AIM:To investigate the effect of Danzhijiangtang capsule(DJC) on monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) mRNA expression in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) subclinical vascular lesions.METHODS:Sixty-two patients with newly diagnosed T2DM subclinical vascular lesions were randomly divided into a control group and treatment group of 31 cases each.Oral antidiabetic therapy with routine western medicine was conducted in both groups,and the treatment group was additionally treated with DJCs.The treatment course for both groups was 12 wk.Before and after treatment,the total efficiency and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score were calculated.The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-h plasma glucose(2hPG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(IRI),hemoglobin(Hb)A1c,blood lipids,and hemorheology indices were determined.In addition,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factors including thrombomodulin(TM),von Willebrand factor(vWF),P-selectin and MCP-1 mRNA were determined.RESULTS:After 12 wk of treatment,the TCM syndrome score was significantly decreased compared to before treatment in both groups.After treatment,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,FINS,IRI,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,whole blood low shear specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity,TM,vWF,P-selectin and MCP-1 mRNA were significantly improved compared to before treatment in both groups.After treatment,the total efficiency and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were better than in the control group.FINS,IRI,whole blood high shear specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity,TM,vWF,P-selectin and MCP-1 mRNA level in the treatment group were significantly reduced after treatment compared with control group.CONCLUSION:DJCs are efficacious in supplementing qi,nourishing yin and invigorating blood circulation,and upregulate MCP-1 mRNA expression in patients with T2DM subclinical vascular lesions. 展开更多

Effects of Simvastatin on NF-κB-DNA Binding Activity and Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 Expression in a Rabbit Model of Atherosclerosis 被引量:4

To observe the effects of simvastatin on nuclear factor kappaB (NF-kB)-DNA binding activity and on the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in atherosclerotic plaque in rabbits and to explore the anti-atherosclerotic properties beyond its lipid-lowering effects. Thirty-six New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into low-cholesterol group (LC), high- cholesterol group (HC), high-cholesterol+ simvastatin group (HC+S) and then were fed for 12 weeks. At the end of the experiment, standard enzymatic assays, electrophoretic mobility shift as- say (EMSA), immunohistochemical staining, and morphometry were performed to observe serum lipids, NF-kB-DNA binding activity, MCP-1 protein expression, intirna thickness and plaque area of aorta respectively in all three groups. Our results showed that the serum lipids, NF-kB-DNA binding activity, expression of MCP-1 protein, intima thickness, and plaque area of aorta in the LC and HC+S groups were significantly lower than those in the HC group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the serum lipids between the LC and HC+S groups (P〉0.05), but the NF-kB-DNA binding activity, the expression of MCP-1 protein and the intirna thickness and plaque area of aorta in the HC+S group were significantly decreased as compared to the LC group (P〈0. 05). This study demonstrated that simvastatin could decrease atherosclerosis by inhibiting the NF-kB-DNA binding activity and by reducing the expression of MCP-1 protein. 展开更多

温胆汤加减治疗气虚血瘀痰阻型缺血性脑卒中急性期的疗效及对NT-proBNP、ICAM-1和MCP-1的影响研究

目的:探讨温胆汤加减治疗气虚血瘀痰阻型缺血性脑卒中急性期患者的疗效,以及对N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平的影响。方法:以2021年5月至2022年5月该院收治的气虚血瘀痰阻型缺... 目的:探讨温胆汤加减治疗气虚血瘀痰阻型缺血性脑卒中急性期患者的疗效,以及对N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平的影响。方法:以2021年5月至2022年5月该院收治的气虚血瘀痰阻型缺血性脑卒中急性期患者100例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予温胆汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,NT-proBNP、ICAM-1和MCP-1水平,美国国立卫生院卒中神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分及中医证候积分。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组患者的总有效率为94.00%(47/50),显著高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组患者NT-proBNP、ICAM-1和MCP-1水平显著低于对照组,血液流变学各指标(血浆黏度、血低切黏度、血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原和红细胞压积)水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、1个月后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分低于对照组;治疗1个月后,观察组患者的mRS评分、中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤加减治疗气虚血瘀痰阻型缺血性脑卒中急性期患者的效果较好,可显著降低NT-proBNP、ICAM-1和MCP-1水平,促进血液流通和疾病的恢复,提高患者的生活质量。 展开更多

