Challenges and Teaching Reform Strategies in Vocational College Engineering Training Courses

With the rapid development of vocational education,engineering training has become a crucial course for cultivating highly skilled technical professionals,highlighting its importance.However,vocational college engineering training courses still face numerous challenges during the actual teaching process,which affect the effectiveness of course teaching and the enhancement of students’engineering competence.This article thoroughly analyzes the main problems existing in current engineering training course teaching,focusing on four aspects:students’cognitive differences,inadequate course development,poor course adaptability,and limited teaching resources.Based on this analysis and previous research findings,targeted strategies are proposed,including enhancing students’course cognition,clarifying course positioning,improving course adaptability,and optimizing the allocation of teaching resources.Furthermore,this article preliminarily verifies the effectiveness of some reform strategies through a small-scale teaching experiment.This study aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for enhancing the teaching quality of vocational college engineering training courses.

The Fundamentals of Combustion course is an important compulsory course for Energy and Power Engineering Majors under the background of carbon peaking.According to the characteristics of teaching and scientific research at present,combined with the characteristics of complexity,interdisciplinary and rapid technology update of this course,this paper discusses the teaching content and teaching design of this course to meet the needs of talents of production,teaching and research under the background of new engineering course.It proposes more applicable teaching methods and practical means to broaden students horizons,stimulate students autonomous learning momentum,master the professional knowledge application ability,and cultivate innovative and competitive engineering professionals to adapt to the new energy strategy.

Research and Practice of Course Reform in English Majors of Colleges and Universities from the Ideological and Political Perspective

There is an urgent need for high-quality talents with ideological and moral character for the development of higher education and the cultivation of English majors who meet the requirements of the times.The course reform in English majors from the ideological and political perspective is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality and moral values of students,which helps to cultivate English talents with social responsibility and innovative abilities.This paper analyzes the problems in the current courses through literature review and field research,such as the lack of ideological and political perspective and low interest of students in ideological and political content.Based on these issues,taking the course“Comprehensive English”as an example,various teaching stages were practiced from the aspects of learning objectives,learning content,learning situation,implementation ideas,implementation effects,and teaching evaluation.Additionally,some suggestions are proposed,such as integrating ideological and political content into the entire process of teaching.The teaching staff needs to possess high-level English teaching ability and ideological and political perspective,standardize the evaluation system,and integrate epistemology into the evaluation process of ideological and political education,in order to promote in-depth research and exploration of ideological and political education of English majors.

注重基础、立足工程、强化实践、融入模拟、激励创新——材料力学教学改革探索

材料力学是机械类、土木类和力学类等工科类专业的核心课程,课程秉承“强基础、重实践、融模拟、促创新”的理念;构建“融工程、融前沿、融思政”的教学资源与内容,夯实学生的力学理论知识,培养学生利用力学理论解决实际工程问题的能力,同时帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和职业观;将抽象的力学概念与三阶递进的课程实践融会贯通,培养学生的动手实践能力、探索精神和创新能力;将数值模拟技术引入课堂,初步培养学生利用数值模拟软件解决力学问题的能力。建立以传授知识为中心,以解决工程问题为导向,以创新实践为特点,以数值模拟软件为工具,以立德树人为根本的课堂。

中医药文化融入中医药院校课程思政模式的探索--以《老年护理学》课程为例

[目的]以中医药院校《老年护理学》课程为例,积极探索将中医药文化融入课程思政教育的教学改革新模式。[方法]通过文献研究法等方法,聚焦护理专业育人本质,构建《老年护理学》中医药文化课程思政方案和评价体系。[结果]通过老年护理四个维度“认识、实践、感悟、创新”,构建出中医药课程思政方案教学模式,根据不同维度形成全方位的课程思政评价体系,促进课程思政的有效实施。[结论]将中医药文化融入课程思政,解决医学专业教育与思政育人“两张皮”现象,为中医药文化继承发扬及现代化中医药高素质人才培养,作出了有益探索和贡献。

计算机网络学科发展迅速,容易造成高级计算机网络课程教学内容滞后于网络技术发展。针对课程建设中存在的这一问题,以及教学过程中存在的重理论轻实践等问题,基于课程实际情况提出建立以网络理论为基础,以前沿技术及应用为内容,以培养科研能力为核心的课程体系,从教学内容和方法、实践教学方式、论文研讨、教学资源共享和课程考核机制等方面进行了分析、探索与实践。教学实践表明,构建的高级计算机网络课程体系不仅培养了学生的专业素养和科学思维方法,而且提升了其实践和创新能力,为其后期从事科研工作奠定了基础。

本科助产综合实训课程思政的教学设计与实践

在新时代背景下,对助产人才的培养不仅需加强专业技能方面的学习,更要全方位提升学生的思政素养。为了贯彻落实教育部关于高校课程思政建设精神,我校结合实际开展了助产综合实训课程,并在其中融入课程思政的设计与实践,在见习、实训、虚拟仿真实验等环节有机融入思政元素,以实现树立助产专业信念,强化助产护理责任担当,感悟生命的可贵,培养人文关怀品质,传承大爱无疆的精神的育人目标。该文简要介绍课程思政融入本科助产综合实训课程的切入点和方法,为今后进一步开展其他相关课程思政改革教学活动提供参考。

