Folklore is an important carrier to show local culture and express people’s emotions in the way of oral transmission.Tradition holds that folklore loses its vitality without oral narration.However,it is difficult to find the traditional context of telling and disseminating folklore only by word of mouth.More often,under the impetus of multiple contexts and different forces,folklore in multiple media is widely spread through mutual reference and integration.The current situation of the water Margin theory circulating in Liangshan area is enough to illustrate this point.Water Margin has a very long history of inheritance,from government officials to ordinary people,under the influence of different media,dissemination and inheritance,become a rich local cultural capital.In the current social development context,the spread of the outlaws of the Marsh is no longer a simple word of mouth.The emergence of high-tech means such as Television and the Internet,as well as the promotion of cultural tourism,has reconstructed the legend of the contemporary water Margin figures.In the process of the reconstruction of the local legend of the water margin in Liangshan,the joint efforts of national forces and market factors have promoted the blending and exchange of three different levels of literature,such as elite literature dominated by the legend of the water margin,popular literature represented by folk quyi and folk literature spread orally by the general public,forming a communication situation of mutual learning,mutual tolerance and interaction between elegance and customs.

Study the interaction between the development of specialized Southwest National Area Rural Tourism and New Countryside Construction

Southwest minority areas has its unique culture, natural landscape resources and post-development advantages, in recent years, the local government is developing rural tourism in order to promote local new rural construction. In practice, however, the lack of coordination measures necessary between rural tourism and new rural, leading to interoperability between the two thrust did not really been achieved. On the basis of analyzing current interaction of Liangshan rural tourism development and new rural construction, it focus more on discussing the strategy of developing rural tourism in Southwest National Area and the construction of new socialist countryside.

新文科背景下,课程思政融于高校外语金课建设体现了外语专业内涵建设的方向。外语金课在课程思政指引下获得方向性引导和理论支撑,有利于提升金课教学水平;课程思政以外语金课建设为依托,将德育目标贯穿教学全过程,有利于提高人才培养质量。基于新文科教育指导下某地方高校外语金课建设的实践,分析课程思政与外语金课建设的联动效应,并探索课程思政融入外语金课建设的有效路径,指出新文科教育推动了外语金课与课程思政的融合,对构建中国特色的外语课程话语体系起到了重要推动作用。

礼以纪政 怠礼失政——国家礼仪制度与政治文明建设关系论纲

自夏商周以降的传统国家礼仪制度,作为上层建筑的重要元素,一直影响中国古代经济基础以促进生产力发展,推进中国古代政治文明建设以促进社会进步与繁荣;新中国成立至2012年,在对传统礼制解构与传承的基础上,创造性地继承与创新性地发展传统国家礼仪制度,进而建构了具有中国特色的社会主义国家礼仪制度,促进了社会主义政治文明建设,逐步实现了由传统“礼仪之邦”向中国特色社会主义“礼仪之邦”的蜕变;自中国特色社会主义进入了新时代之后,进一步完善新时代国家礼仪制度,是促进政治文明建设的重要举措,而新时代政治文明建设,又会促使国家礼仪制度更加完善。故从历时性、理论性、实践性三个维度,综合运用文学、历史学、政治学、社会学等研究范式,来集中回应“如何以国家礼仪制度促进政治文明建设”这一重大问题,正是新时代人文社会科学领域学者的一种共同责任及应该具有的历史担当。

制造业众包平台服务资源的特征构建及聚合匹配

针对制造业众包平台中服务资源的特征构建缺乏规范、聚合匹配不准确的问题,提出了基于双向编码表示(BERT)模型的特征构建方法和基于多粒度特征交互的聚合匹配模型(MFIM)。前者改进了经典的BERT模型,采用停止符掩码操作和基于分类任务的学习策略,实现了服务资源所具有的语义特征建模,精准衡量了平台商所具有的服务资源能力水平,为大规模的语义特征体系的构建提供了有力支撑。后者针对服务资源的语义粒度差异较大的问题,采用了多层次的扩张卷积结构,并构建了跨粒度信息交互的关联矩阵。这有效解决了服务资源的聚合匹配及语义辨识问题。实验表明,所提出的一系列研究方法能够有效地建模服务资源文本,为服务资源的深入挖掘和精准的匹配检索提供了一种新的思路和手段。

基于WSR-IM的装配式预制构件吊装施工安全评价

装配式建筑预制构件吊装施工相较于传统建筑吊装作业的施工安全风险更加具有多样性和复杂性,为准确有效的评估装配式建筑预制构件吊装施工的安全风险状态,识别出关键风险因素,在多因素耦合视角下构建预制构件吊装施工安全事故致因模型。基于施工单位责任视角,首先采用WSR方法论从“物理-事理-人理”三个层面识别并筛选出预制构件吊装施工安全风险影响因素20个,其次利用可以削弱主观因素影响的C-OWA算子构建改进相互作用矩阵进行风险耦合分析,最后用实例验证该方法实用性。结果表明:该项目整体风险等级偏强,项目管理者应该重视预制构件吊装风险的预防和管控,通过采取有效的防御措施,对施工过程中的高权重风险因素进行控制,降低发生重大安全事故的概率。

