Ecological demonstration area (EDA) is an authorized nomination, which should be assessed from several aspects, including ecological, social, environmental, economic ones and so on. It is difficult to advance an exact developing level index of EDA due to its indicator system’s complexity and disequilibrium. In this paper, a framework of indicators was set to evaluate, monitor and examine the comprehensive level of ecological demonstration area (EDA). Fuzzy logic method was used to develop the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model (FCEM), which could quantitatively reveal the developing degree of EDA. Huiji District of Zhengzhou, Henan Province, one of the 9th group of national EDAs, was taken as a study case. The framework of FCEM for the integrated system included six subsystems, which were social, economic, ecological, rural, urban and accessorial description ones. The research would be valuable in the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of EDA and would work as a guide in the construction practices of Huiji ecological demonstration area. 展开更多

To implement a quantificational evaluation for mechanical kinematic scheme more effectively,a multi-level and multi-objective evaluation model is presented using neural network and fuzzy theory. Firstly,the structure of evaluation model is constructed according to evaluation indicator system. Then evaluation samples are generated and provided to train this model. Thus it can reflect the relation between attributive value and evaluation result,as well as the weight of evaluation indicator. Once evaluation indicators of each candidate are fuzzily quantified and fed into the trained network model,the corresponding evaluation result is outputted and the best alternative can be selected. Under this model,expert knowledge can be effectively acquired and expressed,and the quantificational evaluation can be implemented for kinematic scheme with multi-level evaluation indicator system. Several key problems on this model are discussed and an illustration has demonstrated that this model is feasible and can be regarded as a new idea for solving kinematic scheme evaluation. 展开更多

The main goal of this paper is to analyze network delays’ influence on evaluation results, and present a fuzzy-logic based solution to eliminate the impact and improve the precision of evaluation. From the perspective of geological zone selection for coalbed methane(CBM) development, the evaluation parameters(covering geological conditions and production conditions) of geological sweetspot for CBM development are determined, and the evaluation index system of geological sweetspot for CBM development is established. On this basis, the fuzzy pattern recognition(FPR) model of geological sweetspot for CBM development is built. The model is applied to evaluate four units of No.3 Coal Seam in the Fanzhuang Block, southern Qinshui Basin, China. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual development effect and the existing research results, which verifies the rationality and reliability of the FPR model. The research shows that the proposed FPR model of geological sweetspot for CBM development does not involve parameter weighting which leads to uncertainties in the results of the conventional models such as analytic hierarchy process and multi-level fuzzy synthesis judgment, and features a simple computation without the construction of multi-level judgment matrix. The FPR model provides reliable results to support the efficient development of CBM. 展开更多

Sensory evaluation is the evaluation of signals that a human receives via its senses of sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing. In today’s industrial companies, sensory evaluation is widely used in quality inspection of products, in marketing study and in many other fields such as risk evaluation, investment evaluation and safety evaluation. In practice, setting up a suitable mathematical formulation, an efficient working procedure and a pertinent computing method for sensory evaluation is quite difficult because of uncertainty and imprecision in sensory panels and their results involving linguistic expressions, non normalized data, data reliability, etc. At the present a prime problem of the practitioner is not the lack of useful methods but the lack of transparency in this area. In this tutorial lecture, we briefly describe some of the technology in the computational intelligence (CI) areas that has been developed for application to sensory evaluation and related fields. Moreover, we will illustrate the role of CI in sensory evaluation related applications from some recent publications. 展开更多

In the northwestern part of China,rational and efficient management of irrigation and nitrogen significantly affects the intensive production of greenhouse cucumbers(Cucumis sativus L).To evaluate the effects of different combinations of water use and nitrogen(N)on yield,quality,and profitability of the greenhouse cucumbers that planted in 2018 Spring,nine combined treatments were applied.Results indicated the optimal irrigation and nitrogen demands for yield,quality and other indicators were different.The irrigation amount significantly affected the yield,and the yield gradually increased with increasing in irrigation.Single fruit weight(SFW)was significantly affected by the amount of irrigation,nitrogen and their interactions,and the higher amounts of N and irrigation were beneficial to the increase of SFW.The partial factor productivity of the applied N(PFPN)gradually increased with the nitrogen amount decline.Irrigation water use efficiency(IWUE)was closely related to the amount of irrigation.The higher irrigation amount would lead to the lower IWUE.When the amounts of irrigation and nitrogen were at an intermediate level,the content of vitamin C(VC)reached the maximum.As the amount of nitrogen was increased or irrigation was decreased,the Nitrate content(NC)would increase.Free amino acid(FAA)and NC followed a similar variation.When the amounts of irrigation and nitrogen both were at medium levels,the total soluble sugar concentration(TSSC)reached the highest.The multi-level fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate different indicators of cucumber.The weights of indicators in the first and second layer were determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,respectively.Then the fuzzy algorithm was used to comprehensively evaluate all the treatments.The evaluation results show that T4(irrigation,1957.6 m3/hm2;N,210 kg/hm2)is the best strategy for greenhouse cucumber irrigation and nitrogen management in the northwestern part of China. 展开更多

