Research in the nanofibers field is attracting an ever-increasing attention from the industrial and academic sector. This attention is justified by the high specific surface area and high porosity, diversity of physic...Research in the nanofibers field is attracting an ever-increasing attention from the industrial and academic sector. This attention is justified by the high specific surface area and high porosity, diversity of physical/chemical modification, and simplicity of hybridization. This review summarizes the state-of-the-art progress on the fabrication of polymeric nanofibers(PNFs) with particular emphasis on their scalable productions for emerging applications. First, the engineering processes and equipment for PNFs production are briefly introduced, and the effects of the polymer precursors, operational parameters, and environmental conditions on the nanofiber’s formation are illustrated. The past achievements and current challenges of PNF preparation in industrial production are also discussed. Hybridization methods to prepare multifunctional composite nanofibers are also reviewed, including organic incorporation modification, loading functional inorganic nanomaterials, and biological active components on/into nanofibers. Given these hybridizations and functions, a variety of applications are then discussed, focusing mainly on environmental and biomedical applications. Finally, conclusions are drawn and prospects are given according to the reviewed research.展开更多

From the early stage of manually geo-logging to the modern mudlogging with new techonlogies of MWD, LWD and QFT etc. The new technologies have played very important roles in the exploring of oil & gas. Being one of the newest technology of mudlogging, QFT has been widely used in oilfield for about 3 years. When it is put in operation in some oilfields of China in 1997, its advantages in oil & gas detection at wellsite have been continuously recognized,especially in the detection of shows of light oil and condensed oil. A set of powerful classification standard of resource rock oil bearing grades and the interpretation standards have been summarized by the application of the quantitative fluorescencelogging techniques (QFT) in Basins of China, together with gas-logging data, and other information got from the Geo-logging procedures at wellsite.展开更多

Through a series of complete tests of remote sensing techniques such as multi-level (space, aerial and ground) synchronous remote-sensing and multi-directional, multiband and multitemporal remote sensing, the optimal procedure for applications of remote sensing techniques in coal geology has been determined. The theories and methods established in the applied researches have yielded apparent economic results and social benefits in respect to coal field prediction, coal reconnaissance, coal geological surveys and detection of geological hazards in coal mines.展开更多
Objective: This project is to analyze and evaluate the efYect of the painless technique in the visual induced abortion. Methods: 300 pregnant women who needed induced abortion and had no contraindication were selected...Objective: This project is to analyze and evaluate the efYect of the painless technique in the visual induced abortion. Methods: 300 pregnant women who needed induced abortion and had no contraindication were selected as the research objects. Under the condition of the informed consent of the pregnant women, they were divided into two groups according to the different methods of the induced abortion. 150 cases in the observation group were treated with the painless technique for visual abortion, and 150 cases in the control group were treated with the painless technique for the blind curettage. Relevant surgical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The operation time, the vaginal bleeding time, the induced abortion syndrome, the uterine aspiration incompleteness, and the postoperative infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05), with the statistical significance. The incidence of complications in the observation group (8.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (37.50%). The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05), with the statistical significance. Conclusion: The visual induced abortion with the painless technique is of great value in the outpatient induced abortion, and it is worth adopting and applying.展开更多

Afterwards, we direct our attention to different methods of variations which evolved during the last century and which include their use in eigenvalue problems and in finite difference methods and those adopted in classical and quantum mechanics. The methods used in evaluating products and quotients of functionals are also discussed along with variational iteration methods.
