However, numerous studies deal with trajectory tracking and velocity tracking separately, and the yaw stability is seldom considered during trajectory tracking. In this research, a combination of the longitudinal–lateral control method with the yaw stability in the trajectory tracking for autonomous vehicles is studied. Based on the vehicle dynamics, considering the longitudinal and lateral motion of the vehicle, the velocity tracking and trajectory tracking problems can be attributed to the longitudinal and lateral control. A sliding mode variable structure control method is used in the longitudinal control. The total driving force is obtained from the velocity error in order to carry out velocity tracking. A linear time-varying model predictive control method is used in the lateral control to predict the required front wheel angle for trajectory tracking. Furthermore, a combined control framework is established to control the longitudinal and lateral motions and improve the reliability of the longitudinal and lateral direction control. On this basis, the driving force of a tire is allocated reasonably by using the direct yaw moment control, which ensures good yaw stability of the vehicle when tracking the trajectory. Simulation results indicate that the proposed control strategy is good in tracking the reference velocity and trajectory and improves the performance of the stability of the vehicle.展开更多

At present, the solution of the problem only takes kinematic or dynamic model into account separately, so that the presented strategy is difficult to realize satisfactory tracking quality in practical application. Considering the unknown parameters of two models, this paper presents an adaptive controller for solving the trajectory tracking problem of a mobile robot. Firstly, an adaptive kinematic controller utilized to generate the command of velocity is designed based on Backstepping method. Then, in order to make the real velocity of mobile robot reach the desired velocity asymptotically, a dynamic adaptive controller is proposed adopting reference model and Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, through simulating typical trajectories including circular trajectory, fold line and parabola trajectory in normal and perturbed cases, the results illustrate that the control scheme can solve the tracking problem effectively. The proposed control law, which can tune the kinematic and dynamic model parameters online and overcome external disturbances, provides a novel method for improving trajectory tracking performance of the mobile robot.展开更多

First, the components of translational motion dynamics perpendicular to the velocity are derived, and then a guidance law based on a time-varying sliding mode method is used to realize trajectory tracking. Furthermore, the rotational equations of motion are separated into an actuated subsystem and an unactuated subsystem. And an adaptive time-varying sliding mode attitude controller is proposed based on the actuated subsystem to track the command attitude and the tracking performance and robustness are therefore enhanced. The proposed guidance law and attitude controller make the hypersonic vehicle fly along the reference trajectory even when the aileron is stuck at an unknown angle. Finally, a hypersonic benchmark platform is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.展开更多

The conventional association-based multi-target tracking(MTT) methods suffer from high computational complexity and limited usage in the presence of MRFT jamming. In order to solve the above problems, an efficient and adaptable probability hypothesis density(PHD) filter is proposed. Based on the gating strategy, the obtained measurements are firstly classified into the generalized newborn target and the existing target measurements. The two categories of measurements are independently used in the decomposed form of the PHD filter. Meanwhile,an amplitude feature is used to suppress the dense clutter. In addition, an MRFT jamming suppression algorithm is introduced to the filter. Target amplitude information and phase quantization information are jointly used to deal with MRFT jamming and the clutter by modifying the particle weights of the generalized newborn targets. Simulations demonstrate the proposed algorithm can obtain superior correct discrimination rate of MRFT, and high-accuracy tracking performance with high computational efficiency in the presence of MRFT jamming in the dense clutter.展开更多

The proof and simulation results testify the validity of the adaptive strategy for parameter learning and the neural network-adaptive strategy for the trajectory tracking control.

