Physical parameters such as temperature, viscosity and thickness of melting layers of plastic material joints were measured and analyzed. Results show that when the welding vibration amplitude and pressure increase, the temperature increases, the viscosity decreases, and the thickness of molten layer decreases. The microstructure of weld fusion zone was observed by using an optical microscope. It was found that there is strong orientation along transverse direction in the microstructure of fusion zone. Testing results show that the mechanics performance of welded joints are obviously anisotropic, and strongly affected by the thickness of molten layer and the extent of orientation.展开更多

The sintered solid porous pellets of Ni3S2, Cu2S and converter matte were electr...The electrolytic production of nickel-copper alloy by electrochemical reduction of converter matte in molten salt has been investigated. The sintered solid porous pellets of Ni3S2, Cu2S and converter matte were electrolyzed at a voltage of 3.0 V in molten CaCl2-NaCl under the protection of argon gas at 700℃, respectively. The electro-reduction processes were investigated and the products were characterized. The results show that the molten salt electro-reduction process can be used to produce nickel, copper and nickel-copper alloy directly from Ni3S2, Cu2S and converter matte precursors in molten CaCl2-NaCl, respectively. CaS would be formed as the intermediate compound during the electro-reduction process, and then the formed CaS can be gradually decomposed and removed with the increase of the electrolysis time. The experimental results show that the molten salt electro-reduction process has the potential to be used for the reduction of sulfide minerals in molten CaCl2-NaCl.展开更多
针对某5机5流圆坯连铸机存在多炉连浇时铸坯质量不稳定,尤其是换包过程中氧化性的引流砂不断污染钢水、影响钢液洁净度的问题,以5流中间包为研究对象,分别通过热力学计算和水模拟试验研究了引流砂对钢液质量的影响,提出了改善引流砂流...针对某5机5流圆坯连铸机存在多炉连浇时铸坯质量不稳定,尤其是换包过程中氧化性的引流砂不断污染钢水、影响钢液洁净度的问题,以5流中间包为研究对象,分别通过热力学计算和水模拟试验研究了引流砂对钢液质量的影响,提出了改善引流砂流动行为的优化方案。结果表明:开浇过程引流砂会导致钢液氧含量的增加,降低钢液的洁净度;非稳态浇铸过程中,引流砂进入钢液内部发生卷渣,其去除率与长水口插入深度、钢包流量以及中间包液面有关,当大包流量为3 m 3/h,长水口浸入深度为160 mm,中包液面为400 mm时,引流砂去除率最高为94%;优化后的控流装置方案改善了引流砂的流动行为,其去除率最大达到了99.5%,且稳态浇铸时,各流响应时间和平均停留时间散度较小,各流一致性提高,有利于均匀钢水的成分和温度。展开更多
Poly(butylene succinate),(PBS1) was irradiated with Co 60 γ radiation at various temperatures.The gel fraction of PBS1 irradiated at molten state (100℃) is higher than that of the samples irradiated at lower tempera...Poly(butylene succinate),(PBS1) was irradiated with Co 60 γ radiation at various temperatures.The gel fraction of PBS1 irradiated at molten state (100℃) is higher than that of the samples irradiated at lower temperatures with the same dose.Two step irradiation (irradiation at room temperature and then irradiation at 100℃) yielded the highest gel content as compared with other treatment conditions.It is due to the network structure formed by preirradiation at room temperature and further irradiation at molten state reduce degradation of PBS1.PBS1 prepared by the two step irradiation was improved in heat distortion resistance because of its higher gel content.Unirradiated PBS1 sheets broke immediately at 110℃.On the other hand, for samples (gel fraction 50%)irradiated by asing the two step method, they did not break even at 130℃ for 200 min.展开更多