目的 分析研究血清微小RNA-17-5p(miR-17-5p)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)联合检测对卵巢子宫内膜异位症(OEM)患者术后复发的预测价值。方法 选取郑州大学第三附属医院2019年1月至2022年12月收治的OEM患者作为研究对... 目的 分析研究血清微小RNA-17-5p(miR-17-5p)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)联合检测对卵巢子宫内膜异位症(OEM)患者术后复发的预测价值。方法 选取郑州大学第三附属医院2019年1月至2022年12月收治的OEM患者作为研究对象,将其命名为OEM组(n=100),另选同期在本院进行体检的健康女性为对照组(n=60)。比较两组血清miR-17-5p、IL-6及MCP-1水平;OEM组患者在入院后均进行手术与药物对症治疗,在治疗结束后对患者随访12个月。以多因素Logistic回归分析OEM患者术后复发的影响因素,并绘制ROC曲线分析血清miR-17-5p、IL-6、MCP-1水平对OEM患者术后复发的预测价值。结果 OEM组的血清miR-17-5p水平低于对照组,IL-6、MCP-1水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.015、59.651、38.199,均P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,囊肿直径>5 cm(OR=1.828)、ASRM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期(OR=1.815)、血清miR-17-5p水平降低(OR=2.042)、IL-6水平升高(OR=2.136)及MCP-1水平升高(OR=1.966)均是OEM患者术后复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析显示,血清miR-17-5p、IL-6、MCP-1水平及联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.816、0.781、0.745、0.933,联合检测优于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论 miR-17-5p、IL-6及MCP-1联合检测对OEM患者术后复发具有一定预测价值。 展开更多

Summary: To investigate whether interleukin-1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induce expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1 ) mRNA and protein in calf aortic smooth muscle cells(SMCs), calf aortic SMCs were cultured by a substrate-attached explant method. The cultured SMCs were used between the third to the fifth passage. After the cells became confluent, the SMCs were exposed to 2 ng/ml IL-1β, 20ng/ml TNF-1α and 100 ng/ml LPS respectively, and the total RNA of SMCs which were incubated for 4 h at 37℃ were extracted from the cells by using guanidinium isothiocyanate method. The expres- ion of MCP-1 mRNA in SMCs was detected by using dot blotting analysis using a probe of γ-32 P- end-labelled 35-mer oligonucleotide. After a 24-h incubation, the media conditioned by the cul- tured SMCs were collected. The MCP-1 protein content in the conditioned media was determined by using sandwich ELISA. The results were as follows: Dot blotting analysis showed that the cul- tured SMCs could express MCP-1 mRNA. After a 4-h exposure to IL-1β, TNF-α and LPS, the MCP-1 mRNA expression in SMCs was increased (3.6-fold, 2. 3-fold and 1. 6-fold, respectively). ELISA showed that the levels of MCP-1 protein in the conditioned media were also increased (2.9- fold, 1.7-fold and 1.1-fold, respectively). The results suggest that calf aortic SMCs could ex- press MCP-1 mRNA and protein. IL-1β and TNF-α can induce strong expression of MCP-1 mRNA and protein, and the former is more effective than the latter. 展开更多

Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1), a potent chemoattractant, is thought to play an important role in migration of monocytes into atherosclerotic lesions. The present study was designed to investigate the capacity of human peripheral blood monocytes to express MCP-1 and effects of native very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) and oxidized VLDL(OX-VLDL) on the expression. The total RNA was extracted from cultured monocytes, which were exposed to VLDL and OX-VLDL, and the media conditioned by monocytes were collected. MCP-1 mRNA expression was examined by Northern blot analysis. MCP-1 protein in conditioned media was determined by using sandwich ELISA. The results showed that monocytes can express MCP-1 after a 24 h incubation at 37℃,and the expression was markedly increased by a exposure to OX-VLDL, whereas the expression was slightly increased when exposed to VLDL. It suggests that the capacity of monocytes to produce MCP-1 that recruits and activates circulating monocytes may be of considerable importance in atherogenesis, and oxidation of VLDL enhances its potential to promote atherogenesis. 展开更多

