It is very important to understand why a small amount of alkali metal doping in Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4)(CZTSSe)solar cells can improve the conversion efficiency.In this work,Na-doped CZTSSe is prepared by a simple solution method,and then the effects on the surface properties of the absorber layer,the buffer layer growth,and the modifications of the solar cell performance induced by the Na doping are studied.The surface of the absorber layer is more Cu-depletion and less roughness due to the Na doping.In addition,the contact angle of the surface increases because of Na doping.As a consequence,the thickness of the CdS buffer layer is significantly reduced and the optical losses in the CdS buffer layer are decreased.The difference of quasi-Fermi levels(EFn-EFp) increases with a small amount of Na doping in the CZTSSe solar cell,so that open circuit voltage(VOC) increased significantly.This work offers new insights into the effects of Na doping on CZTSSe via a solution-based approach and provides a deeper understanding of the origin of the efficiency improvement of Na-doped CZTSSe thin film solar cells. 展开更多

高热惊厥患儿外周血NLR和H_(2)S水平变化及与脑损伤的相关性

目的探讨高热惊厥患儿外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和硫化氢(H_(2)S)水平变化及与脑损伤的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月期间本院收治的高热惊厥患儿共220例,其中单纯性153例纳入单纯性组,复杂性67例纳入复杂性组,同期... 目的探讨高热惊厥患儿外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和硫化氢(H_(2)S)水平变化及与脑损伤的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月期间本院收治的高热惊厥患儿共220例,其中单纯性153例纳入单纯性组,复杂性67例纳入复杂性组,同期选取高热无惊厥患儿109例纳入对照组。所有患儿均检测外周血NLR和H_(2)S水平,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线鉴别单纯性及复杂性高热惊厥患儿。根据高热惊厥患儿有无脑损伤发生情况分为脑损伤组及无脑损伤组,收集两组高热惊厥患儿临床资料,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响高热惊厥患儿脑损伤的独立危险因素。结果与对照组比较,单纯性组及复杂性组外周血NLR水平升高,H_(2)S水平降低(P<0.05),与单纯性组比较,复杂性组外周血NLR水平升高,H_(2)S水平降低(P<0.05)。ROC分析结果显示,外周血NLR、H_(2)S单独检测及二者联合检测鉴别单纯性及复杂性高热惊厥患儿的AUC值(95%CI)分别为0.615(0.547~0.680)、0.731(0.667~0.788)、0.827(0.771~0.875),NLR、H_(2)S联合检测的预测效能高于单独检测(Z=4.488、2.161,P<0.05)。脑损伤组惊厥时体温≥40℃、复杂性高热惊厥、惊厥发作次数≥2次、惊厥持续时间≥15 min例数占比、外周血NLR水平均高于无脑损伤组,H_(2)S水平低于无脑损伤组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,复杂性高热惊厥、惊厥发作次数≥2次,惊厥持续时间≥15 min、外周血NLR高水平及H_(2)S低水平是影响高热惊厥患儿发生脑损伤的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论高热惊厥患儿外周血NLR水平升高,H_(2)S水平降低,外周血NLR、H_(2)S水平对于高热惊厥患儿分型具有重要的鉴别价值,且与高热惊厥患儿脑损伤的发生密切相关。 展开更多

Background: It is difficult to observe the phenomena of cardiac fatigue under a low or moderate workload test, and little was reported about cardiac fatigue under a heavy workload test because of the potential risk (sudden death) of prolonged strenuous exercise. Animal experiments would be helpful to resolve this problem. The objective of this study was to obtain baseline data of two new indicators of cardiac reserve in rats, rabbits, and dogs. Methods: Ten New Zealand White rabbits (1. 5 to 2 kg, 4 females), 10 male Wistar rats (2 months old), and 10 Golden Retriever dogs (40 days old, 5 females) were included in this study. Phonocardiogram of each animal was recorded. The basic points concerning heart sound quantitative analysis were: 1) measuring the duration and the amplitude of relevant heart sound components;2) calculating and analyzing relevant indicators based on the data obtained from the above measurements, including the ratio of diastolic to systolic duration (D/S) and the ratio of the amplitude of the first heart sound to the amplitude of the second heart sound (S1/S2). Results: The baseline data of D/S ratio and S1/S2 ratio in rats, rabbits, and dogs were obtained. The swimming time to exhaustion for rabbits was several to a dozen minutes, and for rats, several hours. Conclusion: D/S ratio has an important biological implication, which is a safe and easy indicator for evaluating the cardiac health status of both animals and humans. 展开更多

以酸性高As废水为处理对象,利用硫化法去除并回收As,研究了Na2S·9H2O投加量、反应初始pH、反应时间、Na2S·9H2O投加方式对As去除效果的影响,并通过XRD(X射线衍射)、XRF(X射线荧光光谱分析)对回收的As渣进行分析;对处理后的含A... 以酸性高As废水为处理对象,利用硫化法去除并回收As,研究了Na2S·9H2O投加量、反应初始pH、反应时间、Na2S·9H2O投加方式对As去除效果的影响,并通过XRD(X射线衍射)、XRF(X射线荧光光谱分析)对回收的As渣进行分析;对处理后的含As废水,利用高聚复配絮凝剂深度脱As,研究了絮凝剂优化条件、絮凝剂投加量、反应pH对深度脱As的影响并与常见絮凝剂进行对比.结果表明,Na2S·9H2O投加量为55 g/L、两段投加、反应时间为5 min、初始pH为2.0的条件下可达最佳除As效果,处理后As回收率达98%以上,出水ρ(As)为0.61 g/L,As渣中w(As)、w(S)分别达49.15%、40.98%,其他重金属元素几乎未检出.在絮凝剂n(Fe)∶n(Si)=5∶1、投加量为7 mL/L、pH为8的条件下可得最优深度脱As效果,出水ρ(As)低于0.3 mg/L,同等条件下优于常规絮凝剂处理效果.多批次扩大试验结果表明,组合技术处理废水水质稳定,As回收率平均可达98%以上,出水ρ(As)低于0.3 mg/L. 展开更多

