The derivatives of the amino...The present paper covers the reversed phase HPLC separation and determination of fourteen derivatized amino acids with a new reagent N hydroxy succinimidyl 3 indolylacetate(SIIA). The derivatives of the amino acids were eluted by a mobile phase of methanol water containing 10 mmol/L H 3cit Na 2HPO 4 buffer of pH 3 5 and 1 2 mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide on an ODS column. The detection limits were pmol level or so, respectively, when a signal to noise ratio was 3. The method was applied to the determination of amino acids in tea sample with satisfactory results.展开更多