慢性肾小球肾炎患者MCP-1和sFlt-1表达与肾功能及预后的相关性研究

目的:分析慢性肾小球肾炎患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和可溶性血管内皮细胞生长因子受体1(sFlt-1)水平变化及其与肾功能和预后的关系。方法:纳入2018-01—2020-03本院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者122例(研究组),选取同时期本院体检... 目的:分析慢性肾小球肾炎患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和可溶性血管内皮细胞生长因子受体1(sFlt-1)水平变化及其与肾功能和预后的关系。方法:纳入2018-01—2020-03本院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者122例(研究组),选取同时期本院体检健康者128例(对照组)。研究组依据肾功能损害情况分为A组(肾功能正常16例)、B组(轻中度肾功能损害88例)、C组(重度肾功能损害18例);根据随访结局,将患者分为肾功能衰竭组(22例)和病情缓解组(100例)。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测受试者MCP-1、sFlt-1水平。采用全自动生化分析仪检测所有受试者血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平,采用慢性肾脏疾病流行病学合作研究公式(CKD-EPI)估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)。Pearson法分析MCP-1、sFlt-1与BUN、Scr、eGFR的相关性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清MCP-1、sFlt-1水平预测慢性肾小球肾炎患者预后的价值。结果:与对照组相比,研究组MCP-1、sFlt-1、BUN、Scr水平较高(P<0.05),eGFR较低(P<0.05)。C组BUN、Scr、MCP-1、sFlt-1水平明显高于A组、B组(P<0.05),B组BUN、Scr、MCP-1、sFlt-1水平明显高于A组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,MCP-1与BUN、Scr均呈正相关(P<0.05),与eGFR呈负相关(P<0.05),sFlt-1与BUN、Scr均呈正相关(P<0.05),与eGFR呈负相关(P<0.05)。与病情缓解组相比,肾功能衰竭组患者清中MCP-1、sFlt-1水平较高(P<0.05)。ROC分析显示,血清MCP-1、sFlt-1水平预测慢性肾小球肾炎患者预后的AUC分别为0.967、0.965,MCP-1联合sFlt-1预测慢性肾小球肾炎患者预后的AUC为0.984,灵敏度100.00%,特异度94.00%。结论:慢性肾小球肾炎患者血清MCP-1、sFlt-1水平明显上升,可作为患者预后评估的潜在生物学指标。 展开更多

Objective:To study the correlation of serum cyclophilin A (CyPA) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) levels with carotid atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 106 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in our hospital between July 2011 and August 2015 were selected as observation group, and 50 cases of healthy persons who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group. The serum CyPA and MCP-1 contnets in two groups were determined. According to the median of CyPA and MCP-1 contents in observation group, they were divided into high CyPA group and low CyPA group as well as high MCP-1 group and low MCP-1 group, 53 cases in each group. Contents of lipid metabolism indexes and carotid atherosclerosis illness-related indicators were compared between acute cerebral infarction patients with different CyPA and MCP-1 contents.Results:Serum CyPA and MCP-1 contents in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. Serum TC, LP(a) and LDL-C contents in high CyPA group and high MCP-1 group were higher than those in low CyPA group and low MCP-1 group while HDL-C contents were lower than those in low CyPA group and low MCP-1 group. Serum CysC, Hcy and UA contents in high CyPA group and high MCP-1 group were higher than those in low CyPA group and low MCP-1 group.Conclusion: Serum CyPA and MCP-1 contents in patients with acute cerebral infarction are higher than those in normal population, and the contents of CyPA and MCP-1 are positively correlated with the degree of carotid atherosclerosis. 展开更多

