The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domest...The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domestic and foreign higher education institutions and identifies some differences in the internationalization of talent cultivation among different countries and regions.Firstly,the study summarizes the changes in talent cultivation through domestic study abroad programs and overseas study programs.Then,this paper introduces the“Knowledge-Practice-Research”international talent cultivation model in China and the international talent cultivation model in Japan as an example.Finally,this study compares the international talent cultivation models in domestic and foreign higher education institutions.The results indicate that the internationalization of talent cultivation models needs to be adjusted according to different training objectives,specific countries,and even regional circumstances to adapt to local characteristics and the international environment.Overall,different countries and regions have different emphases and characteristics in the internationalization of talent cultivation in higher education institutions.However,regardless of the country,higher education institutions should focus on enhancing students’international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills to adapt to the globalized economic and social environment.展开更多

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(refer...The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.展开更多

文摘Since Jimei navigation College of Fujian Province started five-year junior college education in 1984,five-year higher vocational education has become one of the important forms of Higher Vocational Education in China.In the 1960s,with the rapid development of Japan's economy,there was a shortage of technical personnel.In order to cultivate a large number of technical personnel in a short period of time,Japan's specialized colleges and universities recruited junior high school graduates,studied in school for five years,and obtained an associate's degree after graduation,which provided a large number of technical personnel for the development of Japan's basic industry manufacturing industry.By combing the development process of Japan's colleges and universities,this paper studies Japan's colleges and universities from the aspects of school running subjects,talent training objectives,training methods and evaluation methods.It can provide the basis and implementation methods for China to better promote the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education,strengthen the training of secondary and higher vocational education,and provide theoretical basis and practical experience for improving the quality of five-year higher vocational education.
文摘Red culture is a rare high-quality ideological and political education resources, which plays an important role in promoting ideological and political work in Colleges and universities and improving the quality of personnel training. Ideological and political education is invisible and invisible, but it plays a decisive role in a person's growth. Red culture is marked by the great achievements made by the Communist Party of China in leading the people in the revolutionary struggle, and is carried by the commemorative landmark formed in the process of building a successful career. Combining rich red cultural resources with ideological and political work in colleges and universities is conducive to the inheritance of red culture and the healthy development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. For college students, thorough theory and perfect logic are indeed the necessary means to accept ideology indoctrination. Through the analysis of the connotation and value of red culture, this paper proposes to innovate ideological and political education, and integrate red culture into college ideological and political education to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.

文摘The concept of“New Engineering”has put forward new challenges to the talents cultivation of universities.Due to some problems of the traditional Software Engineering curriculum,e.g.separated design at undergraduate-level and graduate-level courses,poor curriculum structure,lacking of industry characteristics.This paper proposes an integrated undergraduate-graduate education curriculum for Software Engineering Major,which is based on Software Engineering specialty knowledge system(C-SWEBOK)and focuses on the current national strategic demands.Additionally,the curriculum combines with the University’s transportation characteristics,and fuses the discipline of Software Engineering and Intelligent Transportation.The multi-level curriculum designed in this paper is with reasonable structure,complete system,progressive content,and salient feature,which provides the strong support for cultivating high-qualified software talents in line with national strategies and industry needs.
文摘It is a challenge to cultivate senior and comprehensive talents in software engineering.To promote the quality of software engineering education,this paper proposes a new education model of long-term education system and combines Bachelor-Master degree program by mirroring the experience of higher engineering education in the world and integrating with the current situation of universities and industries in China.The proposed model joins the higher degree education with vocational education by carrying out the interdisciplinary and university-enterprise joint education.The demonstration shows that this education model has its necessity and feasibility in China higher education,and provides a reference to improve the education quality for the higher engineering education in China.