有机抽出物对马尾松碱性Na2SO3高得率浆白度及可漂性的影响

以在污水处理过程中采用化学强化除磷而产生的剩余污泥为研究对象,考察了硫化钠(Na_(2)S)投加量对污泥释磷以及厌氧发酵的影响.结果表明,在S/Fe物质的量比为0.3~1的范围内,投加的Na_(2)S越多,污泥厌氧释放的磷越多,当S/Fe物质的量比为1:... 以在污水处理过程中采用化学强化除磷而产生的剩余污泥为研究对象,考察了硫化钠(Na_(2)S)投加量对污泥释磷以及厌氧发酵的影响.结果表明,在S/Fe物质的量比为0.3~1的范围内,投加的Na_(2)S越多,污泥厌氧释放的磷越多,当S/Fe物质的量比为1:1时,污泥S1和S2上清液中磷浓度分别达到了170和150mg/L(污泥释磷率分别为22.2%和27.23%);投加Na_(2)S会导致pH值升高,碱性条件会促进有机物的释放以及产酸微生物的生长,并因此促进VFAs的产生;VSS/TSS越高的污泥,对pH值的缓冲能力越强,释放的NH_(4)^(+)-N也越多;此外,投加Na_(2)S后会导致污泥上清液中Fe(Fe^(2+)与Fe^(3+)之和)和Al^(3+)的浓度上升,而生成的FeS_(x)会使沉淀沉降性能变差.S/Fe物质的量比为0.3和0.5时,对生物多样性影响不大,但大于1:1后Shannon指数下降.综合考虑释磷与后续厌氧发酵以及污泥沉降性能,推荐按S/Fe物质的量比为0.3:1~0.5:1投加Na_(2)S,既可以保证上清液磷浓度大于50mg/L,又将上清液中Fe和Al^(3+)等杂质金属离子的浓度控制在较低的水平(<10mg/L),利于后续用鸟粪石法回收磷,同时促进产酸(VFAs为对照组的8.3倍),且污泥沉降性能受影响较小. 展开更多

In this article, the synthesis and characterization of a novel fluoromonomer and its copolymer with acrylamide is reported. 2-perfluoroamyl-4-hydroxylquinoline 2 was synthesized from ethyl 2, 2-dihydroperfluoroheptanoate in high yields. The monomer 4 was then synthesized from 2 in two steps readily in high yields. Synthesis and characterization of copolymers of acrylamide (AM) and the fluoromonomer were investigated. The composition and intrinsic viscosity of these copolymers were studied. It was found that the rheological properties of aqueous solutions of polyacrylamide were modified significantly when a small proportion of the fluoromonomer 4 was incorporated on investigating the viscosity-concentration profiles, pseudoplasticity of these solutions and the effect of the presence of surfactant. These results could be explained by the hydrophobic association of the fluorocarbon segments in the aqueous solutions of these copolymers. 展开更多

One-dimensional CdS nanocrystals have been prepared by solvothermal method using cadmium acetate as a cadmium precursor, elemental sulfur and Na2S, as a sulfur precursor, and ethylenediamine as a solvent at 150℃ for 5 h. The nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. XRD patterns indicate that both Na2S and elemental sulfur as the sulfur precursor result in CdS nanorods with wutzite phase (hexagonal structure). SEM and TEM images show that diameter of CdS nanorods can be decreased using Na2S instead of elemental sulfur. For the growth of CdS nanorods, a mechanism has been proposed. Uv-Vis absorption of CdS nanorods (sulfur precursor: Na2S) was shown blue shift to 485 nm due to the quantum size effect. 展开更多

A novel flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of ciprofloxacin (CPLX) was reported. The proposed method is based on luminescence produced by KMnO4-Na2S2O4-Tb^3+-CPLX chemiluminescence (CL) system. The effects of some critical experimental conditions were discussed and the optimization of working conditions was investigated. The linear dynamic range is 3.00 × 10^-8 - 9.00 × 10^-7 mol ·L-1 and the detection limit for CPLX is 4.40 × 10^-9 mol·L^-1. This method was applied to the determination of CPLX in tablet, urine, and serum samples and the recoveries of real sample analyses were in the range from 110 ± 4 to 104 ± 4. 展开更多

The field soil contained concentrations of Pb (307.31 mg&#8901;kg&#8722;1), Zn (207.77 mg&#8901;kg&#8722;1) and Cr (447.50 mg&#8901;kg&#8722;1). Both (0.01 M Na2S2O5), (Na2S2O5) + (0.1 HCl), and Distilled water were found to be effective on removing (Na2S2O5) Pb, Cr and Zn respectively. (Na2S2O5) + (0.1 HCl) Cr, Zn and Pb respectively. Sulfur Pb, Cr and Zn respectively. The removal rate of Pb, Zn, and Cr varied from 10.35% - 26%, 3.4% - 21.60% and 4.97% - 23.88% for (0.01 M Na2S2O5 respectively. The removal rate of Pb, Zn, and Cr varied from 16.13% - 20.07%, 8.20% - 23.48%, 5.42% - 28.93% for (0.01 M Na2S2O5 + 0.1 M HCl) respectively.