HIV-associated dementia(HAD)is a public health problem and is particularly prevalent in drug abusers.The neuropathogenesis of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection involves a complex cascade of inflammatory events,including monocyte/macrophage infiltration in the brain,glial immune activation and release of neurotoxic substances.In these events,astrocytic-derived monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)plays an important role,whose release is elevated by HIV transactivator of transcription(HIV tat)and could be further elevated by opiates.This review will also consider some critical factors and events in MCP-1 enhancement induced by the interactions of opiate and HIV tat,including the mediating role of mu opioid receptor(MOR)and CCR2 as well as the possible signal transduction pathways within the cells.Finally,it will make some future perspectives on the exact pathways,new receptors and target cells,and the vulnerability to neurodegeneration with HIV and opiates. 展开更多

Variation of Serum Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 in Patients with Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome

This study investigated the variation of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) in patients with both diabetes mellitus(DM) and metabolic syndrome(MS).Based on the International Diabetes Federation(IDF) diagnostic criteria,93 patients enrolled in this study were divided into four groups:normal control(NC),simple DM,simple MS,and DM plus MS(DM-MS) groups.The main measures included height,weight,waist circumference(WC),hip circumference,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),serum triglyceride(TG),HDL-ch,LDL-ch,and MCP-1.The results showed that the serum levels of MCP-1 in the DM-MS group were significantly increased as compared with those in the DM and MS groups(P0.05),and the increase in the MCP-1 level in the DM group was much higher than in the MS group(P0.05).The DM-MS group had the highest HOMA-IR levels,followed by MS,DM and NC groups(P0.05).Correlation tests showed that the association of MCP-1 with age,HDL-ch,or LDL-ch was insignificant,whereas that of MCP-1 with body mass index(BMI),waist hip rate(WHR),WC,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),TG,and HOMA-IR was significantly positive.It was concluded that circulating MCP-1 was substantially increased in patients with both DM and MS as compared with that in the patients with DM or MS alone,and the central obese state may contribute to a more vicious proinflammatory condition and insulin resistance in patients with diabetes. 展开更多

Objective: To study the chemotactic superfamily genes expression profiling of macrophage line U937 treated with monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) using gene chip technique. Methods: Total RNA from macrophage line U937 (as control) and U937 with MCP-1 was extracted, made reverse transcript to cDNA and tested with gene expression chip HO2 human. Results: Some chemotactic-related gene expressions were changed in all analyzed genes. Regulated upon activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES) was up-regulated over 2-fold and 7 chemotactic-related genes (CCR2, CCR5, CCL16, GROβ, GROγ, IL-8 and granulocyte chemotactic protein 2) were down-regulated over 2-fold in MCP-1 treated U937 cells at mRNA level. Conclusion: MCP-1 can influence some chemokines and receptors expression in macrophage in vitro, in which MCP-1 mainly down-regulates the chemotactic genes expression of those influencing neutrophilic granulocyte (GROβ, GROγ, IL-8 and granulocyte chemotactic protein 2). Another novel finding is that it can also down-regulate the mRNA level of CCR5, which plays a critical role in many disorders and illnesses. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of Linagliptin on tumor necrosis factor receptor and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods: A total of 98 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random double-blind method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Metformin, whereas the experimental group was treated with Linagliptin plus Metformin. After 3 months of continuous treatment, the renal function [urinary albumin excretion rate, 24 h urine protein quantitation and serum creatinine], glycolipids metabolic levels [glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglycerides], monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, tumor necrosis factor receptor, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment, the levels of UAER, 24 h Upor and Scr in the experimental group were shown to be lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. After 3 months of treatment, the levels of HbA1c, FPG, TC and TG in the experimental group were shown to be lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. After 3 months of treatment, the levels of MCP-1, sTNFR1 and hs-CRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion: For patients with diabetic nephropathy, Linagliptin is with higher safety, which can help improve their glycolipids metabolic levels and renal function, reduce the inflammatory response and the levels of MCP-1 and sTNFR1, and yet incur fewer adverse reactions. 展开更多

