Due to different backgrounds, the regional developmental model of minorities in the western China is different from the Han nationality and western countries. Combining a knowledge-based civilization and sustainable development, the minority areas can seek the systematic integration of culture-economy-ecology. Based on this, the paper suggests that the minority areas in western China should take the way of emphasizing developmental quality rather than developmental quantity for a harmonious system of culture-economy-ecology. Also, the country that accumulated a history of immigration over decades have been promoted while continuously changing the integration policies for immigrants. The immigration into home country such as the married immigrant women, etc. is constantly increasing in South Korea that had a homogeneous culture. While, it is continued to the overseas movement of young people looking for opportunities in foreign rather than domestic. In South Korea, the multi-cultural families are increasing together with the immigration of foreign workers, the marriage immigrants, etc. in accordance with the globalization of capital and labor, and the multi-cultural society is being formed in accordance with the influx of alien culture and various religious. In this paper, it explored the trends and the future outlook for the multi-cultural workforce in these dimensions. Also, in a multi-cultural society, it suggested the implications and the future assignments for the new changes in the education ＆ training and the employment in order to improve the quality of life and to use as the production entities of multi-cultural workforce.展开更多

Each individual member of a society is influenced b...This work deals with the development of multi-cultural network-centric dynamic models under the influence of personal intra- and inter-members, as well as community. Each individual member of a society is influenced by her/his interactions with fellow members of the family, neighborhood, region and the universe. The behavior of such complex and highly interacting social networks is characterized by stochastic interconnected dynamical systems. The primary goal is on laying down an investigation of both qualitative and quantitative properties of this network dynamical system. In particular, we would like to determine the regions of conflicts and coexietence as well as to establish the cohesion and stability of emerging states. This is achieved by employing the method of system of differential inequalities and comparison theorems in the context of the energy function. The developed energy function method provides estimates for regions of conflict and cooperation. Moreover, the method also provides sufficient conditions for the community cohesion and stability in a systematic way.展开更多