The apparent contradiction between usability and security has been discussed in the literature for several years.This continuous trade-off requires be acknowledging and handling whenever security solutions are introduced.However,some progressive analysts point out that present security solutions are usually very difficult for several users,and they have expressed a willingness to simplify the security product user experience.Usable security is still mostly unexplored territory in computer science.Which we are all aware with security and usability on many levels,usable security has received little operational attention.Companies have recently focused primarily on usable security.As consumers prefer to discard unsatisfactory solutions,attaining well-balanced degrees of both is a prerequisite for adequate security.Usability should be examined from the viewpoint of security to be properly assessed.The aim of this research study is to explore and discuss universally accepted and solutionindependent factors influencing the perceived usable-security of institutional websites.An integrated Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic term sets based technique was chosen as the methodology,and the experts and academicians opinion were collected.The use of predetermined selection criteria resulted in the compilation of statistical findings and were used to determine the usable-security of five different instituational websites. 展开更多

We briefly present an induction method that was developed to extract qualitative knowledge from data samples. The induction process is run under interpretability constraints to ensure the fuzzy rules have a meaning for the human expert. 【目的】果实感官品质是决定果品市场竞争力最重要的因素,建立科学的柑橘果实综合感官品质评价方法,明确不同产地柑橘果实感官品质差异,探究消费者偏好性,筛选与柑橘感官属性密切相关的代谢产物,为柑橘育种、实际生产及市场销售提供理... 【目的】果实感官品质是决定果品市场竞争力最重要的因素,建立科学的柑橘果实综合感官品质评价方法,明确不同产地柑橘果实感官品质差异,探究消费者偏好性,筛选与柑橘感官属性密切相关的代谢产物,为柑橘育种、实际生产及市场销售提供理论支撑和数字化方法。【方法】以具有品质差异的9个产区沃柑果实为试验材料,首先组织评价员对样品各感官属性及权重进行评价,利用模糊数学得出不同感官属性的权重排名,并对不同产地样品的综合感官品质进行排序及分组;同时,检测常规理化指标,并通过气相色谱质谱联用仪(gas chromatography-massspectrometry,GC-MS)和高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)分析与果实风味相关的可溶性糖、有机酸、氨基酸、类黄酮等代谢产物;进而利用OPLS-DA分析不同组间样品的主要差异代谢物,并通过皮尔逊相关性分析将样品各感官属性与相关代谢物质数据进行关联;最终获得可反映沃柑风味品质的重要代谢标志物。【结果】沃柑感官属性权重排名为果肉甜度>果肉酸度>果肉化渣性>果实色泽>果实香气>果实外形;常规指标固酸比不适合用于沃柑果实样品内在品质优劣的精准分级。因此,基于综合感官品质差异,9个产地沃柑样品被划分为两组,高感官品质组沃柑样品综合得分均高于60分,低感官品质组综合得分均低于60分。OPLS-DA分析表明,3种主要差异代谢产物可在风味上显著区分高、低感官品质组沃柑样品,这些物质分别为L-谷氨酸、橙皮苷和L-缬氨酸。皮尔逊相关性分析表明,α-酮戊二酸、L-谷氨酸和橙皮苷含量与沃柑综合感官品质、甜度和酸度得分多呈显著负相关。【结论】模糊数学可用于沃柑果实综合品质评价,消费者对沃柑的果肉甜度和酸度更为关注,L-谷氨酸和橙皮苷对沃柑果实品质差异的形成具有重要作用。 展开更多

软件质量是软件开发相关各方共同关注的目标,软件质量定量评价是软件工程领域的热点问题。在国内外对软件质量定量评价方法研究的不足之处的基础上,提出了运用模糊逻辑理论对软件质量进行定量评价的技术方法,即首先通过工程化方法筛选... 软件质量是软件开发相关各方共同关注的目标,软件质量定量评价是软件工程领域的热点问题。在国内外对软件质量定量评价方法研究的不足之处的基础上,提出了运用模糊逻辑理论对软件质量进行定量评价的技术方法,即首先通过工程化方法筛选软件质量评价要素,并确定软件质量评价要素和质量评价等级模糊集,然后建立它们之间的模糊关系和质量要素权重集,经过最大——最小复合运算,计算出反映软件质量的评价向量值;通过应用实例,得出一个软件系统(XTMAIS)质量的实际评价等级;提出了进一步研究的方向。研究结果表明,该方法符合模糊逻辑理论的应用特点和软件工程的发展方向,理论上先进,技术上可行,在软件工程领域具有推广、应用价值。 展开更多

2013年7月22日,甘肃省岷县漳县交界处发生了MS6.6级地震(岷县地震),本文以这次地震烈度Ⅷ度区为研究区,根据地震前后遥感影像解译出来的2330个地震滑坡数据,以坡度、坡向、水系、岩性和断层为因子图层,分别应用模糊逻辑法,信息量模型... 2013年7月22日,甘肃省岷县漳县交界处发生了MS6.6级地震(岷县地震),本文以这次地震烈度Ⅷ度区为研究区,根据地震前后遥感影像解译出来的2330个地震滑坡数据,以坡度、坡向、水系、岩性和断层为因子图层,分别应用模糊逻辑法,信息量模型及Shannon熵改进的信息量模型,对研究区的地震滑坡易发性进行评价.结果表明①滑坡的高易发性地区位于研究区的中间部分,以及水系0~50m这一缓冲区范围内,离水系越近滑坡易发性等级越高;②应用ROC曲线对3个模型的易发性评价结果进行比较,信息量模型和Shannon熵改进的信息量模型的AUC值分别为0.8488,0.8502;模糊逻辑模型的AUC值为0.7640,表明前两个模型的表现较好,而模糊逻辑模型相对来说表现一般;③通过对比3个模型中各等级易发性所占的面积比例和各等级易发性中滑坡数目占总数比例,表明Shannon熵改进后的模型更适用于灾害风险评价以及应急风险管理等实际应用. 展开更多