马克思主义文化交往思想是认识文化主体性建构的重要理论基础,以马克思主义文化交往思想为研究视域,结合中国共产党百年文化建设的艰辛探索,可以深入把握“自我发展、回应挑战、开创新局”的文化主体性建构基本进路。从建构主体看,中国共产党是建构的领导者,人民群众是建构的主体力量。从建构的基本进路看,“自我发展”的文化主体性是在优秀传统文化自我超越和创新性发展的进程中建立起来的;“回应挑战”的文化主体性是在中西文化交流的过程中建立起来的;“开创新局”的文化主体性是在坚持守正创新不断推进“两个结合”的历史进程中建立起来的。

英语择优修正构式在交际、翻译和二语习得中有举足轻重的作用。本文以互动语言学为视角,以“与其(说)A,不如(说)B”为典型个案,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合、宏观研究与微观研究相结合的方法,分别从语表、语义和语用角度研究,重点研究英语的择优修正构式在开启话题、传情达意、强调重点、给足面子、转换话题和总结话题这几个方面的语用价值。

“空间叠加—行为交互”:城市社区治理场域的建构路径——基于广西壮族自治区X社区的个案研究

社区是城市社会治理的基本单元,城市社区治理场域建构是实现城市治理现代化的重要路径。城市社区治理过程中存在空间与行为双向脱嵌的困境,根据“空间—行为”互动理论,提炼其空间维度与行为维度,建构基于“空间叠加—行为交互”二维整合的城市社区治理场域分析框架,并进行X社区案例实践验证,从而建构“整合”到“互动”的二阶路径。通过思想和行为的空间规范设计、情感联结沟通空间寄托机制、需求提取协商议事共建机制以及多元主体监督行为落地机制等多元路径构建适应人与空间和谐发展需求的城市社区治理场域,促进城市社区空间、行为以及治理场域研究。

基于平行交互注意力网络的中文电子病历实体及关系联合抽取

基于电子病历构建医学知识图谱对医疗技术的发展具有重要意义,实体和关系抽取是构建知识图谱的关键技术。该文针对目前实体关系联合抽取中存在的特征交互不充分的问题,提出了一种平行交互注意力网络(PIAN)以充分挖掘实体与关系的相关性,在多个标准的医学和通用数据集上取得最优结果;当前中文医学实体及关系标注数据集较少,该文基于中文电子病历构建了实体和关系抽取数据集(CEMRIE),与医学专家共同制定了语料标注规范,并基于该文所提出的模型实验得出基准结果。

遗产管理人制度的程序建构:如何指定与为何指定?——基于实体与程序交互实质性促进理论框架

2023年修正的《民事诉讼法》新增指定遗产管理人特别程序,回应了《民法典》与司法实践的需求,不过尚未实现遗产管理人制度的程序建构。遗产管理人制度的程序建构按照“实体与程序交互—非讼程序—法律解释”三个维度架构理论框架,并遵循“如何指定—为何指定”逻辑进路展开。首先,针对新《民事诉讼法》第194条和第195条进行指定遗产管理人案件提起与裁判的规范解释;其次,通过实体与程序赋权明确遗产管理人的当事人资格以及诉讼程序与指定遗产管理人案件的程序衔接,完成遗产管理人制度程序建构的发展性作业;最后,提出迈向实体与程序交互实质性促进的遗产管理人制度体系化的观点。

个人信息保护公益诉讼制度建构路径优化——基于实体法与程序法交互方法

个人信息保护公益诉讼兼具实体法与程序法双重属性,基于实体法或程序法单一维度的制度建构将会陷入“一元观”困境。实体法与程序法交互为个人信息保护公益诉讼程序建构提供一种实体法关照。通过优化最具交互特征的三个支点:受案范围、责任形式和证明责任,不仅能够促进个人信息保护公益诉讼制度建构的二元论,也有利于推动实体法与程序法的一体化衔接,实现司法程序正义与实质正义。其一,从实体法维度,将“不特定多数人”公共利益说作为基础,增加“规模性”与“无差别性”的标准,解决受案范围“众多个人权益”的程序判断难题。其二,从程序法维度,通过诉讼信托的方式,允许原告受让惩罚性赔偿请求权,解决惩罚性赔偿这一责任形式缺乏实体适用空间难题。其三,从交互维度,一方面承认法官裁量分配证明责任,解决“规范说”在新型复杂案件的实体失范难题;另一方面设定证明责任减轻的请求权基础,解决裁判失度的程序适用难题。
