSH was immobilized on the surface of gold electrode. Cyclic votammetry (CV) was adopted to investigate the electrochemical properties of this Fc-GSH modified electrode in the absence and presence of Cd^2+ aqueous solutions. The peak oxidation potential (Ea) and reduction potential (Ec) of Fc-GSH modified electrode were observed at Ea= 0.74 V and Ec= 0.64 V (vs Ag/AgCl) before the accumulation of Cd^2+. This redox process is a monoelectron chemical reaction. The anodic shift is about 80 mV in the presence of 20 nmol/L of Cd^2+ aqueous solution. Moreover, this shift is in proportion to the concentration of Cd^2+ when the concentration of Cd^2+ is lower than 20 nmol/L. So the modified electrode can be used as probes to detect cadmium ions with the limit of 0.1 nmol/L by cyclic voltammetry.

The experiments of AES and XPS showed that Ni was surely implanted into the surface of the GCE and the implanted Ni at the GCE improved the electrocatalytic activity.