文摘This paper studies the trajectory tracking problem of flapping-wing micro aerial vehicles(FWMAVs)in the longitudinal plane.First of all,the kinematics and dynamics of the FWMAV are established, wherein the aerodynamic force and torque generated by flapping wings and the tail wing are explicitly formulated with respect to the flapping frequency of the wings and the degree of tail wing inclination. To achieve autonomous tracking,an adaptive control scheme is proposed under the hierarchical framework.Specifically,a bounded position controller with hyperbolic tangent functions is designed to produce the desired aerodynamic force, and a pitch command is extracted from the designed position controller.Next,an adaptive attitude controller is designed to track the extracted pitch command, where a radial basis function neural network is introduced to approximate the unknown aerodynamic perturbation torque. Finally, the flapping frequency of the wings and the degree of tail wing inclination are calculated from the designed position and attitude controllers, respectively. In terms of Lyapunov's direct method,it is shown that the tracking errors are bounded and ultimately converge to a small neighborhood around the origin.Simulations are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
文摘A nonlinear robust trajectory tracking strategy for a gliding hypersonic vehicle with an aileron stuck at an unknown position is presented in this paper. Finally, a hypersonic benchmark platform is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

文摘A comparative study of model predictive control(MPC)schemes and robust Hstate feedback control(RSC)method for trajectory tracking is proposed in this paper. The main objective of this paper is to compare MPC and RSC controllers’performance in tracking predefined trajectory under different scenarios.MPC controller is designed based on the simple longitudinal-yaw-lateral motions of a single-track vehicle with a linear tire, which is an approximation of the more realistic model of a vehicle with double-track motion with a non-linear tire mode.RSC is designed on the basis of the same method as adopted for the MPC controller to achieve a fair comparison. Then, three test cases are built in CarSim-Simulink joint platform.Specifically, the verification test is used to test the tracking accuracy of MPC and RSC controller under well road conditions.Besides, the double lane change test with low road adhesion is designed to find the maximum velocity that both controllers can carry out while guaranteeing stability.Furthermore,an extreme curve test is built where the road adhesion changes suddenly,in order to test the performance of both controllers under extreme conditions. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of MPC and RSC under different scenarios are also discussed.

文摘One of the primary difficulties in using powered parafoil(PPF) systems is the lack of effective trajectory tracking controllers since the trajectory tracking control is the essential operation for PPF to accomplish autonomous tasks. The characteristic model(CM) based all-coefficient adaptive control(ACAC) designed for PPF systems in horizontal and vertical trajectory control is proposed. The method is easy to use and convenient to adjust and test. Just a few parameters are adapted during the control process. In application, vertical and horizontal CMs are designed and ACAC controllers are constructed to control vertical altitude and horizontal trajectory of PPF based on the proposed CMs, respectively. Result analysis of different simulations shows that the applied ACAC control method is effective for trajectory tracking of the PPF systems and the approach guarantees the transient performance of the PPF systems with better disturbance rejection ability.

文摘A new seam-tracking method based on dynamic trajectory planning for a mobile welding robot is proposed in order to improve the response lag of the mobile robot and the high frequency oscillation in seam-tracking.By using a front-placed laser-based vision sensor to dynamically extract the location of the weld seam in front of torch, the trend and direction of the weld line is roughly obtained. The robot system autonomously and dynamically performs trajectory planning based on the isometric approximation model.Arc sensor technology is applied to detect the offset during welding process in real time. The dynamic compensation of the weld path is done in combination with the control of the mobile robot and the executive body installed on it.Simulated and experimental results demonstrate that the method effectively increases the stability of welding speed and smoothness of the weld track, and hence the weld formation in curves and corners is improved.

文摘Multi-range-false-target(MRFT) jamming is particularly challenging for tracking radar due to the dense clutter and the repeated multiple false targets. Simulations demonstrate the proposed algorithm can obtain superior correct discrimination rate of MRFT, and high-accuracy tracking performance with high computational efficiency in the presence of MRFT jamming in the dense clutter.

文摘A decoupling trajectory tracking method for gliding reentry vehicles is presented to improve the reliability of the guidance system. Function relations between state variables and control variables are analyzed. To reduce the coupling between control channels, the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)tracking system is separated into a series of two single-input single-output(SISO) subsystems. Tracking laws for both velocity and altitude are designed based on the sliding mode control(SMC). The decoupling approach is verified by the Monte Carlo simulations, and compared with the linear quadratic regulator(LQR) approach in some specific conditions. Simulation results indicate that the decoupling approach owns a fast convergence speed and a strong anti-interference ability in the trajectory tracking.