目的探究小儿IgA肾病(IgAN)肾小管间质病变与血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgA/补体C3比值及尿液核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平的关系。方法回顾性分析2020年4月至2023年4月南阳市中心医院收治的60例IgAN患儿的临床资料,根据肾小管间质病变与否... 目的探究小儿IgA肾病(IgAN)肾小管间质病变与血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgA/补体C3比值及尿液核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平的关系。方法回顾性分析2020年4月至2023年4月南阳市中心医院收治的60例IgAN患儿的临床资料,根据肾小管间质病变与否分为对照组(无病变)6例和观察组(有病变)54例,同时根据观察组患者的活检病理结果对肾小管间质损害程度进行分级,其中A组(轻度病变)25例、B组(中度病变)19例和C组(重度病变)10例,比较三组患儿的肝功能相关指标及血清IgA、IgA/C3比值和尿液MCP-1水平,采用Spearman相关性分析血清IgA、IgA/C3比值、尿液MCP-1水平与小儿IgA肾病肾小管间质病变的关系。结果观察组患者的N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)和β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)分别为(51.09±21.15)U/L、(667.40±224.89)μg/L,明显高于对照组的(13.15±5.42)U/L、(215.86±81.65)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的肌酐清除率为(65.82±16.05)mL/min,明显低于对照组的(90.15±11.23)m L/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着肾小管间质病变程度的加重,NAG、β_(2)-MG水平随之升高,肌酐清除率随之降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿的IgA和IgA/C3比值分别为(2.85±1.66)g/L、3.06±1.55,明显低于观察组的(5.85±2.29)g/L、6.56±2.16,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的MCP-1水平为(1.02±0.19)ng/L,明显低于对照组的(1.97±0.57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着肾小管间质病变程度的加重,MCP-1水平随之升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Spearman相关性分析结果显示,IgAN患儿肾小管间质病变与NAG、β_(2)-MG、IgA、IgA/C3比值、MCP-1水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与肌酐清除率呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论IgA、IgA/C3比值、MCP-1水平与IgAN患儿肾小管间质病变呈正相关,临床可通过检测IgA、IgA/C3比值、MCP-1水平,以评估IgAN病情和肾小管间质损伤程度。 展开更多

目的探讨全血核仁磷酸蛋白1(NPM1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、肠道菌群与胃癌进展及预后的相关性。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月在南阳市第二人民医院收治的胃癌患者120例作为胃癌组,另选取同期胃镜检查胃良性病变患者120例作为胃... 目的探讨全血核仁磷酸蛋白1(NPM1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、肠道菌群与胃癌进展及预后的相关性。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月在南阳市第二人民医院收治的胃癌患者120例作为胃癌组,另选取同期胃镜检查胃良性病变患者120例作为胃良性病变组,再选取同期健康体检者120例作为对照组。RT-qPCR检测NPM1 mRNA、MCP-1 mRNA转录水平;用MicroScan微生物鉴定分析系统检测肠道菌群;用Pearson法分析血清NPM1、MCP-1和肠道菌群的相关性;用多因素COX回归分析胃癌患者预后的影响因素。结果对照组、胃良性病变组和胃癌组NPM1 mRNA、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌水平依次降低(P<0.05),而MCP-1 mRNA、肠球菌和大肠埃希菌水平依次升高(P<0.05)。胃癌Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的NPM1 mRNA、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌水平显著低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05),MCP-1 mRNA、肠球菌和大肠埃希菌水平显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析表明,胃癌患者NPM1 mRNA与MCP-1 mRNA水平呈负相关(P<0.05),NPM1 mRNA与双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌呈正相关(P<0.05),与肠球菌和大肠埃希菌呈负相关(P<0.05),MCP-1 mRNA与与双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌呈负相关(P<0.05),与肠球菌和大肠埃希菌呈正相关(P<0.05)。预后不良组NPM1 mRNA、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌水平显著低于预后良好组(P<0.05),MCP-1 mRNA、肠球菌和大肠埃希菌水平显著高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。COX回归分析表明,MCP-1 mRNA、肠球菌和大肠埃希菌是影响胃癌患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05),NPM1 mRNA、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌是保护因素(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者中NPM1、肠道双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌水平降低,MCP-1、肠球菌和大肠埃希菌水平升高,其均与胃癌进展和预后密切相关。 展开更多