测控技术与仪器专业控制类课程群实验实践教学改革与实践

控制类课程群是测控技术与仪器专业课程体系的重要组成部分,实验实践教学是工程教育的一个关键环节。该文分析合肥工业大学测控技术与仪器专业控制类课程群实验实践教学现状及问题,从课程群课程内容体系、课程实验规划、多元化的实验实践教学、考核与反馈评价机制等环节,提出一系列教学改革措施,建立创新型控制类课程群实验实践教学体系。该文所述方法在教学实践中取得一定的成效,研究成果为其他课程群的教学改革提供很好的参考价值。

基于培养新型药学人才的药事管理教学改革

药事管理学涉及药学的各个方向,各个层面,与所有药事活动都联系密切。药事管理学是药学类专业的核心课程,也是课程思政的主要阵地。文章基于培养有思想有高度的新型药学人才,以满足我国医药行业高速发展的需求,探索高等院校药学相关专业药事管理学教学的多方位改革。根据当代大学生知识来源丰富和思维表现活跃的时代特点,提出融入思政的教学理念、灵活多样的教学方法、与时俱进的教学内容、多项综合的评价体系,4项并举的立体式课程思政教学模式,并将该教学模式应用到药事管理学的教学过程中。文章对苏州大学药学院3个药学类专业的本科学生,进行了3年的教学实践,取得学生及用人单位的一致好评,为新型药学人才培养过程中相关专业课程的教学模式提供了有益的思路。

直接床位管理在骨科实习教学中的作用研究

目的探索实习医生在带教老师的协助下直接管床对提高实习教学质量的作用。方法选择2020年9—12月重庆医科大学附属第一医院骨科实习的30名临床医学专业实习生作为研究对象;随机分为对照组及管床组,每组15名,对照组进行常规带教,管床组除常规带教外由实习生直接管床。进行为期4周的实习教学,实习结束后分析2组的出科考核成绩以及对实习教学的满意度情况。结果出科考核成绩中管床组的成绩普遍好于对照组,尤其是技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总体满意率为80.0%,管床组的整体满意率则高达93.3%,管床组总体满意率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);后一个实习科室对2组实习生总体评价上,对照组中优良率为73.3%,管床组中的优良率达到了93.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论直接床位管理能够提升实习教学质量,提高实习生对实习教学的满意度。

应用实践导向的机器学习导论课程教学探讨

机器学习技术有很强的理论性和实用性。为提高学生对机器学习课程的兴趣和主动性,以计算机科学与技术专业机器学习导论教学为例,探究应用实践导向的机器学习导论课程教学改革,对每个机器学习算法设置对应的应用实践项目,构建1学时机器学习理论知识对应1学时项目实践的教学方式,将机器学习算法融入到实践项目中。教学实践证明,应用实践导向的机器学习导论教学模式能够明显提高理论和实践结合教学方法的效率,提高学生的积极性和主动性,培养学生解决实际问题的能力。

高校生态环境类课程综合性教学改革与实践

生态环境类课程已成为目前高校生态文明通识教育的主要组成部分,同时也是相应专业必修的专业课程。基于布鲁姆教育目标及教学目标,结合社会生态环境类复合型人才需求,通过十余年教学实践,对生态环境类课程及目标体系、知识模块化构建、教学实践模式及非标准化过程考核等方面进行一系列的综合改革与实践。在教学实践过程中,把不同认知目标融入到不同教学环节,基于线下和线上课堂进行混合式教学,实施非标准化考查模式。通过实践,学生知识体系实现从“点”到“面”的转变,学生对生态环境问题认识分析能力及社会实践素质有明显提高,具有较好的推广价值。

“园林综合实训”课程“项目沉浸式”教学改革实践——2022年风景园林学科调整之后的思考

“园林综合实训”课程不仅是风景园林专业本科教学重要的实践类课程,也是学生在走入社会前对专业综合技能的一次重要的检验和热身。现基于目前学科和行业发展中面临的新问题和新需求重新梳理课程的培养目标;基于“沉浸式教学”理念,对课程教学内容和教学进度安排进行改革优化,并采用校园实际场地营建项目的模式进行教学实践;通过分阶段介绍实训教学环节内容和要点,总结教学改革的成效与不足,提出进一步的改进措施,为提升综合实训课程教学效果和风景园林专业教学改革提供参考与借鉴。

政产教融合视角下畜牧业经济管理学课程教学改革

畜牧业经济管理学课程是培养高素质畜牧业管理人才的重要课程,具有较强的实践性,因此,应当满足政产教融合的要求。该文首先提出政产教融合下的畜牧业经济管理课程目标,指出目前该课程教学中普遍存在的问题,然后从教学方式、教学内容、教师体系和考核方式四个方面提出改革方案,并制定配套措施,以期为其他类似课程提供可资借鉴的政产教融合教学改革思路。