目的分析绝经后H型高血压(HHT)合并骨质疏松症(OP)患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP)-1、正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)、生长分化因子15(GDF15)的变化及其临床意义。方法选取2020年6月至2023年5月我院收治的127例绝经后HHT合并OP患者为研究组,另选取... 目的分析绝经后H型高血压(HHT)合并骨质疏松症(OP)患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP)-1、正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)、生长分化因子15(GDF15)的变化及其临床意义。方法选取2020年6月至2023年5月我院收治的127例绝经后HHT合并OP患者为研究组,另选取同期85例绝经后OP患者为OP组,62例绝经后单纯HHT患者为HHT组、60例体检健康的绝经后女性志愿者为健康组。比较4组血清MCP-1、PTX3、GDF15水平、股骨颈和腰椎(L_(1~4))骨密度、血清骨代谢指标[骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)]及炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]。采用Pearson相关性分析血清MCP-1、PTX3、GDF15水平与骨密度、血清骨代谢指标及炎症因子的相关性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清MCP-1、PTX3、GDF15对绝经后HHT合并OP的诊断价值。结果与健康组比较,OP组、HHT组及研究组血清MCP-1、PTX3、GDF15、BGP、β-CTX、PINP水平均较高,且OP组高于HHT组,研究组高于OP组和HHT组(P<0.05)。与健康组比较,OP组、HHT组及研究组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均较高,且HHT组高于OP组,研究组高于OP组和HHT组(P<0.05)。与健康组比较,OP组、HHT组及研究组的股骨颈和腰椎(L_(1~4))骨密度均较低,且OP组低于HHT组,研究组低于OP组和HHT组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,血清MCP-1、PTX3、GDF15水平与股骨颈和腰椎(L_(1~4))骨密度呈负相关,与血清BGP、β-CTX、PINP、TNF-α、IL-6水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,血清MCP-1、PTX3、GDF15联合诊断绝经后HHT合并OP的AUC值为0.945,高于单独指标诊断。结论绝经后HHT合并OP患者血清MCP-1、PTX3、GDF15水平升高,且与股骨颈和腰椎(L_(1~4))骨密度、血清骨代谢指标及炎症因子密切相关,三者联合检测对诊断绝经后HHT合并OP患者有较高价值。 展开更多

目的探讨血清单核细胞趋化因子蛋白1(MCP-1)和巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1β(MIP-1β)水平与老年脓毒症患者心肌损伤的相关性。方法前瞻纳入2021年3月~2022年3月医院50例出现心肌损伤的老年脓毒症患者,纳入心肌损伤组,同期50例未出现心肌损伤的... 目的探讨血清单核细胞趋化因子蛋白1(MCP-1)和巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1β(MIP-1β)水平与老年脓毒症患者心肌损伤的相关性。方法前瞻纳入2021年3月~2022年3月医院50例出现心肌损伤的老年脓毒症患者,纳入心肌损伤组,同期50例未出现心肌损伤的老年脓毒症患者,纳入非心肌损伤组,测定并比较两组入院时血清MCP-1和MIP-1β水平,分析血清MCP-1和MIP-1β水平与老年脓毒症患者心肌损伤的关系。结果心肌损伤组血清心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、B型钠尿肽前体(Pro-BNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、MCP-1和MIP-1β表达水平高于非心肌损伤组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);经单项Logistic回归分析后建立多元回归模型行多因素分析,结果显示,血清c TnT、Pro-BNP、CK-MB、MCP-1、MIP-1β表达与老年脓毒症患者心肌损伤有关,可能是老年脓毒症患者心肌损伤的预测因素(OR>1,P<0.05);绘制ROC曲线发现,血清MCP-1、MIP-1β表达单独及联合预测老年脓毒症患者心肌损伤的AUC均>0.850,均有一定预测价值。结论血清MCP-1、MIP-1β过表达可能与老年脓毒症患者心肌损伤有关,增加心肌损伤,联合检测老年脓毒症早期血清MCP-1和MIP-1β水平可预测心肌损伤风险。 展开更多
